Very nice house. Was clean, well stocked and check-in was a breeze. Great location being just a short stroll to town and very quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

The location of this property is amazing!! The house was well stocked and had everything we needed! The backyard is adorable. I only deducted a star because (as previously mentioned in reviews) the couch covers could use a cleaning and under the couches/beds. We had to wash a few toys that rolled under there. But not the end of the world. Overall, I would recommend this house and stay here again!

House was very nice and clean. The location was in walking distance to port, restaurants and shops. We were 2 couples and had plenty of room! We truly enjoyed our stay!

This property was in the perfect location, with a fantastic pizza shop and cafe a brief walk around the corner and the footbridge another short walk away. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. I would love to speak directly to the owners about communication. Things out of their hands were a concern, but I could not contact them.

The property was just as we expected it upon arrival. Unfortunately for check-in, the key pad for the lock wasn’t working, however it was immediately corrected. The property was clean, felt “homey”, and was in excellent proximity to the walking bridge to town, a cute breakfast spot, and more! We had all the amenities we needed. I left a pair of shoes there that I would not want to loose, and the owner went above and beyond to partner with the management agency to get them back to me. This spoke volumes about the integrity of the process and this property. I would come back here again for certain.

Wedding in Boothbay Harbor
The property was just as we expected it upon arrival. Unfortunately for check-in, the key pad for the lock wasn’t working, however it was immediately corrected. This adorable cottage looks just like the pictures! The kitchen was well supplied with what look like brand new appliances, coffee pot, toaster, microwave etc. The beds were comfortable and overall the house was very clean. It’s so convenient to town by a short walk. The 1st floor bathroom had no bath towels at all and the stairs to the second floor are steep. Those are my only concerns! We plan on coming back!

The kitchen was well supplied with what look like brand new appliances, coffee pot, toaster, microwave etc. The beds were comfortable and overall the house was very clean. It’s so convenient to town by a short walk. The 1st floor bathroom had no bath towels at all and the stairs to the second floor are steep. Those are my only concerns! We plan on coming back!

First I must stay - Location, location, location. Perfect distance to the footbridge and a small café right down the street. The only thing I would add is that the master gets a full length mirror installed, clean the couch covers periodically and a blind for the front door so the guest in the house behind cant look in. Other than that is was wonderful.

Disappointing
Location is great but small for 7. Bedrooms are quite small (especially downstairs) but biggest issue was heat—no AC and poorly ventilated. It was hotter in the house than outside . Needs an outdoor table and at least an umbrella to provide some shade.

Great place. Suggest a window A/C in the main bedroom on the first floor. No air circulation with the corner windows. The ceiling fan is too high to provide any air flow. All else was great.

Adorable home and easy walk to downtown
Loved this property! We had 6 adults and had a great time. Living room- dining room- kitchen all open concept. Great for hanging out, cooking, watching movies. Easy walk to restaurants, footbridge and shops. We had a large SUV that took up the length of the driveway so not sure how to fit two cars. Easy check in and hosts were very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

From checkin to checkout the process was easy. The house was clean and spacious. We were really close to town and everything was walkable. We left wanting to book for next year. Everyone at Turnkey was super helpful and responsive. Can’t wait for next year

We had a plumbing issue the first day which resulting in not being able to use one of the bathrooms for almost two days of our seven day stay. Turnkey did not even bother to call to see if the problem was resolved. The representative who was sent to the house to handle the situation was rude and condescending. The house ill equipped for the six people staying there, with only minimal supplies (ie. 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, etc.) for the week. There were only 6 towels for the whole house for the week which prompted us to do laundry every day. Items that would be expected in a home in the area, such as a large pot or lobster pot, were no where to be found. Or experience with TurnKey was very negative and we would think twice before using a service which used them again.

Cute Home, Great Location!
Very convenient location, walking distance to restaurants/shops even with young kids. House was updated and comfortable, only surprise was a conflict in the listing regarding AC - there is no AC in the house, but lots of fans.
