My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chris' home. Everything was very clean and in good working order. The location is fantastic because you are close to multiple visiting locations (about same distance to Montezuma Well and Castle to the south as to Sedona Uptown and Westtown to the north). Very easy driving and beautiful hiking closeby. And, much more peaceful and quiet than in Sedona. Chris was fantastic to work with. Communicated timely and wanted to make sure we had the best possible time as he could help make it. Loved our stay.

My wife and I were so blessed to stay at this perfect place for our 30th anniversary! The setting was so tranquil and beautiful. Chris was a wonderful host offering great tips and very responsive to our needs. The desert scenery and sounds were truly amazing. We wish we could have stayed longer. Our stay here in Sedona was perfect. The home was well kept and updated. The backyard had a beautiful Mountain View and hiking trail. Chris went over and above by providing dining suggestions and activity suggestions. He was quick to respond to any questions. Great view of night time stars in back yard and skylight. If you are looking for a place to unwind, where the first thing you see in the morning are the red rock views, and the last thing before you drift off are the dark sky stars, this is the place. It’s clean, comfortable, and lacks nothing. Modern appliances and fixtures belie its rustic character. (Quite possibly the quietest dishwasher ever made!) The short drive into Sedona is a chorus of Oohs and Ahhs at every turn, and whatever distance it may be is worth the drive every time. The hosts are warm, attentive, and always available via text/phone. We enjoyed our morning visits from the resident rabbits, deer, coyote, and javelina. We will surely be back again !

I was looking for place that was compfy, with beautiful views and quiet. This fully delivered. Away from the touristy stuff that brings noise and traffic, but only about 20 minutes away from it all.
If you would like to drink your morning coffee while looking at the mountains and listening to birds, this is the place. The hosts are super responsive and helpful and the house itself is beautifully decorated and feels like a sanctuary—pretty white lights peppered throughout. And did I mention the stars? It is dark enough to really see the stars at night. And if you don’t want to leave your bed to see them you don’t have to because you can clearly see them through the skylight without your head ever leaving your pillow.

Situated in a quiet VOC neighborhood, it boasts the perfect level of seclusion whilst also bordering Sedona and having everything you need within proximity.
Also very clean and well stocked, as well as having charming decorations and accouterments.
Host was very friendly, communicative, and helpful.
P.S. also doesn't ask you to do any chores like other rentals do!

We stayed here for an anniversary trip and had never visited AZ before. We felt we had hit the jackpot with this place as it was private, comfortable, and fantastic layout. Pictures don’t do this place justice as we were amazed with the views at day and night. The backyard has a private setup and we saw plenty of wildlife. It was absolutely amazing and we plan to be back. Lots of local places were cozy and food was tremendous. Chris had good suggestions on less crowded places for us and knew well the area. It’s truly a peaceful place and has everything you’re looking for. Had not one problem the entire trip…just breathtaking.

What a lovely place at the end of a cul de sac against a mountain! Loved our stay as home base to explore the Sedona red rock area. We loved this rental and felt right at home! Location is quiet and feels private but has easy access to restaurants, groceries and trails. House had everything we needed plus a very comfy bed and quality linens and towels. We loved sitting on the patio and watching all the wild life. Host was friendly and gave lots of helpful info about the area. Don’t hesitate to book!

We had a wonderful relaxing time in Sedona thanks to our stay here. It was a great place to relax and replenish after hiking and seeing the sights all around Sedona. The property was clean and well stocked with needed items for our stay and all of the amenities matched the descriptions. Our host was wonderfully responsive and provided a lot of extra info to help us out. The views from the back door were so wonderful to wake up to each morning.
As a tip, if you stay here and need to shop, Clark’s Market is super close and has everything you need, even a decent tweezers. They even have the best craft beer selection in town (trust me, I looked all over)! Colt Bar and Grille is a great place to eat as well and it again is super close.
If you are heading to this area and this place is available you will not be disappointed.

We stayed here last minute for my fiancé’s birthday, and we couldn’t have been happier. The location is gorgeous! Close to town, but far enough away to enjoy the expansive desert. The host has a wealth of suggestions they’ll send you prior to your arrival. We would absolutely visit again.

We loved our stay at the Cottage on Quail Hollow! The photos of the backyard don't do it justice - the view is fantastic. The drive to the rental is fantastic! We appreciated having the backyard furniture to sit outside and enjoy the view. We hiked the popular trails in the early morning. In the afternoons, we hiked the trail behind the property where we saw both javelinas and coyotes. We had the trail to ourselves which was nice since the popular trails were heavily populated that time of day (we went during spring break). The house has everything you need - plenty of paper products, garbage liners, soap, shampoo, conditioner, salt, pepper, olive oil, and even coffee! We appreciated the hiking books provided and were able to research trails before we hiked them. The owners are available but not intrusive and truly care about the comfort of their guests. They work hard to make sure you have a wonderful experience. We 100% recommend this property. We can't wait to come back!

