Loved this property. Highly recommend for 2 couples. Very clean and just like the pictures. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. High water pressure in the showers. The wall AC unit was located in the living room only. The bedrooms had great ceiling fans so we didn't have a problem since it cooled off at night during our stay. I removed the heavy comforter and used the blanket in the closet instead. Nice to have that option of a blanket if too warm. The other couple was fine with their comforter. We enjoyed the deck with our morning coffee and happy hour before dinner. It was fabulous that my sister could pick us up in their boat from the dock. The home was a quick walk to town and everything. Booth Bay Harbour should be on your bucket list.

The house was in a wonderful location! We walked to town and didn't have to worry about parking. It was nice to sit on the deck and enjoy the view.

We enjoyed our stay at Portside. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect in the cove. It was so quiet and peaceful. We also liked that we could walk to downtown.

This is a truly lovely home, right on the water in Booth Bay Harbor. The deck is as large as the living space, and going down to the dock and watching the boats, and the tides was one of the most lovely experiences I've had in a vacation home. The house was compact, but two adults and two children managed just fine. Kitchen overall well equipped, though we really missed a real coffee maker (Keurig only) and did have trouble with the dishwasher not working while we were there. The AC unit cooled the house nicely on 90 degree days. 10 minute walk to downtown Booth Bay Harbor was lovely, and we did this several times for shopping and meals. Overall amazing and relaxing, peaceful and easy. Would definitely come back.

This Bayside home featured top of the line appliances and looked as though we were the first guests to have ever stayed there. Very relaxing and close to downtown Boothbay Harbor harbor. We would have loved to have stayed here another week.

Portside is a fantastic place to stay. Beautiful home-contemporary, clean and comfortable. It is hard to beat the location. Great deck and views from inside and out. Easy 10 min walk into Boothbay. Property managers are super responsive with any questions. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely four days at Portside. As others have mentioned, a great dock where we spent most of our time. Conveniently located with only a short walk into town so we could avoid trying to find parking.

What a lovely location and home. We didn't want to leave. Even our last day with hurricane Fiona passing by was a pleasure. Thank you for your attention to the details, everything matters and we greatly appreciated it. You are wonderful hosts and we will be reminiscing about this vacation for the rest of our lives.

This was the most peaceful setting of any vacation rental that we have ever stayed in! It was exactly as the pictures showed! The deck was fantastic! What views to wake up to each morning! We sat (and ate) on the deck throughout our 6-night stay. The tranquility of the cove where the house was positioned was so calming! It was a blessing to have found this rental in such a beautiful location!!

The house was clean and comfortable. The furniture was in a good shape. They had actual heavy comforters instead of the thin quilts you usually find in rentals. The deck is so nice and peaceful.

The Bayfront Cottage is amazing!!! Everything the photos depict and more….Spotless, super adorable decor, wonderful beds, fantastic deck and dock. The walk into town is easy. Highly recommend this rental.

We had a great time! Super clean, well appointed, lovely deck. Comfortable beds and pillows. Found tons of sea glass on the little beach next to the house. Can’t wait to come back next year!

This is such a special place. We wanted a clean, beautiful get away with lots of fun things to do, and this was the perfect place. Right on the water and just so relaxing. A quick walk to downtown, yet completely private. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and well appointed. The interior design was charming. Additionally, the location was perfect for us. The house was easily walkable to town but away from the crowds. Being on the water with a dock was special. It allowed our friends to pick us up in their boat. We would definitely stay again.

The only saving grace is the deck. Agreed that the house is good looking, but expectation from Vrbo properties is at least working appliances. Forget that, it’s a decent courtesy to provide some ground coffee (or K cups if you are keeping a machine in the house), sugar, etc. Who does not do that? The fridge wasn’t working at all.
No response from the property whatsoever. I left number of messages and nobody replied. It’s definitely not worth the price, so I would not recommend this to anyone until Vrbo checks out the minimum requirements are met at this house.
