We had so much fun staying in this property. Both adults and kids had so much fun. The owners are very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Just awesome, relaxing place. Highly recommended

This house in Pickets Valley has everything we needed to entertain my group of friends and children over a long weekend. Lots of space for everyone and there is so much to entertain the children; from the pool and playground, to the craft room in the garage. We were lucky enough to enjoy nice weather and made the most of the outdoor facilities. Would recommend for large groups of friends or multiple families.

A lovely property! We had plenty of space for the 16 of us and the kids loved the heated pool and feeding the friendly horses.

We stayed in Picketts valley for a week and loved this house. It has many bedroom so it is ideal for friends and family. The layout makes it a real entertainer and the garden is the bomb with the fire pit. Location wise it’s also very central. The owner was very helpful and quick to accommodate us. We enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone who has kids.

We had 3 families stay at this property in the second week of the school holidays. Location is perfect! Property is perfect for large groups with lots of sleeping options to cater for all. I could not recommend this property highly. We will be back!

Beautiful property with everything you could ever need, lots of space, plenty of toys and activities for the kids, close to Terrigal and Avoca. Only one minor problem ... the grass hadn't been mowed and was quite long but otherwise a well maintained property and we would highly recommended it

We took our family to celebrate an important birthday. Nine adults and 4 children under 5. The place is so beautifully set up for little children that our littlies has a ball. The deck with the outdoor table overlooking the valley was so peaceful, it was a favourite for everyone in the family.

This property was perfect for our family get away. It had lots of space and activities for the children. Well appointed and very well situated. The pool was a hit with everyone and also the ponies! The play area was great as well as the oval for kicking the ball and playing generally.

We were looking for a good getaway to tour the family and friends but what we got was an amazing and memorable 3 days 2 nights with eveybody. The house is more like a home away from home. Everything that we need was already there even to the little things, owner Daniel and Sharon really thought of everything. It was great to wake up to great smelling coffee or tea which was provided in abundance. The place definitely well accomodates a big family. The dining area can extend to the verandah which rewards you with a great view. Activities in the property was ample as well and with kids to entertain, it's not hard to do in this hiddem gem. There's the swimming pool that attracted laughter and excitement, the very expansive field to kick ball and other outdoor activities, not to mention those three lovely little ponies that our children loved to feed. Meanwhile the adults can enjoy the pool table downstairs, the kids can again entertain themselves with a variety of cards and board games or maybe biking around the property. The owners really thought of everything to cater from the youngest to the oldest members of the family down to colourful plates, spoon, forks and cups for the kids. This lovely home is definitely a keeper and we will never hesitate to recommend it to families and friends and even post to our social media. We anticipated a good weekend away from the bustle of the city, but what we were given was a memorable celebration. Thank you Daniel and Sharon and we were glad to have found your place.
