Thank you for sharing your home with us. Our family had a fun and relaxing time in this beautiful house. The house and setting set the tone for a relaxing time. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location was at proximity of downtown Bradenton and Sarasota. We enjoyed our time and looking forward to coming back!

The second I saw pictures of the pool, I knew I wanted to stay at this property, and it did not disappoint! The week we stayed was hot and stormy and I was grateful for the relaxing pool waters and cool air conditioning. There is plenty of comfortable furniture inside the house to lounge on. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen wares. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

This was a perfect house for what we wanted .Sun and Relaxation.You need a car to get to places nearby but overall it was awesome.Pool was fantastic and the house was huge with lots of room.Thank you for a wonderful week

Stayed for 7 days with family. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Was originally supposed to be 5 days but we extended it to 7 while there and experienced no issues from management company. They made it easy and convenient staying longer.
Pros:
Nice house.
Clean.
Looks just like the pictures.
Easy to check in and out.
Friendly property manager.
Cons:
We paid the fee for pool heat and the hot tub to be warm. Pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. This was inconvenient at times because the kids complained of a cold pool while we attempted to sit in the hot tub.
Debris gets in the pool easily because it’s not closed in. Everyday we needed to clean the pool. They do provide a net and it doesn’t take long to clean. We also were there when it was windy every single day. Therefore, weather could be to blame.
We had trouble with the fridge not getting cold but a repair person came within minutes to fix it. After they left we experienced no issues with the fridge.
We came during spring break, says via the description it would be 15 minutes to Anna Maria beach which is probably correct if it was not busy. This review is based off of a peak time of the year so remember that when reading this. It took us a little over an hour to get to the beach from the house because of the traffic which made it inconvenient to go the two times we did go.

Place was beautiful, backyard and pool was a great spot to get together. The only complaint is that, for the price, enough household items like toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags should be included based on the amount of people staying. We shouldn’t have to purchase these items ourselves when the listing states it can accommodate all of us.

We are not people who write reviews, good or bad, but we could not let this situation pass... We rented as snowbirds from NJ for two months. the first week the following had to be addressed: no heat (it was 40 at night) , broken toilet, bbq grill was a rusty mess. The property manager responded quickly to " band-aid" these problems: turned the heat on, jiggled the toilet and bought some parts for the inside of the grill.
Then the palm rats showed up. We trapped one a night for SIX nights on the kitchen counter, before holes were plugged, more rat traps set inside and out and rat poison set around the house. this worked for a few weeks before they showed up again in a beach bag and in the cabinet containing glassware. we lived with the thought they would show up anytime.
Pluses: comfortable beds and plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
Its obvious the owner does not want to put any money into maintaining this property or put in any real repairs.I would not recommend this house to anyone.

The house was clean and plenty of room for the 5 of us staying. The tv in one of the rooms we could not get to work and when it did come on it was glitching. Other than that we have no complaints. It was a very nice stay and I would recommend this house.

It was perfect! Lovely pool and hot tub are a bonus. Spacious family room with everything you need. It was very nice and we would stay here again.

This property was great. The backyard with pool and hot tub were amazing. The house was very large, perfect for everyone to spread out. It was so convenient having beach gear provided, and a washer and dryer to clean up post beach.
We had a slight miscommunication about the pool being heated, but that was corrected quickly.
The only complaints were that the beds were uncomfortable, and the water pressure in the showers was weak. But overall, I would love to stay at this house again. It was perfect for the price we paid!

Overall very great place to stay, we enjoyed the fire pit area as well as the hot tub and pool. The back yard lights were a great touch to complete the space. Only down side was the water pressure but would stay again!

The house is lovely, with a beautiful back room, plenty of natural light, and a fabulous backyard with a lovely pool. Close by to all accommodations needed for an enjoyable stay. Within 15 minutes from the extraordinary beaches of Anna Maria Island and 30 minutes of the beaches and downtown Sarasota. Just 20-30 minutes from the SRQ airport. I highly recommend this property for 4 to 6 people.

Everything was as pictured if not better. Home is very spacious and open. Outside living area and pool were just what we needed in the evenings after running around town. Loved that the plant life was on the outside line of the property and rocks were around pool which cut down on the mosquitos tremendously. When we come back to the area we will definitely be staying here again. Property had everything we needed plus and iTrip was very responsive with any questions we had.

Very impressed by this property. The original part of the house is older but a nice job has been done on the remodel. The addition on the back is fantastic - very open and airy. The backyard is like a resort and very private. The neighborhood is older but is fairly centrally located.

We loved our stay here as a family of 5! The majority of our time was spent in the pool here - the backyard is large, private and the heated pool and hot tub were perfect for us and our kiddos ages 5-8. The home is clean, updated and had many amenities that made it feel like home which we greatly appreciated. Bed sheets and towels were soft and beds were comfortable! Very open layout and tastefully decorated. It felt so peaceful here. If I’m being picky, I should mention that the home has very minor quirks; no en-suite bathroom for the master and one step up/down in places that are inconvenient (from master to nearest bathroom). Bradenton traffic was far busier than we expected so make sure to give yourself ample time when going a mile or two down the road. Outside of those minor inconveniences we loved being here and would definitely come back.

