The house was perfect for our family! We had 6 adults in for a wedding and were very comfortable. Perfect location where we could walk to town each morning and also to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay and wish we had more time!

This house exceeded all our expectations! Great location, great backyard, great bedrooms, comfortable living room and amazing kitchen (has everything you'd need). Perfect spot to get anywhere on the island quickly and not far from downtown. On top of that, Mark was an amazing host. Would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely consider staying here again.

The house is updated and has a relaxing, warm vibe. It’s called an upside-down home with the kitchen and living room upstairs, and all bedrooms downstairs. This provided a large, open entertaining space since the kitchen and living room joined together, which we really enjoyed. If you have guests waking up especially early and moving upstairs, just realize others sleeping below will hear though we didn’t find this to be a significant issue. The walk or bike into town, which we did several times a day, was under a mile and we were conveniently located to bike ride to all the beaches and sites. Our host was Johnny on the spot with all communications and the check in and out process was smooth and pain free! Thank you!!

Milk Money met all our expectations: close proximity to town, but far enough to give the older non-bikers some pleasant walks. An ‘upside down house’, the second floor kitchen and sitting room combination was particularly comfortable and although we cooked very little, everything was available to make this a pain-free experience should we have wished to do so. The whole family enjoyed returning to Nantucket and although town was obviously busy, Milk Money proved a haven of peace and comfort after busy days. Mark was, additionally, a very considerate host, so thank you for all the courteous and rapid responses!

This was a beautiful home just a short walk from town, well appointed, large kitchen and nice living area, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. We definitely will rent this house again. Host was very responsive to our few requests. Thank you Mark and Deb.

My friends and I stayed at Mark’s property for a long weekend in Nantucket. The place was very comfortable and clean plus a short, peaceful walk to the downtown area! Mark was easy and quick to communicate with which made the check in and check out process seamless. It was a few of our friends first time on Nantucket and we are hoping to make this a yearly trip! What a lovely home and location! Beds were super comfortable, kitchen is excellent and decor is a win. Very comfortable weekend all around! Did not want to leave!

We can for the holiday stroll and enjoyed all the fun & festivities but we enjoyed Mark & Debs home even more. An amazing location just far enough out of town for quiet evenings making meals in the gourmet kitchen ! But close enough for a quick crisp walk into the center of town! Beds are extremely comfortable - stunning interiors, plenty of room for 8 of us ! Can't reccommend it highly enough ! You will not be disappointed

We had an amazing stay in Nantucket and this house really was perfect. Biking the brewery for an afternoon of live music and breakfast at the farm was very easy since the house sits on bike path. Town is a walk or bike away making everything so effortless. The house is stunning and relaxing. The hosts were so easy and accommodating our early and late plane schedule which made this trip the best yet for our friend group.

This house is lovely. We had terrible weather so spend much more time at the a house than anticipated. The house was comfortable and we loved the open concept kitchen and living room for cooking dinner and socializing. The host Mark was also great to work with. He was super responsive and very accommodating! You can tell he really cares about his property and his guests.

Staying at Mark & Deb’s place was effortless. The home is beautiful. We were a group of seven that came in for a family wedding and the house worked for us beautifully. It was immaculate, well laid out and easy for us to congregate and hang out (inside or out), eat, play cards - just be with each other and relax. When it came time to mobilize it was an easy, beautiful walk into town. If someone needed a little time to themselves they had their own bedroom or a lovely quiet patio. Deb & Mark were very responsive and accommodating. Could not have asked for cooler hosts.

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. There are four nice size rooms with a charming patio for outdoor grilling. The family area is open to the kitchen which is great for those with young families. The house is only a short stroll to town which we walked daily. The host, Mark, is not only extremely responsive but also flexible. We requested a later check out due to our flight times and he was very generous in accommodating our request. We would highly recommend this property.

We LOVED our stay at Milk Money. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. The kids thought that it was a little creepy that it was across the street from a cemetery but after initially being "scared" the first night, they were totally over it. Mark was VERY responsive with all our questions before and during the trip. I called him on our last day because our ferry was cancelled and he was very accomidating.....we ended up being able to catch another ferry, so all was fine, but just the peace of mind that we could at least keep our bags somewhere was reassuring. Definitely hope to return to the island and will look to see if Milk Money is available!

“Milk Money” is a great home in an excellent location close to everything we love on ACK. Mark was super responsive and helped make our stay comfortable and easy. The home has everything needed for a day at the beach and as well as an amply stocked kitchen suitable for cooking meals at home.

Great spot, we are a good size family and nothing to complain about. Hosts are very nice and easy to work with.

We had a wonderful experience at Milk Money. The place is even cuter in person and was the perfect size for our group of 8. We absolutely loved the walk into town-- it was the perfect length and such a lovely walk. The house is super tidy and the decor is so cute. Mark was super responsive. We had an issue with the toilet and he sent someone over. We will absolutely stay at Milk Money in the future!

We had an amazing time - the house was exactly as advertised and was the perfect space for our family (six adults and an infant). It was right on the bike path and an easy 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to town. The kitchen was well stocked and the house had all the amenities we could need. Mark even offered to let us in early and check out late because of the cleaning schedule allowed it. In short, I can't recommend this house enough and we would love to stay here in the future.

Beautiful home with wide open living spaces that are nicely appointed. Right on a bike trail and close to the action in Nantucket and the rest of the island. Owner is very attentive as well.

Four friends had a wonderful time at this house. The location is ideal for those who want to be able to walk into town and easily jump on bike paths to beaches, etc. The kitchen is great for cooking with a nice large table. The outdoor space is wonderful for when you want to eat outside and has a nice grill. The living room is stylish and comfy, as are the four bedrooms. We'd love to return :)
