Had a great stay in Mesa, was in town to see family. House was very spacious and clean

First time visiting Arizona from the Pacific North West! Loved everything about this house! Great quiet neighborhood. Was nice to walk around. There’s a pedestrian path that connects the Cubs and A’s stadiums near by. Also a great park by the Cubs stadium. The location is central to many other great locations in Gilbert, Scottsdale and Tempe. Downtown Mesa was great with nice restaurants and the Natural History Museum. The house was well cared for and clean. The beds were super comfy. The bathrooms spacious. Everything we needed for cooking was already available. Great living space and dinning area. The backyard with pool is amazing. Again well cared for and a place we couldn’t get enough of. BBQ available, comfy chairs, very private backyard as well. The host was great and answered any questions we had. We plan on making this at least a yearly trip now. We won’t bother looking for anywhere else to stay as this was perfect. Thanks so much for having us!

We came down for a family wedding, tons of people and playing so it was a great relief to come back to a very quiet peaceful place "of our own"

Everything that was listed worked great. Pool was refreshing as well as the hot. Very quiet and private. Look forward to staying again soon

This was a perfect house and location for our family. We settled in and moved around comfortably and the kids of course loved the big backyard and pool. It was a little cool during our stay so pool heat was a must. Well kept and well stocked! We had a great time!

Very nice place! Lots of room for everyone. Very clean and comfortable. Hot tub was wonderful. Would highly recommend!

The house is cozy and has enough space for a family vacation. Beds are comfortable. The furnishings, appliances, etc., are all as described. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and clean, perfect for sunbathing and cooling off when the midday sun shines. Property location is directly under an extremely busy airport flight path (low-flying planes pass overhead every minute or so), so don't expect a quiet backyard poolside place to sleep.

This house was wonderful to stay in- centrally located, quiet neighborhood. The home itself was well stocked with anything you could need and we were even greeted with a welcome basket of goodies! The hot tub was great and we really enjoyed it. Communication with John, the owner, was quick and he was wonderful. Wonderful, relaxing stay.

I took my 3 children here on a soccer trip and it was perfect. Use of a washer and dryer and a perfectly appointed kitchen we’re a plus! The pool and hot tub were a great add and kept the kids busy and very happy!

The pool was a hit. The property was well appointed and comfortable.

Great location, backyard and amenities!

The heater did not work properly for the hot tub but it was 100 degrees outside so we were still able to fully enjoy both the pool and the hot tub. The property was clean and fully-stocked. The owner was quick to respond and very kind. There were cute lizards and not-so-cute Palo Verde bugs and mosquitoes in the backyard, as well as citrus trees, desert flowers, hummingbirds, and a neighborhood kitty. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again the next time we go to Phoenix! Thanks so much!

Lovely home with great pool and hot tub. We loved the pool and back yard was beautiful! Main bedroom had a very comfortable bed. Living room entertainment was nice, with surround sound and access to most movie apps. Kitchen had everything and AC worked perfectly! Close to freeway. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Great place for the money!

Splendid! Fabulous looking kitchen, but we never got to cook in it. Love the layout of the entire house, and everything was provided; reading lamps by all beds, corkscrew, towels/beach towels, plenty of hangers. So many chairs as options around the pool, and the backyard was wonderfully private (and large!). Location was handy for our "big city" shopping errands. There clear instrauctions provided ahead of time and in a binder. This is repeatable! Maybe next month...

Don’t let the humble photos fool you! This house is massive, welcoming, and is perfect for either a short stay or and existences trip. It has everything you need and more. Plenty of room for a romantic couple to feel lavish, and enough room to share with 4+ more family or friends. Location is perfect, and the town its in is quiet and inviting. Backyard is like a little oasis and you actually have access to the garage!! We will absolutely stay here again!

We spent our time enjoying the pool and floated the Salt which a short 25 minute drive. The house is beautifully laid out- outfitted well and we were able to make the most of our time since everything was thoughtfully organized. Thank you! We will be back!

The house was clean and very well laid out! The house had all the amenities we needed! My kids enjoyed the big pool. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. John was very helpful! We will definitely come back again.

The house was perfect! We felt at home and comfortable. We were visiting family and it was nice to have the space. We enjoyed our time in the back yard with the birds, trees and flowers. We sat around the pool but didn't use the pool or spa during this stay. We look forward to booking again in the near future.

This house fit our needs perfectly! (5 of us slept in it) All one level and spaciousness for the use of my walker even with extra family in and out during the day. The kitchen & dining area exceeded our needs to cook together and for all of us (9) to be in the kitchen at the same time and not once being in each others way. Loved that the most! I would have loved to had the option for the pool to be heated even if we paid for it, the younger ones could somewhat handle the 80 degrees but it did not work for us oldies. Ha! Us oldies just stuck with the Hot Tub. Hope to use this House again! Thank You for a beautiful home away from home!

Property is excellent. Beautiful home. Well maintained and equipped. Property owner was great and very responsive. Definitely recommend this place.
