This was an awesome location. Good size property for our party of 10. Problem was the bugs. They were everywhere. In the house, on the deck. Everywhere. The windows and deck were so dirty we couldn’t even sit out there. There was even poop on the deck and walkway to the boat dock. When paying over $1000/night we expected a better experience. On the positive side, the location was awesome, close to launch ramp for boat and great location to the the kids swim in the water. Owner def needs to invest in pest control. It was gross. Cobwebs, spiderwebs and bugs all over the place inside and out.

Enjoyed stay

Our family had a great stay! This property is in such a great location on the lake! Minutes by boat to a restaurant and marina! Also situated on a wide part of the lake. Perfect for relaxing on the pontoon or letting kids learn to wakeboard! Not many docks close by so it was very quiet and relaxing. We are sold on Smith Lake after our stay!

We had a wonderful trip. The owners are great...responded promptly to any questions we had before and during our stay. The house is beautiful...great views of lake and very clean (all new furniture). We enjoyed swimming, boating and just relaxing.

Wonderful roomy home. 2 levels of family areas , so great for teens to have their own space. Wonderful views. Outdoor fireplace was great, just bring firewood. Dock was roomy and great water depth. Overall a great place for any family or group to have a lake getaway !!

Great house. Easily accessible. Great location. Only had one issue with the internet, and was resolved immediately by the owner with ease. Definitely would stay again!

This home is absolutely beautiful! My family stayed during the Christmas holidays and I had asked Conrad if a Christmas tree could be put up and his wife Stephanie went above and beyond! The tree was HUGE and decorated beautifully! Conrad was always quick to answer my questions and the home was even better than described. It was very clean and also had a well stocked kitchen. It was very private and on a great section of the lake with breathtaking sunsets! We will definitely book again!

This is a quiet and secluded house on a beautiful part of the lake. Great view and very comfortable interior.

Conrad & Stephanie's property was just what the family needed. The property is extremely blissful, with a lot of privacy. For any new travelers, once daylight savings is over and those that hate driving at night, I would recommend getting their before sun down if you're not familiar with the area; the roads getting closer to the property aren't well lit with narrow driving conditions. I can't find enough great things to say, from the communication right down to easy check in instructions, we will be definitely requesting this staycation again!!

We enjoyed our stay. Boat was close to two marinas. Also getting to our boat was easy and not too many steps like other houses we saw on the lake. 5 star stay!

The home was perfect for two families. The basement area was great for the kids and the second level was a perfect place for the adults to cook and entertain. The back porch couldn’t have used some cleaning and we were happy we brought stuff to wash towels. The homes location is ideal to get gas and explore the lake but prepare yourself for the hike to the water. The bottom deck and entrance to the home made it very manageable. overall, our experience at the home was pleasant and we would definitely stay there again next summer!

This home is beautiful and accurately depicted in the pictures. We had 2 families, and there was plenty of space for us to fan out. After exploring the lake, we decided we could not have picked a better spot. It's not crowded with other homes, and the views are some of the best on the lake. My parents who are in their 60s were with us, and we appreciated how even though this home is elevated from the water and gives perfect views, there were not many steps to the dock. If you have people driving in from different areas, there is plenty of parking. We brought jet skis, and it was so easy to unload at Smith Lake Park, and we had room to park our trailer at the house. The owners are very responsive and courteous. We hope that we become repeat customers at the property.

Easy access to the water. House clean and can accommodate lots of people. Kitchen equipped well. Overall we enjoyed out stay very much.

Our first visit to Smith Lake was picture perfect thanks to this lovely home which checked all our boxes: sunset view, big water, short drive to grocery, spacious living areas, high-speed internet and large kitchen. The owners are extremely responsive. And their connection to a pontoon boat rental was very helpful - we thoroughly enjoyed having the boat during our stay and meeting the boat's owners who also shared tips about our stay on the lake. My husband and son also enjoyed fishing from the dock. It was nice to have a wood-burning fireplace on the top porch! And there are big-screen TVs in just about every room. I love to cook on vacation and the kitchen was well appointed with all the kitchen utensils, pots and pans we needed. You will need to be sure and bring all your own cooking essentials but with Publix about 20 minutes away, it was a breeze to stock the kitchen. Overall we had a wonderful time at this home and would certainly book it again!

My husband and I were heading back home to Arkansas and booked this property for a quick two night stay. This place is amazing!!!! We want to return and bring the family. Decor is nice, bed was comfortable and you cannot beat the views. Highly recommend!!

This property was perfect for a girls weekend away. We had everything we could have possibly needed. The house was immaculately clean and the views were amazing. The driveway was very steep, and we were all nervous to drive back up it, but we made it (even the minivan). Overall it was a fantastic house and we had a great time.

Everything about this place is amazing....the view, the accommodations, cleanliness, ease of check-in, location, communication with owners,....this list could go on. While our stay was in December, very thankful that the weather was mild to enjoy the outdoors a bit. Fished, skipped rocks, took walks. A great place to relax, rest, and re-connect!

This home is amazingly beautiful!! It was clean, views were amazing no matter what level we were on, owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the very best possible(they even warned us about potential weather)!! Each level has it’s own bathroom and privacy. It accommodated our family of 11, very well!! Our son even proposed out on the beautiful balcony (she said yes!!) We stayed in the winter time so I’m sure it would be even more perfect in the summer time. We found our perfect lake home getaway, no matter what time of year!!

We rented this house so our family could be together for Thanksgiving in one place. This house is absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The property managers were extremely nice and very responsive. We will definitely rent this house again, we have to experience during the summer!
