We had a lovely few days in Whitstable, seeking a bit of escape after a busy time at work. The cottage was the ideal base for us - centrally located, warm, comfortable, very clean and well kitted out. We're grateful to the owners for letting us move our booking by a day due to last minute diary issues. Would happily recommend to others. Thank you for making it all so straightforward.

Spent a lovely week at this cottage and it was well equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable and would highly recommend.

Great cottage, centrally located, very clean, met all our needs as a family with a small dog. Mattresses could be better.

Corner Pin cottage is in a great location, 1 minute from Harbour Street and 2 minutes from the beach - couldn't get much better than that! The cottage itself is clean and has been decorated stylishly. However it is very small and it was missing some finer touches which would have made for a comfortable stay. The bathroom seemed to be constantly damp, despite leaving the extractor fan on constantly (as instructed) it never dried out properly. The beds were not very comfortable - I've stayed in two Keepers Cottages properties and they always have the cheapest Ikea mattresses and pillows, I don't think this is acceptable given the premium prices that they charge. The dishwasher wasn't working properly, nor was the toaster. To give them credit, the KC team did respond to my email about these issues and they sent someone round with a new toaster (unfortunately this arrived at the end of our stay). Another small issue was the stingy amount of loo roll provided - enough for half a week only. This is hardly an expensive item but not providing enough shows the extent to which corners have been cut. I guess that sums up my review - this is a lovely place to stay but corners have been cut at corner pin cottage - which makes it less value for money than I would have expected.

A very convenient cosy cottage . Well decorated and layout well thought out . Nice added touches like coffee pods for the coffee machine and products in the bathroom . The courtyard garden in the summer would be enjoyable we stayed in February. So convenient for everywhere, shops, restaurants, beach and harbour . We walked everywhere and was able to pop back when we needed to it was so near. The road was quiet and we were able to park the car near the cottage free all week. We would definitely stay again .
