Condo is a great location. Condo was clean and perfect for a couple. Dolphins swimming in front of Condo each day. Sunset view from balcony is beautiful.

This was an absolutely beautiful condo with breath taking view. The condo had everything you would need to enjoy a fun time! Highly recommend! Owner Kim was fantastic as well as quick to respond.

We loved the location! Beach access was easy. The views of the Gulf from the balcony and the windows were beautiful! Bright and airy space. Comfortable bed, which is a must for us! Owner responded quickly to our question. Bring quarters for the laundry located on the ground level. It was $2.25 per wash and $1.00 per dry. Santini Plaza just a short walk across the street has some cute shops and good restaurants. We really enjoyed our time and would love to go again!

The entire property is a manicured piece of art - with easy beach access and a nice pool. There are great restaurants close by, and Publix and CVS across the street was very convenient. We feel this particular unit gave us the best view possible of everything. We witnessed some of the most beautiful sunsets every night. We will be going back! The king size bed was very comfortable and the condo was equipped with everything you call possibly need .

The property was exactly what we expected and saw online. The complex was great, clean and easy. The views and access to the pool and beach were awesome. Plenty to do in the area and easy to get around without a car. Owners were a dream to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone.

The views are amazing and the unit is exactly as described. Everything that was needed was available. Close to dining and entertainment. The owners were very responsive when there was an issue with the AC unit and worked to get it fixed as quickly as possible. We will definitely be back!

This condo is great! It was nice and cozy and we loved that it was right on it’s on private beach. It was not in the busier side of Fort Myer’s Beach which we appreciated but still not too far to drive. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and answered almost instantly. Highly recommend this location.

View is wonderful. Neighborhood had all we needed within a short distance. Restaurants and other opportunities within walking distance. Owners are friendly and care about our needs - responded quickly when needed.

The place is adorable! View is amazing! Greg and Kim were easy to communicate with. The unit has just about everything you need. Love that it has chairs for the beach, an-umbrella and even a small Cooler. Perfect! I can’t really say anything bad. Only thing I wish it had was a place to put my luggage on, like some hotels have. Not everything I had fit in the dresser and I just wish my luggage was up higher then the floor. That’s my only suggestion. Otherwise I would absolutely stay there again. Thank you!

Perfect condo for a beach get away. The condo is just as described in the write up. Spectacular views of the beautiful sunsets. Location is perfect to walk to dining and shopping. The owner includes special attention to the must haves for a beach vacation. Beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels and pool toys.

This property was just as shown in the pictures. The location was great, the beach was great and the pool was great!!!! The condo was equipped with pretty much everything we needed, just has to buy a couple essentials. We’d love to come back!!!

The Condo was exactly as advertised. Comfortable, well equipped, and the view from the balcony and windows was spectacular. Also, the location on Ft. Myer's Beach is very good. You can walk across the street to some shops and restaurants and to the CVS. The Beach is just great and access is a football field walk away. The beach is very walkable. This condo is perfect for a couple. We enjoyed it very much. Bob

We had a wonderful vacation. We loved the condo. It was an easy walk to the nearby shops and restaurants. The view of the gulf was amazing!!

We decided to head back to Ft. Myers Beach to celebrate Christmas and enjoy the week of school vacation. We checked in on December 24th, and everything with the unit was perfect. Condo is very updated and the view from the balcony is simply breathtaking. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook anything you'd like --- the only thing missing was a kettle to make tea. But we just boiled water in a pot and used that. There were plenty of towels (face, body and beach) for us to use throughout our stay along with additional pillows and blankets. Since the condo complex is right on the beach, we headed there every day to swim in the Gulf. The owner provides all you'll need for the beach including chairs and an umbrella. The pool is great too but because the weather was sunny and in the 80s every day of our stay, it was pretty crowded. We preferred the beach and there was always plenty of room for us. The location of the condo complex was ideal for us. Much quieter than the other end of the Island. And directly across the street from a CVS and a plaza with 3 or 4 very good restaurants. The Publix is only about 1.5 miles away too. We rented bikes and used those every day to get around. The vacation was everything we were hoping it would be and we were able to get plenty of relaxation. The only thing we had to buy for the unit was additional toilet paper and paper towel. There are coin op washers and dryers on the ground floor but be prepared to bring your own quarters because there isn't a coin machine. We were able to buy a roll of quarters at the main office but I am not sure if that is always an option. The only thing I would clarify for the listing is that it's really more of a Studio, rather than a 1 Bedroom. It worked for my family since it was just me and my husband and our 15-year old but just wanted to point that out.

This condo right on the beach was wonderful overlooking the bay. It was very comfortable and had everything you need to enjoy your stay - lovely interior, clean and updated bathroom and clean.

903B is a beautiful unit and well decorated with stunning views of the gulf. Everything was just as it was advertised. My mother and I come to Florida several times a year and this condo has become a favorite of ours. Only one drawback which is the pool closing at 6:30p. But that doesn’t have anything to do with the units owners. Thanks for having us and looking forward to future returns.

Property was clean, stocked with everything you may need, and the view was priceless. We will definitely return!