The home was beautiful and looked just like the photos. We had four adults and three children (one baby) stay in the house. Everyone was comfortable with more than enough space. Back yard and pool are beautiful! Home even had beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for trips to the beach.

Overall the property was very nice and well kept. The pool was very hot and constantly had leaves in it. The neighbors were also very rude to us while we swam in the pool. It was still a good trip and we enjoyed ourselves.

Amazing location, amazing place
The pictures did not do justice. Very clean, very wide open spaces made my family of six (4 teenagers) feel very at home. Extremely comfortable, very close to all beaches and restaurants. The beach umbrellas and chairs came in extremely handy as did the cooler provided. We wished we would have been able to stay longer and will not be our go to place for family vacations. Management team was very accomodating and helpful with a few issues that came up but overall, will rate this place 10/10

This house was perfect for us and our guests! There was plenty of space and the home looked just like the photos! Note: the bedroom that they have listed as the Master is better used as a guest room because of its location in the house. There are 2 bedrooms and the newly renovated bathroom in one hallway and then the other King room is located on the other side of the home along with the bathroom with 2 sinks! This was perfect for us as my husband and I were there for a week for our honeymoon and then the second week of our stay we had a couple of family member stay with us for a family vacay! The pool is hard to keep clean and the pool guy failed to come out throughout our entire stay even after we brought it up to management but other than that our stay was wonderful. The neighbors are quiet and friendly and the street is great if you like to go running in the mornings. Super close to the bay and only about 10-15 minutes from Anna Maria Leland depending on the traffic.

Worth the money
My wife and I rented the property due to how close it was to Anna Maria Island and reasonably priced. There were 5 adults and our 2 children with us (ages 4 & 2). The house is large enough where we didn't feel like we were on top of eachother during our stay. The best part was the pool and backyard. The kids had a great time on the sun ledge. I liked that it did not take away too much of the overall pool space so the adults were still able to enjoy themselves. All in all a great house to stay at.

We LOVED the house. Great open design. Living-room was cozy with cool view of pool. House was clean. Safe, quiet, family neighborhood. I think we were the only rental in that area. So close to Anna Maria, why pay to be on the island? Beds were comfortable. Nice pool. Plenty of trees for privacy (will have to scoop leaves out of pool during stay, which my daughter enjoyed doing). Pool is not as blue as the pictures show. I would call it gray/blue but I think the pool is prettier in person than in the pictures. Not a real powerful jet spa. I went into the vacation with the mindset that it was just a pool with a place to sit and was not disappointed. I’m addicted to searching VRBO to find the best house that I can for our vacations and preferably don’t like to stay in the same place twice. It will be hard pressed to top this one though. Wife and I will probably want to rent this one again. Made management team aware of a minor issue when we arrived so we wouldn’t be blamed upon departure. They responded quickly and offered to correct it for our stay but we declined the offer since it was very minor.

Beautiful place! !
The house is gorgeous, clean and open. It is better than the pictures online. The house is well stocked with anything you might need for your stay. The backyard is amazing with salt water pool, fire pit and sitting areas. Our family with teenage kids had a great time and enjoyed the amenities. The hosts are friendly, and very responsive. They went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and any minor requests were addressed immediately. The house is in a quiet neighborhood convenient to shopping, beaches and other activities. Overall a great stay and a memorable one!

AMAZING property! Just as BEAUTIFUL as the photos!
I came here over Thanksgiving weekend for a relaxing getaway with my wife and extended family. This was my first time visiting Florida, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much there is to do in Bradenton and the surrounding area: beautiful beaches, tons of restaurants and bars, and plenty of activities for groups of all ages. We opted for a relaxing boat cruise around Sarasota Bay and a thrilling airboat tour, where we saw dozens of gators! Both outings were just a quick drive away, and if you're visiting Bradenton, I recommend outdoor activities while you're here.
As a first-timer, I was taken by how beautiful the region is — but the REAL GEM is this property! Wow, the backyard is like a private oasis, with a spacious pool, lots of seating, and tons of privacy. Inside, the main living room is a perfect place for gathering and sharing a meal with loved ones. The layout of the house allows you to get away for a quick catnap or if you need a moment away from the kids. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed, and there are many grocery stores nearby if you want to prepare food at home.
This place is amazing, and it looks every bit as beautiful as I expected from the photos. Serenity of the Sea is the perfect place for every occasion, and we'll certainly be coming back soon!

Perfect place to relax
This house was exactly how it was pictured! Very spacious we had 7 people and never once felt like we were crowded. The back yard was beautiful. The kids would run around catching lizards, we were in the pool all day and at night we would have a fire and do smores and night swimming. The livingroom had doors that opened all the way to the pool so when the adults wanted to chill the kids could still swim and be heard and seen. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. This place was very close to family we will definitely book this place next time we get a chance to visit them.
