Location was great. Property well equipped. However previous guest was a pet owner and house had not been properly cleaned. Pet hair everywhere. We vacuumed twice and mopped floors, washed throw blankets and wiped down furniture. Removed dog bed from master bedroom.

The home was absolutely perfect upon arrival. Checking in and out was flawless. The location was perfect for our stay. Very close to Brownwood Town Square. This stay made our anniversary trip a very memorable one. We visited with family that live in The Villages. We even house shopped, but unfortunately didn’t find house just yet. Thank you for helping to make our trip as great as it was.

The villa was well situated near one of the town centers. We did do a lot of food preparation during our stay, and necessary utensils were provided for the most part. The neighbors were great and essentially took us in as if we were permanent residents.

Great house

The villa is supplied with everything you would need - including a thermapin to use when grilling! The host was terrific and answered every question we had! They were easy to work with and so helpful! I would highly recommend staying here!

Spent a week in this lovely Villa. We arrived later than expected but the check in was super easy. Very comfortable beds, extremely clean property. Location was so convenient to Rec Centers and Squares. Great golf car was provided and only a few minutes to get to several different rec centers and Brownwood Paddock Square. My partner had to work most days and the den with a full desk and speedy wifi was perfect. Great way to check out alll the Villages has to offer and would definitely stay here again!

Our home was very nice. Didn’t realize we needed the golf cart as much as we did. Thank you for providing one. Wished we had time to do some of the recreational classes but it was too cold in the morning

The house was exactly as stated. We had no issues and the place was clean and in a great location. I would stay here again.

Great home located close to Brownwood Paddock Square. When you drive up it looks small on the outside, but when you enter the home, it is very spacious. The rooms are big, high ceilings, big open floor plan. The house is beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. The Kitchen is big and open with everything you need. The nice screened- in lanai is a plus. This house comes with a 4 person golf cart which is awesome to use in the villages. Communication with Joni was Awesome. If you want to stay in the Villages, This home is a great choice.

Hills is located is a quiet area close to Brownwood paddock. Check in process was great and villa was spacious and clean, would highly recommend.

Outdoor area was undesirable. Bath towels were tired. Cleaners need 2 b better! Fr door lock was tricky

Loved location. House was awesome!

From the moment we booked, Joni was great. The house was immaculate , nice decor and very inviting. We brought our 2 small dogs and it was a plus to have an enclosed patio. During the stay, the garage door opener ran out of batteries and Joni replaced it right away with one that worked. Location was great, and short golf cart ride to Brownwood and even down to the new section . Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay! Love the kitchen! The only thing I wish we had was a room with twin beds instead of an office with a trundle bed. 😁

We had a wonderful stay. House was clean and well stocked. The office space was nice and even supplied a printer. The house is a 5 min golf car ride to Brownwood Paddock Square which was always so much fun. Thanks so much would love to stay again.

We really enjoyed the house and the one minor issue we ran into was quickly resolved. The house is extremely convenient to Brownwood Square and Eisenhower Regional Rec center, so the location simply can't be beat. Highly recommended!

This was the first time renting a house in The Villages bc we used to stay with my dad (he recently sold and moved back home full time). We will definitely rent this house again. We are clean fanatics and this house was spotless! It had everything and more that we needed. It was in the perfect location to Brownwood and not too far from Sumpter (our 2 favorites). Close to pool, where we went daily. The layout of the house was perfect, the owner always responded quickly. We wouldn’t have changed a thing.

I am giving it only 4 stars because it is listed as an accessible home and the bathrooms are only accessible if you are not wheelchair bound. Both bathrooms are narrow and if you are not able to get up and hop to the toilet (as I had to do) you would be in real trouble. Other than that the house is beautiful and easy to get around in. The area is a golf community and since I am not able to golf it was not what I was expecting. I thought people were a bit cold and the lack of information was huge. I was there 18 days and only the last week did I find how to easily find information. I loved the local pool and the town square that you are really close to for music and City fire is the best place to eat, drink and have fun. I was scared to use the golf cart after the first time as people are behind you impatient and rude- honking or pushing you. Have a good sense of direction so you don't get lost too! ha! I enjoyed the small town of Wildwood that is close too. All in all the Villages were not for me but this rental will be a wonderful place for you to try it all out. It is loaded with all you will need and close to Brownwood Square for fun.

Location awesome! Fenced area awesome for pet! Owner provided everything you need while “living” there during your stay. The only negative was the fold out loveseat wasn’t suitable for an adult to get comfortable nights sleep. The other two mattresses were awesome!

The accommodations were great. The host thought of every need and it was provided at this rental property. Even a printer and supplies. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Joni was a great hostess and her home is great. It’s location is great and is in walking distance of the Brownwood square as well as the Eisenhower req. center. Would definitely recommend this hostess and her rental and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

the house was clean and spacious. Golf cart was included which worked out great since we flew down. Location was great (near two pools and a recreation center). Near Brownwood town center. The bedroom/office worked great for our "working from home" (internet and the supplied printer was very helpful). Would gladly stay again.
