The property was clean upon arrival. Communication was quick and clear. Great view, comfortable bedding. Loved the closet with beach accessories left for others to enjoy. Zero complaints. Will 100% recommend to others and plan to return when possible.

The views were incredible and the room met our needs perfectly. Access to the beach and the pools was convenient. The parking garage was an added bonus. This is a new favorite and we will definitely be back!

This property is in a convenient location, has plenty of helpful amenities (the beach setup included was a big plus), and provided a nice setup for our family traveling with young children. Several pools on site gave the kids lots of options for water activities, which was helpful when the ocean was not accessible due to rough water/rip currents/red flags. The deck could use a good cleaning and porch furniture could use some updating. All in all this was a good stay!

This unit was so beautiful and spacious and had an unbeatable view! The size of the laundry room with the extra sink was a huge plus. Communication was fast and easy. The only negatives were 1) it should have been a bit cleaner— it was quite dusty and the couch smelled and 2) the hot water ran out pretty fast when everyone was showering.

While we enjoyed the location and convenience to the beach, we felt the property itself could've been cleaner. When we arrived we found dog poop at the foot of the bed, which we had to pickup and discard. We also, felt we had to clean the sheets and bedding, as we found hairs and such on them, and weren't sure when or if they had been cleaned. The dust on baseboards and under the beds appeared to not have been cleaned in some time. Like I said before, we like the convenience of location, but would like a little more cleanliness and not to have to do some things before we begin our stay,.There is a fee for cleaning, therefore, whomever supervises this should make sure standards are met.

Had a great time in 501B at waterscapes. Check in was a very easy process and with the multiple elevators along with an abundance of carts we were settled in no time. The condo itself was very clean and laid out well, oh and the views were incredible from the balcony. The property is well thought out and the grills around the pools and the beach service was awesome, can't stress how those small convienences add to the overall vacation. If we could change one thing it would be that the main pool be heated just not the upper one. The complex had one issue which posed an inconvenience to us during our stay. Beach Blue Properties stepped up to the plate and kept us up to date on when the issue would be resolved and we mutually agreed upon a shared solution to this inconvenience. Couldnt ask for more out of a property manager. Highly recommend 501B and Beach Blue.

Loved the condo and the location- absolutely perfect. Only complaint is that there were very minimal supplies- only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no Kleenex, one round of soap for dishwasher, no detergent for laundry, tiny shampoo/conditioner- enough for one person to shower once.

The condo was very accommodating and the access to the beach was great. The swimming pools were a big hit with our grandsons as well as the rest of the family. The management was very easy to work with and responded quickly to our questions. Check in was easy. Beautiful views of the gulf. We spent mornings with coffee on the balcony before heading to the beach as well as evenings before bedtime. Enjoyed our vacation!

This property was perfect for the five adults and three littles! Ocean view balcony to sip coffee in the morning and watch the dolphins. Close to elevator to get us down the the pool or beach. Condo was well supplied with beach chairs and sand toys and boogie boards. Plenty of room for us all to have space! We’ll be back!

Some bedding had NOT been changed. We found Sand and hair. Left message and it took over 2 hours for return call from Beach Blue. Then it took an additional 5 hours before someone brought clean sheets. Baseboards and under sofas had not been dusted in a while. Personally, I would change cleaning services. We had fun, but will not return to Beach Blue. Maybe some other property.

We had the best week at this lovely unit. We have stayed at Waterscape 6 times before but this is the first time we wanted a water view and boy was it worth it! We had family staying in two other units and ours was the favorite. The staff at the rental company were very helpful and accommodating. We will define book with them again.

This vacation rental was very cute, clean, and family oriented. The condo at waterscape was a perfect fit for 9 of us(5 adults and 4 children). There were a few broken things, but nothing major. The one thing I’m continually disappointed in, is the use of straws and plastic decorations used in drinks. It’s unnecessary. I picked up at least 10 straws daily on the beach, along with a ton of other trash. Nobody needs a straw, except maybe kids 5 and under. There were activities by the pool everyday for the kids. The little food and drink stand by the pool was great to have. The pier and boardwalk were a short walk on the beach from the condo. Overall we had a great week, and Beach Blue Properties made it all very easy.

We loved the Condo. It was absolutely beautiful. The view of ocean was gorgeous. The condo was clean and it had everything that we needed. We were very disappointed with the repairs of lazy river and pool area. That is why we choose this hotel. My grandchildren were so disappointed. Second stay with more to come!
This was my family's second stay in this beautiful condo and we are already planning to do it again in two years. It is the perfect location, with a beautiful balcony view of the beach and sunset. We had 6 adults and 2 small children and had plenty of room, with beds to spare! Next time I will remember not to bring anything for the beach because they have all the toys and chairs you need, including beach towels. The variety of pools as well as easy access to the beach honestly provide all we needed, but there are multiple outstanding restaurants and activities within 15 minutes if you want to venture out of the resort. The only recommendation I have is to please consider placing a padded mattress topper on at least the bottom mattress of the queen bunk bed, since the mattress is VERY firm. We will definitely be back, thank you!

Amazing Unit
The condo was amazing!!! So much room for our group of 7 and the views from the balcony was beautiful! We enjoyed watching dolphins each morning and the sunset at night! Our favorite condo that we have stayed in yet and we have been to Okaloosa several times! Owners were fantastic as well to work with!

Wonderful stay at Waterscape
We had a wonderful week. The unit was beautiful and comfortable. The only negative was that the washer and dryer weren’t working so putting our towels and bathing suits out on the balcony to dry kept us from really being able to enjoy the balcony. But Waterscape has wonderful amenities for children so it was a lot of fun.

Amazing Family Get Away!
One of the best family vacations ever. Good location, things to do for all ages. We have stayed at Waterscapes a few times and this unit by far was the best! Would definitely rent again from owners, they are very accommodating and easy to work with.

Excellent Condo We Will Book Here Again!
We absolutely loved the Condo itself! Modern, comfortable furniture. The bedrooms all had nice Tv's in them for when we needed a break from the sun. It has an amazing view of the beach and the gulf and the balcony furniture is perfect for watching amazing sunsets.
It is at the end of the hallway so we did not have any hallway traffic noise at all.
The Waterscape complex which we have stayed at multiple times did not disappoint. They do such a great of maintaining it at a high level, and they always have everything clean and tidy.

Loved the stay!
We loved the stay and everything was nice and clean. Plenty of room for everyone in our group of 6 adults, 1 teen and 3 kids. The view was awesome! We loved that it had several pools and the kiddie water area. The grills around the pool were really nice too, we grilled food for dinner one night and played in the pool. The only complaint I have is the rug in the living room. It is a braided rope type of material and it sheds bad! My kids clothes had it all over them if they were down playing in the floor and the couch cushions had it all over them so if you sat on the couch you got it on you too. Other than the rug we loved everything about the condo!

Simply Amazing
We couldn’t have asked for a better unit. It felt like home as soon as a we walked in. Small things like a closet full of beach toys and available beach towels made this stay stand out over other visits to okaloosa island. We can’t wait to book our next stay here!
