We stayed in this home with 3 couples, a couple babies and 26 teenagers. It suited our needs perfectly! We cooked all our meals and were so pleased with how well the kitchen was stocked and laid out for a big group. Great experience!

We had 11 adults and 13 grandchildren under the age of 11. The house was perfect for us! We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, double appliances, multiple spaces to congregate, great views, the hot tub, fun arcade and table games, cable and internet availability and convenience of keypad for the front door. We had a few hiccups but they were handled quickly. Everyone would love to come back.

Had our family Christmas here and it handled all 20 of us very well. We enjoyed our stay. Everything from the floor up was clean but the floor was DIRTY!! It was over the Christmas Holidays so maybe they didnt have time to clean it well. The layout of the house was excellent and the suites were nice. The sliding barn doors on the bedrooms look nice but offer no sound deadening and dont feel very private. Once the neighborhood is complete it will be nicer but right now it is a major construction zone. Huge jackhammers started every morning at 6:30 so bring a fan or something to make some white noise. These houses are only about 10 feet apart so there is nowhere outside for children to play. Overall it is a nice place with a few caveats.

This particular unit is in a community that has several homes being built. Plenty of construction to cause dust issues

Everything was perfect, easy, and convenient. We loved it. Really made our trip enjoyable!!!

Amazing view @ location to SDC but the construction noise of big bulldozers (even Sunday)just below the deck and in surrounding homes being built and dust blowing on the decks prevented the total relaxing vacation my family was seeking, especially early morning on the weekend. The entire neighborhood is brand new & under construction and we were surprised to see on here other guests are receiving a summer discount as a result but we paid the full 1500 plus a night rate. This is definitely an unfinished gem and we look forward to seeing what the exterior looks like next summer.

The place is very nice and it has a beautiful view. Lots of space of the family and kids to spread out. The host of very responsive to questions. Downside- there is definitely construction ALL around and it does get loud. Saturday night at 5:30pm there was still construction going on.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. Everyone was happy with the privacy that having their own bedrooms with private bathrooms provided. The kitchen was very well stocked & the overall decor of the property was super pretty. We enjoyed spending a lot of time on the decks taking in the gorgeous view of Table Rock Lake. The proximity to Indian Point Marina was very convenient as well! The owner was super sweet, attentive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house had everything we needed. Our family enjoyed each having their own room and bathroom. Everything was very convenient for children as well. High chairs came in handy. Beautiful views of the lake from the decks made the trip very relaxing. The only thing that was missing was dock and marina access, but that was already explained in the description. So we knew going in, but all the marinas close to the cabin had no open boat slips. It was a busy time of the season. The only other thing was the swimming pool was always packed and not all the cabins were finished so when they are up and running, I worry that the access to the pool will be limited. I hope they have plans to build another pool to accommodate for all the new cabins being built. Think this place would be awesome in the fall and winter for big family gatherings.

I messaged her frequently prior to our visit, asking questions about the property and amenities, and I don't think I ever had to wait more than 10 minutes for a reply! She has provided so many amenities that I have not found in other rentals, such as stacks of beach towels for our use, plastic storage containers with lids, a drawer full of kid sized plastic plates, cups, bowls, and spoons...especially appreciated by our family since we had three children under the age of 5 with us. The house was newly constructed and there were more houses being constructed on either side of us and also a lot of dirt work being done by heavy equipment. Because of this, it was noisy sometimes on the decks during the day, but inside the house we hardly noticed the sounds. The crews were always finished working by 5:00, so it didn't interfere with evening relaxation out on the deck. We actually enjoyed watching the construction being done. Our one-year-old was totally enthralled by it! The only drawback was that there is no yard space for outdoor games like corn hole, lawn darts, playing catch, etc., but Erica had advised us of that prior to our visit. It was a little difficult to get our vehicles out of the parking space in front of the house due to the construction crew's vehicles being parked on the same street, but it was never a serious problem. All in all, it was a great house for our family of 8 adults, and five children...ages 14, 9, 4, 4, and 1...to spend a week enjoying each other. I highly recommend this house to any large group looking for a great stay in Branson. Our thanks to Erica for an awesome week together!

We rented this location for 6 softball families for the Branson National softball tournament. It's a great location with awesome views and plenty of room to spread out. The top floor with bunks was terrific for the kids. The owner was exceptionally responsive and super helpful with any questions we had. Great place, location and owner. Highly recommend!

Everything were excellent except disturbance we had is due to the construction besides property. Were dusty and sound during daytime
