Perfect property for our family and situation. Such a great location, easy walking to everything on Main. Hot springs access - wasn’t really on radar but WOW it is literally right there. So perfect. If this property fits your budget, it is really a no brainer. Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to eat in and save.Plenty of linens, washer dryer, mud room for hiking boots and packs….again…fit the needs of a family of 5 wanting to be in at night, out in day, but feel like coming home.

Great property! Clean and comfortable. Well stocked. Nice deck overlooking river but be cautious of a rotting center post on the railing. Mountain views everywhere and close proximity to downtown shops and restaurants. No A/C but fans are furnished and we only needed to use them a couple times. Overall, a very nice rental.

Great location, great town, great view, great rental, great value. This nice 2 bedroom rental is great. The back porch overlooks a roaring river that I could listen to for hours. Know that the 2 bedrooms are right next to each other and share a wall so couples with kids will not have a sound barrier. You can easily walk into town for food. I will likely return to this exact same rental on my next trip to Ouray. I also love having a garage for your vehicle.

Great location for us. Close to our favorite trail, Perimeter. Next to Ouray Hot Springs. Glad the nearby park was dog friendly and the only place where there was grass.

The place was immaculate, as other reviewers have said. The remodel was done extremely well too. Sitting out on the back deck next to the rushing waters with my coffee was really peaceful. The proximity to the hot springs was great, and we were walking distance to downtown restaurants. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the views were spectacular. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the garage was very nice to have.

We enjoyed our stay mostly. Our unit was clean and easy to find and easy access to everything. Our major complaint is that this is 3 floors and I did not see that listed on the information in the listing. We are 73 and 71 yrs old and carrying our luggage up 3 flights to the bedroom was not too convenient. We are not in bad health but still was not a pleasant situation. I wish I had seen that on the listing, I would have not chosen this particular place. Coming out of the master bedroom one is about 3 feet away from the stairs going down. My husband was slightly dizzy due to the altitude and it was quite nerve racking to be so close to stairs going down from our bedroom. We did not stay both nights due to this! I was not dizzy but it was still disconcerting to have the stairs so close to our bedroom door. Wish this would have been listed clearly so older people dont rent this!

This home is perfectly situated and very well appointed. The fact that it allows our furry friend to vacation with us is a huge plus.As soon as you walk in and open the sliding door to the patio and you hear the sound of the rushing water of the river below, you know that vacation has started.

The original unit rented had a water problem prior to our arrival. The property manager was very helpful in trying to accommodate us and switched us to another unit. The new unit was the same floor plan, clean and acceptable but not newly renovated like the unit we booked. We were given a discount for the difference. I would rent here again.

We loved it even tho it didn’t snow and while we were there temperatures were great.
It was a quiet neighborhood.
We just went around to see the towns and its surroundings.
The only bad part about there is the people there, they are not so welcoming. From everyone there only 5 were somewhat nice.They didn’t give that much information on sightseeing or anything at all. But other than that everything was great 😊 . (And yes we could google places but sometimes it don’t show you everything)

We really enjoyed this Riverside retreat in Ouray. It's right next door to the hot springs and walkable to downtown and many trailheads. We enjoyed the extra touches like toiletries, starter packs of laundry detergent, dish soap, pet waste bags.
Loved the online resource to check in and communicate with the property manager as needed.

The condo was absolutely great but for those coming with trailers or oversized vehicles be prepared to haul your belongings. Due to the units location in proximity to the hot springs the parking is a bit wonky. This is a split level condo with 3 flights of stairs. The single downfall with the inside is there is a single shower and on the 3rd floor.. The shower head faces the shower entry and is not adjustable so water gets out. All in all we weren’t disappointed in anything about this condo…. The items above are just some items look out for…

From the easy check-in to the cleanliness of the property this is a perfect rental. Only little negative is the traffic noise, but if the windows are closed on that side and open on the river side all the noise is taken away.

Loved the town and our River Park Townhome. The river was outside our back door --- best feature --- with access to the Uncompahgre River Walk thru a gate next door. Also, we were next to the Hot Springs and across the street from the Perimeter Trail. Town was just a few blocks away. Walking distance to everything. Definitely will stay here again.

Although it was a nice place, roofers showed up on our second day and rained down nails and asphalt on us all day. They were hammering until 830 at night when I had to go out and yell at them to stop so we could put our kids to bed! Unbelievably bad😒

Very nice, clean, and well-appointed town home. The property is right on the Uncompahgre River, on the north end of Ouray. Walking distance to the Hot Springs and a large park; there is live music from 5-9 on Thursdays throughout the summer, but it was quiet by 10pm. Everything you need to cook in the kitchen, lots of extra towels, pillows, and blankets. Good garage space with bike racks. Only drawback is the proximity to the main road in town, but most of the places to stay in Ouray are close to the road, as it’s the only paved road in town.

This is a beautifully remodeled and meticulously clean townhome at the entrance to Ouray on the Uncompaghre River. We had all the equipment that we needed to cook meals and enjoy our stay. It was a perfect romantic getaway. We loved having a garage and sitting on the deck overlooking the river for meals. This is a great place to stay while you explore all there is to offer in Ouray and nearby towns!
Of note: There are 4 flights of steep stairs...keep in mind if a problem for you. There is no A/C, but keeping the windows at night kept us cool.

This apartment was fantastic. Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well supplied if you're looking to do any cooking or even baking. Very nice amenities. Can walk into town from apartment. Having a garage space was nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again!
