While my family did enjoy the cabin trip, the amenities of this cabin weren't as promised. Upon arrival, one of the upstairs bathrooms was not clean, AT ALL! The downstairs bathroom linen had stains and were not clean. The cabinetry on the refrigerator was broken and looked like it had been placed together by black tape. It was disappointing to have to deal with items and rooms not being clean! We made it work for us, but just felt it could've been more attended to prior to a guest's arrival.

Our entire family gathered together for 5 days of fun and we stayed at this cabin. We had a great time together and we loved everything about the cabin. Right away I have to talk about the view off the back decks. We have stayed at other locations, but everyone in the family agreed that this view was by far the best. We loved early morning coffee drinking while rocking in the rocking chairs. It sounded like a rain forest with all of the birds singing in the morning! You could sit and take in the view all day, but with as close as you are to downtown, while still being away from downtown, you have to go take in the strip. We loved how close we were to the grocery store, Domino's pizza, and the strip. Even though the grade of the road is steep (you're in the Smokey Mountains, so it's steep everywhere) we were able to go for evening walks. And we did see bears multiple times, so that was fun too.Inside the cabin, we especially loved all the bathrooms. No one ever had to wait for a bathroom, and when you have 20 people including kids, you don't want to have to wait for a bathroom. The kids were living their best lives while enjoying the indoor pool and arcade games...who am I trying to fool, the adults did too. The communication was great all along the way and we never had to wonder about anything as it was all clearly spelled out for us. And when there was a maintenance question or issue, we got a response very quickly. We loved our time here and would love to come back some day. We made some great memories while staying here and took some great pictures with that awesome backdrop of the mountains.

Overall everything was nice. Rental team and maintenance were easy to contact and responded quickly. A few concerns were loose spindles on the balcony, an arcade game didn’t work, black mold in shower, AC broken in pool room. Maintenance was there to fix spindles which was an obvious huge safety concern. Location of cabin was great for activities, but also nice and quiet for the outdoor experience.

We have been visiting Gatlinburg since the 1970s and have rented numerous cabins. As our family grew, the need for larger cabins became a must. Our family just spent 5 days at Bear Splash Adventure. It was by far the cleanest cabin we have ever used. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub, game room and indoor pool insured that everyone was well entertained. We had one small mechanical issue and a call to maintenance cleared that up immediately. Loved the safety features build into the cabin too. We would definitely recommend this cabin for a great family vacation!

Great place. Very clean , beautiful views. The Arcade, pool and hot tub gave something for everyone to do, especially on rainy days. It was a big hit with the grandkids. Bear Tracts was very quick to respond with any minor issues and took care of it right away. We were very impressed.

We spent the whole week at this location and overall it was a great experience! The view was beautiful and breathtaking. Driving distance to go out and have fun or get food. Definitely would stay again.

The cabin location had a great views of the mountains. The cabin was not as large as the pictures show on line. The living/dining area is quite small for 16 people. The cabin needs a lot of maintenance. Refrigerator and dishwasher had issues. Leaking ceiling from shower above that needed new caulking. The hot tub cover was completely broken The biggest issue was the indoor pool, it was FREEZING!!!! Kids were unable to use the pool.

We’ve stayed in many cabins in the past to celebrate the end of the year and never have we had such a horrible experience as we did in this particular cabin. From the minute we walked in we could tell the cabin was nothing like the pictures posted on VRBO. It was filthy, the air unit filter had layers of dust, you could tell it hadn’t been changed in ages. The area rug in the tv area was filled with dirt. The beds in the rooms smelled old and were filled with hair from previous guest, the bathrooms were poorly cleaned and half the tubs were clogged. When Morgan from hospitality was called to make aware of the situtation she was rude and seemed upset that I was complaining which I myself brought to her attention. The kitchen lacked cooking equipment, we ourselves had to buy pots and pans to cook. On top of everything if we wanted to clean ourselves the cabin wasn’t even equipped with a vacuum. When a family goes on vacation you expect to feel comfortable in a clean environment and we did not experience that at all, in fact we left a day early because we couldn’t take the mess anymore. The cabin itself was rundown , the pictures are a lie and this cabin is meant to steal your money. I will never ever recommend this cabin to any one or the agency in fact. If I could give it 0 stars I would!

