Very, very basic room. Could hear the music and noise from businesses below through the walls and floor. Bad smell in the hallway.

Perfect location, well equipped lovely apartment. Couldn't have asked for more.

Every night/early morning garbage collectors was emptying beams making huge noise on yard. Behind bedroom wall right behind bed ventilation pipe from ground floor restaurant is located. ventilation works from exact 7:30 till 22:00 making resonance and noise like from factory.

Right where you should be in Larnaca, with a brilliant sea view. Would totally come back again!

I liked everything about this property! The only possible downside would be the noise as you are right in the middle of the action but for us it was totally worth it as the views compensated plenty for this.

Everything - it was perfect. The apartment is spacious, it has everything needed. We did not need to buy anything - except our food - right to the washing machine soap. The kitchen was also stocked with tea, coffee, and sugar, and two complementary bottles of water. The bed was too soft for my back though :)

Beautiful view, unexpected amenities (beach towels, coffee/tea packets, converter), easy check in, excellent location for easy trips to the beach.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Incredible sea views from appartment, you are literally seeing sea as the first thing when you open your eyes in the morning :) facilities are very comfortable, I was working remotely, so there was everything needed to equip my stay. Host was welcoming and caring, attentive to such details as providing adapters for sockets. Location is super convenient, 5-10 min walking distance to all places in Finikoudes area. Highly recommend!

Everything perfect. Maybe can be a little bit noisy from the bars downstairs but that’s not disturbing much.

The place is excellent, central. Beach, attractions. Everything is within walking distance. When other tourists got lost one night and tried to stick their key in our door, the lock worked perfectly.

It is clear that +18 / +22 degrees for the inhabitants of Cyprus is a fierce winter. But for a person who comes from -12, the locked balcony door looked a little strange.

Apartment is in a prime central location with great sea/Finikoudes views. It is well equipped, with washing machine, ironing facilities and hair dryer. Katerina was very response to any inquiry, always answering very quickly. All-in-all, it was good value for money.

Unfortunately the noise from the Finikoudes was really loud. I appreciate we were right on the front but the noise travelled up the building to make it even louder than when on the ground. Friday and Saturday night, when 'Club Deep' kicks out, were particularly bad. Even with ear plugs (I bought these after the first night!) I could hear the shouting and screaming between 3-4am when people left and congregated outside. There were also a lot of building works going on from 7am and refuse/recycling trucks at 4:30am. If you are noise sensitive you would definitely need to use ear plugs!

I have spent again 3 wonderful nights in Krasas Beach. Thank you again for making the days in Larnaca so amazing. Will definitely come back soon. :)

There wasn't anything I didn't like I picked to location I picked a sea view I picked the level I wanted and it was all allocated to me the room was ample for a solo traveller all the facilities worked including wife washer aircon system

Spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked well as it was required at times at night.

The apartment was located in the center of all activities in Larnaca. Beach was across the street while restaurants, cafe & bars were 1 min far away. The balcony sea view was exceptional. The apt had all facilities you have at your own home. I will definitely choose it again when I’m in Larnaca.

Bedroom mattress should be changed as it is too soft.
