The venue was not managed in a way to give value to it.

While I was having breakfast in the gardeners were cutting the grass, the smell of gasoline was horrible. I have talked to the owner about it and she just reply that they had to complete their job because the were going to be busy after that. The breakfast was up to 10am and i was still having breakfast at 10.30am. She was not having any understanding of providing good experience for her guests. I will never come back to this place.

The room was spectacular I really enjoy the jacuzzi and the bed was very comfortable. I also tried the spa with the wine therapy and it's really something to try! great experience

Really Good location if you have a car. Nice outside spaces. Nice pool (however it needed cleaning) and garden. The jacuzzi in the room is a nice touch, however the decor was very poor in the jacuzzi room. Comfy beds.

Very basic room. No coffee machine or kettle. No phone in the room to call the reception. We were left with no soaps/shampoos and those we got once we asked were super basic. Second and third day they didn’t come to clean the room. Very limited choice for breakfast (fruit wasn’t fresh) and only had 2 dry cakes (same stuff for three days) It feels we paid 5 star costs for a 3 star stay. Lots of easy improvements could be done.

Our suite was amazing. The amenities are fantastic.

Location is very close to a passing road. You can hear the traffic when around the pool and waking up in the morning... The staff wasn't great.

It’s not a good idea go in a day that they host weddings because above the suites it’s the wedding space, you can hear the loud music, children screaming and playing everywhere. We arrived at 2 pm and wanted take a nap but was impossible.
