Stayed here with the family for a wedding in Rockwall. Kids loved the amazing park right down the road. The house was super clean and spacious - we were able to fit our daughters pack n play in the closet so it kind of was like four rooms. We appreciated the fans in each room too!

House was great! My family of 5 plus my mom and aunt came to visit my sister and brother-in-law for an end of summer trip! It was HOT but having such easy access to a pool was amazing! Great for the kids as they pretty much lived in it during our stay! Great location and clean! Easy acces to pretty much anywhere! Will definitely keep this property in mind when booking our next trip! Thanks again for your hospitality!

Enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for the four of us (two adults, one tween, one child). Check-in was very easy and tge instructions provided were perfect.
The property has some internal cosmetic issues that need to be addressed, such as the front door area, but overall the place was nice and free of any real visual issues. The amenities were great and except for the heat, the entire house would have been used at some point of our stay.
The shower water pressure in the master bath needs to be addressed, but it could be as simple as changing the shower head. The upper bath is much better.
The swimming pool is PERFECT for beginning swimmers. My younger child is profressing with her swimming and the fact that i could stand in the entire pool allowed her to swim without restrictions. The esthetics of the pool are amazing as well. The waterfalls were a massive hit with my kids.
I would have liked a little more personal interaction with the owners, but it wasnt absolutely necessary. I just like a personal touch, rather than online communication.
Unsure ill atay in this part of Dallas again as all of my folks are south of the big city, but very happy i chose this location. Thanks a bunch.

We were in town from north and south Texas for a Bricks in the Wall concert at House of Blues. At first I thought it was a mistake because it was farther than we expected from the venue. The house, the pool, the location just 3 miles from a local brewery, grocery and drug stores all within a few miles. The pool and grill were perfect for us. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Our family stayed at this lovely home for Spring break, we traveled from the Philly suburbs to our first visit to the Lonestar state. The house was perfect for us, and was exactly as described in the listing. The house had everything we needed to make ourselves at home during our stay. The couch is dangerously comfortable, you almost didn't want to leave it! We had 2 teens with us that spent a majority of their waking time at the house either playing basketball, ping pong or in the hot tub. It was too cold to swim, but the pool did look inviting. The backyard was awesome, we enjoyed our morning coffee out on the patio, and had some lunches out there as well.
The location of the house was great, we got to explore downtown Rockwall and their little shops/restaurants, and we had some great meals at The Yacht Club for brunch, TLC on the Lake and Primos Tex-Mex for dinner. Short drives from the house with lake views, they come highly recommended. We were close enough to Dallas for a Phillies-Rangers game and to visit the JFK Sixth Floor museum, but also felt removed from the hustle and bustle of city life. There's a grocery store a mile down the road, which was really convenient.
If we ever find ourselves back in Texas, we would definitely stay here again. We appreciated the ease of communication with Ryan and Roxy, and we loved our stay in Rockwall.

This house was just perfect for our group! It is even better in person than the pictures. Super comfortable and well-equipped. Our kids loved the hot tub and all of the games. The beds were super comfortable and the house really has everything you need. Close to stores, restaurants, grocery and a huge awesome park. The owner is very responsive. We hope to be back some day!

They have everything you would need, including a baby gate, pack n play and high chair. We had 6 adults (3 different families) and had plenty of space to spread out and congregate. We will be back!

My family with adult children stayed here for a week. It was our first time in Dallas, so we were unsure about the area before arriving. We soon realized that the location was perfect. So many restaurants, bars, shopping within 5 miles.
The house itself was amazing. It had everything we needed. We swam in the beautiful salt water pool for hours every day and enjoyed the hot tub many of the evenings. The pool was crystal clear and the perfect temperature. The only small downside was the pumps only ran from 2:20pm to 10 or 11.
We'd definitely stay here again if we ever vacationed in the Dallas area again, but would probably spend every day at the house and around Rockwell instead of driving into Dallas.
Ryan the host was very quick to respond and very nice to visit with. This was a 5 star experience all around.

Family Staycation
Had a little staycation at this property. The positives were the owners are very responsive and nice! The check in process was super simple. The house was clean and the a/c worked great! The negatives were the pool seemed a little dirty. The water seemed real foggy. Some part of the pool skimmer was broken at the bottom of the pool. There was a used band aid by the pool I’m guessing left from the previous guests. The location is near downtown rockwall and to leave the neighborhood it can take awhile from all the traffic. All in all we had a good time.

This property was one of my absolute favorite properties by far. It has everything we needed and way more!! The owners were excellent as well. They answered all of my questions and worked with me very well. I will definitely be back to stay again!

Brothers visiting Mom.
Our stay at the Rockwall house was fantastic. 4 brothers got to visit their Mom, not sure how many ore visits we will get she is 85, and to spend time with each other. 1 flew in from Ohio, 1 flew in from Utah, I flew in from Idaho and one lived in Rockwall. The house was clean, beautiful and allowed us to just hang out and catch up on our families and lives. I high;y recommend this property to anyone looking for relaxing in style and comfort, the rooms were well appointed, the hot tub and pool were clean and the Wi-Fi worked great.

The house is very nice, the fire pit was great, the hot tub is amazing and the pool in mid March was cold. The beds were very comfortable and I really did not want to get out of it. Great vacation.

AMAZING!!!
This property is perfect for anyone from a couple to a larger family. The house is exactly as listed and offers everything and more! So close to so many great places to see and activities to do in and around the area! Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dallas or the surrounding area!

Perfect option for our visit
We had a great time at the property. It was cute, cozy, and clean. Owners were quick to respond and so patient. We drove from northern Illinois and were so excited to see the house when we finally pulled in. The games were fun and the hot tub was a favorite feature with my teenagers. We would definitely stay again.