This is an amazing place for a couple to stay. This was our third time here and it felt a little like coming home (if home has the backyard view of the Red Rocks and desert that Quail Hollow does). Besides the comfortable home, quiet neighborhood and the many trails and views of the Sedona area, it is also convenient for day trips to various state parks and other attractions in central Arizona. We will be back.

This property is exactly as advertised. The scenery, quiet, and access to the National Forest (directly behind the property through the blue gate) make this location unbeatable. We took this trip to celebrate our 40th anniversary and couldn't have picked a better place. It was clean. Everything was in working order. Chris made himself available IF there had been any issues. Thanks to Chris, we knew where to find groceries, restaurants, and appropriate hiking trails. Top notch property!

Everything was great. The backyard is amazing. We spent the last morning in the backyard reading with a blanket on....when we got up we saw a squadron(at least 10) of Javalina's walking by. They were very interesting to watch. ...I was also happy that they were on the other side of the fence.

We loved our stay at Quail’s Hollow! The owners went truly above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
The location near some of red rock country’s most iconic attractions, yet away from the busyness of central Sedona, was ideal and the view from the house is spectacular! The house was quiet, clean, well equipped and the bed was very comfortable.
There are so many great hiking trails nearby and the house backs on to a national park with direct trail access. A top highlight of our trip was watching all the wildlife from the living room windows & yard. In only one week we watched two bobcats, at least five coyotes and an entire squadron of javelina wander past the fence! I can’t say enough about this property and we would love to go back one day!

The Cottage was the perfect place to call home for a few days during our visit to Sedona! The house was clean, and the amenities were perfect. I appreciated their attention to detail, the kitchen was fully functional with cooking supplies, the bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. I also LOVED the hiking trail in their backyard. Chris said this trail leads to some of the spectacular trails in the heart of Sedona! We would absolutely stay here again!

This home is in a lovely area away from traffic but close to town. The blue gate opens right into the Coconino Nat’l forest. The spacious back yard is a wonderful spot to watch the sunset or rise on the cliffs behind.
The home is spotless and well supplied, comfortable and cozy. Chris kept in touch by text and email, checked to make sure everything was just right, and offered lots of tips and suggestions for outdoor activities…..we had a wonderful experience… highly recommended.

This clean, comfortable, well equipped cottage is located in a very peaceful neighborhood away from the Sedona crowds. Sitting in the backyard was our highlight with the red rocks glowing at sunrise/sunset to the awesome stars at night (even a large skylight over the bed for viewing). There was an incredible variety of birds present during our stay as well as many rabbits in the yard. Chris was the most attentive host we've ever experienced with many right-on suggestions. We would definitely stay again.

This house is located a few minutes outside of the Village of Oak Creak, and 15-25 minutes from downtown Sedona (depending on the round-about traffic :). The backyard is incredible and looks out on the red rocks. Being south of Sedona has so many perks. You are close to Cathedral rock and Bell rock and so many other hiking/mountain biking trails. Chris is an excellent host and checked in a few time to ensure we had the best stay possible. I was so sad to leave this beautiful home and want to go back!

Loved the quiet location that backed up to forest (with darling blue gate to access). Perfect one bedroom home with full kitchen (but still close enough to restaurants if you don't want to cook). Super quiet and safe neighborhood - nice for running/cycling. Saw some deer, a lot of rabbits and a nice assortment of birds. Great hosts that made it super easy and were available by text if we had questions. Would absolutely stay again.

Our host,Chris, has been nothing short of amazing with accommodating us and recommending places to visit. The house was perfect for us and our favorite activity was sitting outside under all the stars. Absolutely breath taking. It’s far enough away from Sedona proper to be quiet, peaceful, and therapeutic. The property was exactly what we wanted. Adjoining the national forest, but still close to services. Chris is an exceptional host. He provided invaluable knowledge of local attractions and answered any questions we had, There was even an espresso machine with supplies! For us the best part of our stay in the Sedona area was the patio and back yard of the house. We spent many hours admiring the red rock views and just relaxing. We loved the trail through the blue gate which leads into the national forest. It was like having our own private nature preserve. I would recommend this property to anyone who loves nature, quiet, and a spectacular setting.
