The property manager, Alisha, and Mark, the owner did a great job of communication. As for the property, WOW! So much room for our 2 fur babies to run and fetch. All 3 cabins worked out perfectly for all members of the family. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything we needed. Good space on the Papa Bear porch for all our gatherings, meals, arts and crafts for the grandgirls. we are already chatting about a winter trip to the property. If you like space, and family gatherings surrounded by mature trees with a fenced-in property, then this is a place worth looking into. We will certainly be back for more memories and relaxation. Our week long vacation was amazing, this location was perfect and SO QUIET. The surroundings were beautiful and reservoir close by offers alot of things to do with the kids or just as adults enjoying the scenery. HIGHLY recommended. We will be back.

This is a great property for large or multi families . It was perfect for our needs. It was cozy, clean, comfortable and we had such a great time. The hot tub was very relaxing and it was a short walk to the lake. We hope to be back again. Thank you!

It was a confusing process as there were multiple emails that weren’t consistent on information. It wasn’t that clean when we arrived, there was trash under the beds. There were barely toilet paper, cleaning supplies and other things. The instructions to find and park on the property weren’t very clear. The heater made the place either cold or hot. There was no middle point. The wood didn’t burn very effectively. The place was also smaller than appeared on the photos. Also the mirror in the bedroom kept falling off just by opening up the door. It was hard to open the door to the back and to enter due to the snow and ice. The biggest complaint we had was the bipolar heater. They did like a lot of the food tool supplies! There were spare blankets that was lovely. The spare rooms were cute and gave privacy for those who wanted it. I loved the spare games in the cabinets. It was in a convenient location close to some food places and gas. The yard area was spacious and the whole area was pretty! For the price, I think it was a rather fair deal, minus the lack of supplies and broken heater. This is all I can think of at the moment. Thank you for renting to us!

Property was older than what the pictures indicated. Had an old smell to it when we arrived. Also thought the kitchen and family room are small based on how many people can stay there. It served our purpose though

This was a perfect get away for my husband, our two fur babies and I. We enjoyed walking to the reservoir down the road to hike, went to the delish Pinetop Brewing, and just enjoyed the mountain air. We enjoyed the hot tub and campfire. Although we didn't need all the space for just the two of us, the fenced large property was a perfect space for our little family.

We love this relaxation here ! The jacuzzi is so nice to come home too , after hiking at woodland lake park . The pickleball paddles were a nice suprise also ;)

We really enjoyed this property ! The dogs were in heaven !

There were 7 of us staying here and the 3 cabins gave everyone privacy when needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking. We were walking distance to great restaurants. Would definitely stay again!
