This property was the absolute best we have stayed in! Decor, cleanliness and property were impecable. Thoughtfulness by the owners in providing beyond the basics was beyond any expectations. We will be planning future trips based on this properties availability!

It was our first time in Tulsa, and my family hit the jackpot with this home. I loved everything about it. The location is ideal - it feels like being in the country with the spaciousness, grazing deer, and chickens yet it's just a 10 minute drive to downtown. The house itself is clean, up to date, and so beautifully decorated. It feels like a home away from home. The owner goes above and beyond with the farm fresh eggs and biscuits. She is so warm, responsive, and truly hospitable. The self check-in and check-out were simple with the combination door lock. Without a doubt, I would stay here again, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends and fellow VRBO travelers. You won't regret it.

The hosts have done a wonderful job in making this a five star destination. It is located in a quiet, country setting with easy access to the city. It is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything, plus more, than we needed. We were even greeted with fresh eggs and biscuits! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return if in Tulsa again.

My sister and I were in Tulsa for a wedding and I could not have chosen a better place to stay! The property was just as advertised and the homemade biscuits and farm fresh eggs that were left for us were delicious! The house is decorated in such a way that you really feel at home. The host was absolutely amazing as well with her thoughtfulness of making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. You will not be disappointed with your stay!

Property was very clean and decorated beautifully. Donna and Larry were out of town but very quick to respond to our questions. We could not have been more pleased. The homemade biscuits and fresh eggs were delicious. Would love to stay again if we are back in the Tulsa area. The neighborhood was very quite and felt safe.

This home has all the right touches. It’s decorated like a magazine cover and has everything you need for your stay. You know the homeowner wants you to feel welcome. There were lots of extras: snacks, soaps, fresh eggs and biscuits for breakfast. The property is remote enough to enjoy nature with the chickens, deer, and Guinea fowl, but close enough to downtown to get anywhere you need. We didn’t want to leave!

The house perfect! Clean, organized, extremely well stocked and the decor was so welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We enjoyed the homemade biscuits and farm fresh eggs. Thank you Donna and Larry for the great hospitality. If I could give you 10 star rating I would!

We took our family to visit a few places in Tulsa. We were blessed when we found one of the best parts of the trip was our house we stayed in. We loved everything about this little house. We even plan to come back!

Very clean and located in a fantastic spot! The owners have thought of every detail down to having a First Aid kit available. My family was pleasantly surprised to even find the games and enjoyed a few rounds of corn hole while watching the deer wandering around the back of the location. After sightseeing in Tulsa, we relaxed watching a movie on the large tv and snacking on treats left in the kitchen. The water pressure was great; the beds were all comfortable; we felt safe in the neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with silverware, plates and even place ware for children. The appliances are all modern and we had zero problems with any of them. I was able to even cook a breakfast for my family with the biscuits and eggs provided. Hens wander the yard and the host had left some in the fridge for us! It was by far the best property we have stayed in and would stay again at this property when in Tulsa. Really excellent communication with the owners also!

Super easy to setup and check out. The owners we fantastic and we cannot say enough about those fresh eggs and biscuits! Next time we stay there i would love to see those chickens. The super quiet neighborhood was wonderful. We all slept great every night. The house was perfectly situated for going in/out for food and entertainment. Everything was there that we might need. It was perfect and we loved the extra space. We definitely will be doing it again if that house is available. this was our 1st time using vrbo and we're hooked!

I just recently stayed here for 4 nights with my dad while visiting my sister in Tulsa. This house was more than I could have imagined! Very nice owners, comfortable environment, perfect amount of space, and great amenities. Loved the chickens roaming our yard and quiet location. Highly recommend.

Wow! As we pulled up we knew this house was going to be perfect! Donna and Larry did a wonderful job making the house absolutely cozy. It’s located perfectly to get to downtown Tulsa but also be away from the hustle and bustle of a big city. A must book if you’re heading to Tulsa!