Great stay! House had something for everyone!! Pool, hot tub, arcade games, board games, everything! Messaged to let them know of a few things just as an FYI (a remote missing etc) and they were very responsive!! Would recommend for sure!

We enjoyed the cabin and the bears often seen near the entrance to the cabins. There was a leak in the cabin from the rain. It did put a bit of a damper on the experience and I wish the rental company would have responded more deliberately with an on-site review. However, I know it was during a holiday and everyone deserves time with their family. Besides the leak and some adjustments to sleeping arrangements, the cabin served our family very well.

The Cabin was more than amazing and more than expected! We had 16 family members stay from ages 5-66 and they all had a more than Amazing time! We will be returning next year! My wife is a chef and she was impressed with the kitchen and items provided to cook meals!

Our group has been to Gatlinburg 3 times together and this has been our favorite cabin. It had absolutely everything that you needed. Great kitchen supplies, great rooms, fun games (except we couldn’t get the buck hunt to work), an Alexa for music, thermostats on each level and nice location into Gatlinburg.

My family loved this vacation spot. The house house very clean, organized and had everything we needed. The grandkids had a blast swimming, video games and a constant lookout for bears. Everyday we had bears walking all around the property. Big bears, little bears and bear cubs. IT WAS AMAZING! The location of the house seems like you are 100 miles from everything but really 15 minutes from everything. The scenery from our back deck was a picture perfect view of the mountains. This will be a vacation that our family will never forget.

We booked the place for the views and it didn't disappoint. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Indoor pool was a plus even though chlorine smell was too much if you don't open the windows. Kids had a blast playing video games.

The property was exactly as shown online. It was an outstanding vacation. The location was convenient. The property was clean. The management team responded immediately when we accidently got locked out of a bedroom. The views were incredible. We would definitely go back to that property.

The cabin captured the atmosphere you would expect being in the Smokey’s! The cabin had adequate space for 13 of us and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had the basics and we were able to make it work when we prepared meals at the cabin. More coffee cups for larger groups could be helpful though! The furniture was nice and gave the cabin a cozy feel. The pool and the hot tub were also a hit with our group.

This cabin was excellent! I love that everyone had their own doors leading out to the balcony, and their own bathrooms. Our kids loved the indoor pool and all of the arcade games. Perfect location to Gatlinburg which was so nice to avoid all the traffic! Beautiful views of Mt LeConte as well. The only things you should know is 1. The trash you have to take down to the entrance to a compactor. It’s not a big deal but just keep in mind! And 2. The only true downfall of this cabin to me was the kitchen supplies. Normally where I’ve stayed there is enough utensils, bowls, serving containers, mugs, etc. this cabin was not very well stocked so either know that going in or bring kitchen supplies with you ! You also have to download an app to obtain any information about the cabin, again not a big deal but was an added step. Overall wonderful experience and if we go on a big family trip again we’ll definitely stay here !

Everything was as advertised. The house was clean and the views from the balconies outward were great. The first night we saw a mama bear and 2 cubs right below our balcony. During the entire stay we saw 6 bears total and several elk. The one thing they need to work on was the overall curb appeal of the grounds. Way too much construction and trash debris when looking down from above like roof shingles, pallets and general trash. It was not just this house and it's an easy fix. Money well spent. Thanks Matt and April for answering all our questions.

It was a very nice cabin, very spacious and clean. Only thing we had issues with was in the bottom bedroom were tiny ants everywhere. Some ants on main floor, but mainly in bottom bedroom. Overall great cabin! Can't wait until next year!
