We enjoyed the condo very much! The views were beautiful. The only thing is the window coverings in the bedrooms need a blackout shade so the light does not come in . The kitchen was well stocked and very comfortable to cook in. We would book again!

A fast and easy stay in Lincoln City was made simple in this property. Great location, perfect accommodations (ooh king sized beds) and the hot tub on the deck really made it special. It was hot and ready for us as the big waves crashed. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Wonderful.

Pool and hottub were broken. Elevator was broken for part of the trip (we were on 4th floor). An old toilet was on the deck and our personal hottub had parts sitting on the deck. The view was awesome though!

Celebrated Valentine’s Day and our anniversary here, beautiful location right on the beach. Hot Tub was amazing, grill on the deck was great for barbecuing steaks and lobster. Kitchen has all you need to cook and eat with. Will do again!

Great property and relaxing views from the hot tub

Cozy condo with a great view. Kitchen had the necessities, and the place was clean.

Unit not ready at checkin time; several maintenance issues:TV did not work; Called Meredith Lodging with a list of issues within 24 hours of check-in; unless we agreed to having them place orders and to allow their various maintenance crews to come into our unit and disrupt our stay they couldn't be addressed. Our issues included the TV; no window covering on an outdoor access which was a privacy issue; window covering in main bedroom is so thin that it did not block the light from 4 lights in the hallway directly outside the bedrooms (we want to sleep in the dark not in near daylight!); several cupboard doors had stripped hinges and didn't completely close (that we tried to repair as best we could); a handle on the inside of the main bath shower that fell off while in use (we had to reinstall); no place to keep our belongings other than our suitcases as the closet racks were full of bedding extras (a small dresser at the least would have been nice!); there was no space in the kitchen cupboards to house any of the nonrefrigerated food items that we brought with us (all cupboards, drawers, counters are packed with far too many owner supplied items); there was damage on the baseboards and marks on the walls that we were afraid that if we complained more we would be accused of doing. Our request for a partial refund-DENIED. Given the situation and how Meredith Lodging responded, we will never rent from a Meredith Lodging unit again. One awful anniversary trip!

Easily accessible and awesome property, wife and I got out Friday night for a quick stay at the Coast. Property code was easy and provided by email. Parking on the street was simple as well. Hot tub is nice and secluded but could use some updates. Loved it overall

The view was amazing, the location amazing but the property needs some attention. The carpet was dirty, the dish washer rack was broken, the baseboards are pealing, bolts on railing were gone, lots of little things. Cute place it just needs some TLC. We called because we didn't have enough coffee cups and the mgmt had great service. Someone beside the cleaning ladies need to take a look and fix what needs fixing.

The condo was quite nice. Comfortable, spacious, and had a wonderful view. The underground parking was great! There were, however, some items that were untended: insufficient mugs for full occupancy, a broken top shelf in the dishwasher, bedroom tv’s that did not work, no instructions for how to use the TV in the great room area. Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay, and left a list for the property managers to hopefully address the items we encountered that needed attention for the next guests’ arrival.

The property was very nice, clean, and in a great location. Would stay again!

View View View And the condo wasn't bad too!

Overall the place was great. The unit we stayed in was fully stock with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Decent walking distance to several shops and the beach access road that you can drive on is just a couple of blocks away.

Overall, a wonderful space. The corner window allows for a beautiful expansive view. The hot tub is a bit old, but still fully functional and the view from the water made me forget any issues instantly. My biggest complaint is the mattress topper--feels like sleeping in jello rather than on memory foam. The high tv placement makes for awkward viewing, but not a deal breaker. The best knives I've ever had in a rental! No immediate beach access, but there's a set of stairs a block away. I always feel ridiculous paying a lot in fees and cleaning, then having to do laundry, take out trash, etc. All that said, a great find in Lincoln City, if a little pricey.

The condo was just as described and shown in the photos. It was absolutely beautiful inside and very comfortable. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and full size refrigerator to use. The ocean view is spectacular and very relaxing to sit in the hot tub while looking out at the ocean. We were very impressed. The furniture was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels and other toiletries. It was great to have a washer and dryer too. The area and building felt very safe and the condo has been well maintained. We only contacted the management staff once and it was just to ask a question about early check in. They were very nice and courteous. Would definitely recommend!

We had a very nice and relaxing weekend.

We have stayed at several different units at Pacific Winds in the past and really enjoyed our stay, but had a few less than satisfacory experiences with this property. The beds were very uncomfortable. We tried both beds and they seem to have the same problem. The mattresses are extremely soft and we both sank into them several inches. making it hard to turn and get comfortable. Neither of us were able to sleep well and I still have a backache. The batteries for the DVD remote were no longer working and manual button for 'play' wouldn't work. A call to maintenance took about 8 hours for a response. The 'hot' tub was cold. It had been turned down to a low temperature and took two days to heat up. When my husband opened one of the windows in the dining room area, it kind of slipped from its frame and had to be reseated. The main room was very cold for the first day, even with the temperature turned on high and the fireplace going. it was very cold outside at the time, so it may be the heating system just couldn't keep up. On the plus side, the furniture in the living room was lovely. The kitchen was well maintained and stocked well with plates, utensils, cookware, etc. The view was outstanding.

The beds are soft but rooms are comfortable. They need more mugs but otherwise good kitchen. Bring your own spices if you want to cook. Lots of games, puzzles & big TVs. We will be back!!

My husband and I were on a getaway, leaving our 4 young kiddos behind, and were specifically looking for beach front property with a private hot tub, and this condo was seriously perfect for our stay. We sat in the hot tub at night and just listened to waves and star gazed. Then we were back in there after breakfast the next morning. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bed was comfy. Our only complaint was we wanted to watch a movie from the ones provided but after quite a few attempts were not able to figure out how.

This condo is decorated nicely. The location is good with straight forward, unobstructed views west and north from the living area. The unit was generally clean. The kitchen could be equipped much better - most of the ‘glassware’ is plastic - you may want to bring your own wine glasses. The furniture is functional with some wear and tear, but not bad at all. There are no instructions for the TV/cable/DVD player. The hot tub was a disappointment: it is older, the control panel is nearly impossible to operate, the top cover mechanism is inoperable, and most disappointing was the excessive chlorine - do not wear colored cotton shirts or shorts that can be bleached, and you’ll need to take at least one shower to get the chlorine out of your pours. The biggest problem the four of us had was the beds - they are extremely soft and the mattresses are uneven. If you love soft, uneven beds you’ll be fine. If you need moderate or firm support to sleep well, you’ll have restless nights as we all did. We found communication with the Meredith Lodging staff to be excellent. Access to underground parking is limited to an overhead of 6’10.
