Great condo. Bigger than we expected. Clean and had everything we needed. Beach chairs and coolers provided made it easy to go to any beach for the day. Eagle beach is just across the street. Many restaurants within walking distance. Definitely a perfect vacation!!

Would definitely look at booking again at the oasis. This unit was perfect for us. What you see, is what you get. We enjoyed the balcony the most.

Oasis was a beautiful condominium resort. Pool was very nice and relaxing. Located across from eagle beach. What you see advertised is exactly what you get. We would stay here again.

Never stayed in this area and it felt so safe. Explored Eagle beach and all the restaurants around. Rented a car for a few days to explore the island. Carlos was responsive and professional. Can’t wait to go back

Property and condo met all our expectations! The supplies that were also available in the condo were an added bonus, from the coffee, cooking spray, sugar to all the supplies needed to enjoy the beach!

I would never take the chance of going to Aruba again and not staying in this condo. It was very clean and very well equipped. Everything you needed was right there. The Wagon to take the chairs and coolers was completely clutch. Strudy and maintained. Walk to beach was easy, especially with Wagon. The location was great. Check in was very easy and the security person was very helpful. The premises and pool were very clean and well maintained. Carlo was very responsive and helpful with everything. We will be back!!!

This was our second stay in Maria and Carlo's condo. We love the location, just a short walk to beautiful Eagle beach. The condo is so clean and comfortable. Carlo was always quick with responding to my questions. We did not rent a car, but Super Foods and several restaurants are within walking distance. We loved having coffee on the veranda in the morning and glass of wine in the evening...so relaxing! We love Aruba, the people, and this condo! We hope to return next fall. Thank you, Carlo!

Nice place - perfect for the four of us. Walk to the beach is less than a block. Great spot in Eagle Beach with palapa, jet skiing, snorkeling.. 5 minutes or less to Palm Beach with lots of restaurants, bars, shops, activities. Very clean condo with a great view of the ocean. Even better than what you see on VRBO listing. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prep any meals we decided to at home. Would definitely recommend staying here with 3-4 people.

All pros and no cons…beautiful place and so clean

This is our second time staying in this condo and it will not be our last. It is on the 4th floor of the Oasis condo building. The check-in process is super easy. It includes one parking spot. There is security and a gate around the entire property. It has a nice pool area although nobody is ever using it. There is also a hot tub. There are grills and outdoor shower areas to wash the sand off your feet after a day at the beach. There are two elevators to take you up to the unit. The unit is decorated beautifully. It is very modern. The beds are very comfortable. There is a washer and dryer as well. It had everything we looked for that we needed. There is also a little storage unit that had a wagon, cooler and beach chairs to take to the beach. The best part of this condo is the patio. It has a large table to sit at and also seating that you can just sit and look out over at the water. Although you're not right at the beach, it overlooks the pool and the water in the distance. You can also see the California lighthouse in the distance. It is on a very quiet street so there's not a lot of street traffic. I cannot say enough good things about this condo. The owner has been great to work with and always gets right back to us with any questions we have. We enjoyed our stay here last year and this year as well. It is also just a short 5 minute walk to Eagle Beach. With a car it is a very short ride to most of the restaurants, downtown, palm beach and superfoods. One thing we love

We just returned home after spending almost 3 weeks in this beautiful condo. The unit was attractive and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We really liked having a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed making a few meals and dining on the beautiful balcony. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the beautiful view, reading and relaxing. The view was spectacular. Eagle beach was an easy few minute walk and everything needed for the beach was supplied. Carlo was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. We had noticed one very small maintenance issue and made Carlo aware, explaining it wasn’t anything that needed attention during our visit, but within a day, he came by to take a look and it was taken care of the next day. We enjoyed spending our vacation there so much, that we booked it for next year before we left!!

Very comfortable accommodations, you will get everything you need, for cooking or laundry, or go to the beach. Great food store, nearby, and very friendly stuff.

In March could use it all day no direct Sun. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Everything one would need. Excellent location. Can walk north or south to all kinds of shops, shopping or restaurants. Beach out front. Palapas are free have to go out early to secure. Beach chairs and cooler provided in nice storage area. We took them all over the island when we rented a car. Also a wagon we did not use. High marks. We will be back again. Red coach’s showing a little age. Second bedroom is tight - have to shimmy down the wall to get to other side of bed so maybe not great for senior citizens. Very dark bedrooms which is nice for sleeping in. Pool is nice and there was never a lot of people. Also used grill by pool. Carlos leaves a nice instruction book for all appliances. Ty!

Property was great. The location is a short walk to the beach and loved drinking my coffee every mer morning on the balcony looking at the ocean. The place was clean and had everything you would need. If you have never been to Aruba for New Years it is worth a trip. The fireworks are amazing and unlike anything we have ever seen. It looks like every Blake on the island sets them off and it is all you can see across the island for miles. The grocery store is a 10 min walk which was nice and we made breakfast and lunch each day and then enjoyed some amazing meals out. We would recommend Aruba Adventure for the sunset snorkel cruise. The boat has a slide and rope swing which was a lot of fun before and after snorkeling. We also did a fun dune buggy tour to see the island and would recommend that as well. We got the 2 person dune buggy’s vs the ATV and the kids and us loved it. Great trip and would love to go back again.

The balconies in the unit were amazing, Carlo the host was exceptional, Eagle beach is the best! We had all the amenities we needed and more. One of the best beach vacations.

We loved our stay in Aruba and at this condo!! The location is perfect, it is immaculately clean and modern. Has everything we needed and more! We did not rent a car but everything we needed was within walking distance. Although we took taxi every eve. for dinner. Super Foods just a short 12 min. (we timed it) walk, the beach (Eagle Beach is by far the best beach we have been to/and there have been many! ). We did take the bus up to Arashi Beach one day to do some snorkeling. The people are so welcoming, and friendly and there's no lack of excellent dining -- all so delicious! We do all our vacations through VRBO and this condo was by far and away the best place we have stayed at. Carlo was always quick to respond to all my numerous inquiries. We will be back. Thank you Carlo and Aruba for the most fantastic, relaxing week we have ever spent in the Carribean!

We stayed for a week in this condo. It was very clean, quiet, with modern decor and we didn't lack for anything. Plenty of towels and we appreciated the washer/ dryer, beach chairs, towels and cooler. Carlo was a pleasure to work with and he provided so much information as far as restaurant recommendations, transportation info, things to see and do and so much more. The location was perfect as it was right across from Eagle Beach and it was never crowded. We would definitely stay in Carlo's condo on a future stay.

This was without a doubt the nicest condo we have stayed at! Modern, clean, well stocked and perfect location! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable relaxing place to stay!

The property is beautiful. The pictures are accurate with additional touches that make it a great place to stay. We really enjoyed our time here it was steps away from the beach and an amazing view from the terrace. It was very hard to go home after staying here for a week. It was close enough to everything yet far away enough to enjoy the silence. I enjoy this better than staying by the high rise hotels, good to go to that side for a visit but not to stay. The villa has everything you need and then some. If you enjoy cooking on vacation you will have all the essentials needed to make a meal. Carlo is attentive and responds to your messages very quickly. Good idea to rent a car if you want to save on taxis and plan on venturing out. We had a great time and would visit Aruba again in the near future. If looking for a great place to stay with an awesome view this is the one!
