Beautiful location right on the beach. Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. The unit is just as advertised and more. Will return.

The unit we used is updated and all key features worked well. The view from the lanai is spectacular. The AC worked very well. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. Having miles of sandy beach to explore is a big plus.

We had a great week at the condo. The location was perfect for traveling to all parts of Maui. The condo was clean and well-stocked with everything down to toilet paper/paper towels/shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/etc.
The only part we found a little odd was there was no extra door to the bedroom, you had to go through the sliding door in the bathroom. So, as we traveled with kids, when the bathroom was occupied, the bedroom was not accessible. Pictures did show the sliding bathroom door, but we did assume the layout also included a bedroom door.
Not something the owner could fix, but the outside of the building itself could use some paint and refreshing. Lots of scuffs on the exterior walls and doors.
Beachside landscaping and pool area was very nice and made up for it though.
Overall a pleasant stay, thank you for your hospitality!

My husband and I always enjoy our stay at Sugar Beach, but we really enjoyed our stay in this unit that had an excellent view of the ocean, especially at sunset. It was exceptional! Clean unit and had everything we needed.

We loved everything about it. It was a great updated space with a balcony right on the beach. The rooms were clean and everything we needed was suppled. The location was great. The beach was not crowded, and we were centrally located for everywhere we wanted to go. For the outside, the pool was nice. The lawn area with the lounge chairs, which is next to the sand, was very nice for the windy afternoons. We would definitely recommend this property.

Convenient location for many things. Condo is set up nicely, its very comfortable, nicely renovated. It was nice to have the beach chairs and beach towels to use. Beautiful view right from the lanai.

It was perfect for our 25th Wedding anniversary. Spent our first day around Sugar Beach taking in the beautiful view and the sunset from the Lani.
It was centrally located for us to do things on both ends of the island on different days. We booked a helicopter tour and then visited Merrimans for dinner. The next night went to Hana and then had dinner at Momma's Fish House. Larrissa was amazing with communications. Would stay here again.

We stayed at this VRBO after a hectic and very busy with son, daughter-in-law and three grandchildren in the Makena. This relaxing four day stay was just what the doctor ordered. We weren't even bothered by the high winds that were prevalent during our stay. The only "first world" concern was the fact that we had to continually re-boot our computers and phone to access the internet.
This is a great location to explore Maui all the way from Wailia to Kapalua!

We loved our stay here! The location was great for having easy access to everything we wanted to do (Haleakala sunrise, snorkeling, Road to Hana, etc.) The condo was clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals which saved us money. The hot tub was a fun place to talk with people from all over. It was a great experience! Highly recommend!

Not only does this condo have a beautiful view of the beach, it offers a central location to all the spots we wanted to visit on Maui. The beach chairs and umbrella made time on the beach very relaxing. The condo itself was clean and had all the items needed for a comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was as advertised, clean and nicely appointed. This was our first stay down in Kehei. We really loved taking long walks on the beach and staring out at the ocean from our balcony. Thanks!

All was good except for hot water and the TV remote for local stations. On two occasions there was no hot water and when there was you had to run the water up to two minutes to get hot water. The TV remote (Spectrum) was non-functional 90% of the time. Not a great problem as we did not come up to watch TV.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! It was incredibly clean, well stocked, beautiful, and made our vacation heaven! Communication was amazing, and the location was perfection. Being literally right on the ocean made the vacation. This location was perfect! Thank you thank you for the best vacation!! We wish we were still there!!

We spent our honeymoon at Gregs place and we had an amazing time! The condo was as described, and well stocked with things we could use during our stay. The beach chairs and cooler were a life saver! The view from the condo, especially the lanai, was absolutely gorgeous. We utilized the on site pool, hot tub, rental company for snorkeling gear and beach umbrellas, sandwich shop, and massage parlor. We enjoyed everything and would definitely book here again.

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful ocean view. Excellent view and access to beach and pool area. On site activity center was very helpful with scheduling last-minute outings.
We left right before the great fire and our prayers are with the people of Maui that were so kind to us.

The view from the balcony is breath taking. The unit is roomy and pleasant and the property manager is quick to respond to our queries. You do need a car because the shops aren't within walking distance but there is so much to explore anyway.

This was a great place to stay. We chose it because of the comfy chairs on the lanai and spent a lot of time out there watching the surf and sun. The couch and recliner indoors was also very comfortable. This place also was well stocked with things that mattered to us like spices, olive oil, hangers, dishes, beach chairs and more. We have stayed at several places on Sugar beach and this place was the best so far. Thanks so much.

This accommodation is in a great location with beautiful views of the island and the ocean. Nice pool and sandwich shop right off the beach. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. You are 30 minutes to most any place you want to be. I highly recommend Sugar Beach.

This is a great property for us to meet up with friends. There is a pool on property and the beach is just beyond. It has one of the longest stretches of beach to walk. There are several BBQ's available for outdoor cooking.
The unit itself works well for us. I would not say this is a top end room, such as you might get at Wailea, but this condo is centrally located, with great views and good amenities. This particular unit has been updated, the bed was comfortable, and the other furnishings were comfortable and newer.
We continue to return to this property usually once a year.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We saw the sunrise and sunset each day. The view was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool area was clean and comfortable. Our morning beach walks were amazing.
