Overall great space, location, and accommodates a larger group. Originally booked under previous name,Sextant and with name change you can tell they are in process of transitioning. I was disappointed that the wine bar lounge was out of order(this was a huge selling point and didn’t find out it was broken until arrival). It would have been nice to have know ahead of time. One of master Bathroom had funky odor with drain and the other master bathroom had outlet in bathroom that did not work which creates an inconvenience for getting ready. We also found water roach in one of the bedroom that we had to get rid of. The kitchen stock of plates, cups, are noticeably mismatched and count is off, for example there would be 12 small plates, 8 large plates, 4 steamless wine glasses, 3 tall glass cups. We made it work and used coffee cups. I would recommend staying here again, after transition is complete or updates made to restore the quality seen online. The check in and out experience is easy.The hanging information touchscreen frame is a game changer and really useful! The customer service and virtual concierge are very helpful and available 24/7 for questions.

I am a local and I knew the area that we were staying in. I have to say that we were all blown away & impressed with the location, ease of access, amenities, and setup. We are an accounting firm & of course needed to take note of all the extras and things that the place had set up. It was perfect for our group. As a virtual firm, we all got to stay together. It was safe, convenient and beautiful.

Overall nice experience. The virtual concierge was different but efficient. Our party arrived hours prior to the 4pm Check-In time and needed to use the luggage storage room until check-in. The only issue was we were unable to access the secure lobby due to the entry not working until check-in so we had to wait a while outside until someone exited then we were able to get a temporary entry code and store our luggage in the storage closet until check-in. The 6 bedroom was 100% advertised and pictured. The only issue was a wobbly chair which wasn't a big deal for us. The location was perfect for us nothing was more than a 25 min walk or a short uber or lyft ride. The property has more like a hotel set up. The rooftop was nice but I would suggest putting out some umbrellas so that guests could Stay out a little longer than a few minutes. We did receive some noise warnings by text even though we weren't loud considering there were 8 people engaged in conversation. This was easily resolved with a phone call to customer service. Overall everyone was pleased with the property. We would stay again. Host was very responsive to messages.