Everything about this little house was perfect. The attention to the details was amazing. Unlike so many houses I’ve stayed in it was very well supplied with necessities and stocked with whatever we needed. They even included fresh eggs and fresh homemade biscuits for our breakfast. The area was quiet but we were so busy we didn’t have a chance to sleep in. The welcoming committee was there for us every day. Luckily we are all dog lovers and I would have let sweet Blaze come in for an evening head rub but we were afraid he would be missed. We enjoyed watching the movies provided when we had a free evening. Absolutely a delightful first visit to Oklahoma.

What a gem in the country! The home is updated and decorated with a classy country flair. It's not cluttered or kitschy, just clean and stylish. The hosts were the sweetest people you could imagine. The home had all the amenities needed and more! The host left a personalized note and homemade buttermilk biscuits and free range colorful eggs for us to enjoy. I will recommend this home to my friends visiting Tulsa.

If you're visiting Tulsa, I HIGHLY recommend staying at this location - even if it's just YOU. I stayed with my adult children and we each had a bedroom, the living room was cozy and comfortable, the kitchen was efficient and beautiful, the two bathrooms were spacious, and the hostess had the whole house decorated in spring/Easter theme and the experience was simply JOYFUL. This is the only place to stay in this area, in my opinion. FIVE STARS!!

This quaint, beyond clean, perfectly detailed and decorated home was the PERFECT place for us. The home is stocked completely with anything you will need for a reasonable stay. CLEAN, numerous towels, kitchen utensils for anything you may be eating or cooking, bonus items such as cooking oil, foil, snacks. Not to mention, the location being conveniently located to the city, but on an isolated farm-like lot made us nature lovers feel right at home. We loved seeing chickens, dogs, and others! I cannot say enough about the attention to detail and cleanliness- and I am very keen on these things. Donna did an amazing job adding Valentine touches for a romantic weekend for my fiancé and I- and I'm sure every other season or holiday is just as well catered to. The farm fresh eggs and HOMEMADE complimentary biscuits were a wonderful added touch that we very much enjoyed. 10 STARS.... and again, we WILL BE BACK.

The renting, arriving, enjoying and leaving was effortless and enjoyable. Our hosts were so thoughtful in all the details and extras they provided to make us feel welcome. The inside and outside were so enjoyable and peaceful. The hosts communicated perfectly and were quick to respond. We loved our stay!!!

This house was absolutely very beautiful and very well decorated and decorated with fall. The house was like being at home. It was very cozy. The owner of the house left special goodies for us to enjoy. I truly enjoyed staying in the beautiful house! I give it a 5 star stay!

SO clean! well stocked with everything, even enough farm fresh eggs and homemade biscuits for one breakfast! also jam, snacks, oil, spices & so many extras. super nice hosts/very responsive! LOVED the location-just outside of the city. quiet and peaceful (except the rooster, which i liked hearing). our grand daughter had fun w/the dogs and loved playing in the front and back yards! even the book with check out procedures, etc. was done well with lots of info about nearby amenities. i could go on and on...

The home was very cute, very well decorated. Bedrooms were very nicely decorated and with TV’s in each room. The owners made us feel welcomed, they left fresh peaches and organic eggs that were delicious. The house had everything from your own home that you would need or possibly forget. Would definitely recommend or would rent again if in the Tulsa area again.

Far enough from State Hwy 412 to be in the quiet country, yet only a few minutes away to access the many opportunities Tulsa has to offer. We arrived after dark to a well-lighted, welcoming cottage. There was an instant feeling of something special and personal, and that specialness was evident throughout our stay. Extra care was taken to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. Home made biscuits and farm fresh eggs for breakfast? Yes, please. The home was full of DVDs and there was excellent WiFi speed and connectivity. We also found games for all ages. How do smores sound? Enjoy the firepit as you listen to the crickets and cicadas and watch the fireflies on a starry night just a few miles from downtown Tulsa. All the amenities one would need are provided in this beautifully and tastefully decorated home. (Pictures were taken for ideas for our home.) I just can't say enough good things! If I HAD to say something negative, it would be this: The neighbor's dogs didn't come see us. We will certainly hope to return again, and will highly recommend it to other family and friends.
