Love staying with your properties!!! This house was terrific, comfortable and had everything we needed for memorable stay. Loved watching the deer, turkey and all the wildlife each morning and each evening!!! Don't miss Don Jarro right down the road!!!

Our group traveling with two dogs thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Adam and Asury’s house. The house was well appointed with things needed for our stay and there was plenty of space for everyone. The hosts are extremely responsive and contacted us during our stay to ensure all was going well. It is in a good location, easily accessible and a short distance to all major roads, highways, restaurants, shopping, APSU, and other local attractions. Having a large fenced in back yard provided plenty of space for our dogs to get regular runs in while we were there. We visit Clarksville yearly and will definitely look into renting this house for future visits there.

I really wanted to stay close to our family that lives in Clarksville..... It was a home run because I could walk to their home if I wanted. Beds were so comfortable! Hope to stay again in the future.

Patrick & JPI offered a very clean home in a good location to everything. Its hard to find a place who allows big dogs & have a fenced in yard. If I make it back to Clarksville I would stay here again. Thank you Patrick for being a great host.

Went the extra mile.
The owners went above and beyond to correct a few hiccups from the previous tenants. They called several times to make sure a few problems were dealt with quickly and make sure we were satisfied. This rental could have gone south quickly, but the owners are truly caring people and made sure we had a great stay.

It was a rough month for us…
It was a rough stay for us. Between the ants infesting the kitchen to the toilet that was leaking, it was definitely not what we were hoping for in a month-long stay. To be fair, the property manager was extremely responsive, but it took 2 trips from pest control and 2 trips from the plumber to address the leaky toilet before we gave up and decided we needed to just make it work. The ants improved over what it was and the leaky toilet wasn’t as bad as it was originally, so we made do. But we were definitely hoping for a much more comfortable stay!

Our Perfect Place to. Stay in Clarksville
This is the second time staying in the adorable house. It’s only 2 miles from our daughter, very comfortable - specially the king bed! Always exceptionally clean. Our dogs love the fenced yard! We will continue staying here - 2x a year.

Great space for both us and our dogs. Fenced backyard was a big plus. The house is open and spacious with great beds, full kitchen and huge masterbath! We loved this house. It's very close to everything in Clarksville - and our daughter's home. Great Christmas vacation!

We live in Colorado, my parents live in Texas, my brother lives in Virginia and my sisters husband is stationed at Fort Campbell. This was our first time in TN. The house was clean and a perfect size for our group. Close to businesses as well!
