Couldn’t have asked for a better home! Our host, Sydney, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She was amazingly responsive too. She made sure we were well taken care of and took extra time to make sure of it (blew up our pool toys, delivered shampoo, and other needs).
As for the home and the pool it was incredible! We spent long hours in the world class pool, using the swim up bar a ton and loved every minute.
The privacy of the home was perfect for our large group too. We felt safe and secure and could be us throughout the time there.
The rooms and beds were comfortable and amazing. We loved the on-suites. Beds were world class comfortable too. Plenty of room for multiple families.
The game area was great too. We spent lots of time playing pool and poker upstairs.
The fire pit outside was used a ton to wind down our days after BBQing dinner at the swim up bar. Pickleball and basketball too. We lived our best week. 3 families spent the week in the heat of summer and loved every minute.
Highly recommend!
Tons of fridge space and the ice machines were huge! 3 ovens and multiple fridges throughout the house plus a washer and dryer in the master (and one in the main house was great).
We can’t wait to go back!

We had a fabulous time enjoying the Arizona heat at this beautiful Scottsdale property! The house was amazing, the pool and outdoor space was well laid out and fun, and Sydney (the Property Manager) was very accomodating throughout the trip. We had no issues, but when we had questions, Sydney was quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again! For our annual family and friends vacation of 12 people this time, it was more than enough space. It could have easily have handled up to 20-22 people.

This property was absolutely stunning, offering every amenity you could dream of. The outdoor pool and spa was where this home really shined. Could not imagine a more luxurious retreat.

A wonderful place to have a family reunion. The estate is like a mansion. Extremely clean, beautiful home and backyard/pool area. Lots of things for the kids to do, and endless kitchens.

Sydney, Carlos and the team at Hozho were super responsive and made the whole process very easy. The house is incredible. I had a group of 20 guys down there and everyone was blown away. The house actually made our group feel small. The backyard set up is top notch and the fellas were entertained all weekend. Book Hozho west! you will not regret it.

We stayed at the property for a week with six adults and four kids, ages 3-8 years old. The property itself was expansive and the theatre room and the outdoor space/pool was the highlight of the house. We had several issues with the house, some of which were resolved and some of which weren't which made the accommodations less than ideal. One of the bathrooms toilet and shower were not flushing and there was a trickle of water, respectively. The property manager fixed the problem in a timely manner. The worst part of the stay, in terms of comfort and lack of convenience, was the fact that the air conditioning system controlling five bedrooms never worked. Overnight sleeping temperatures were hovering around 75-76 degrees. Over the course of three days people came and assured us the problem was fixed; it never was. We were offered a credit before we were told there wouldn't be a fix by the time we were checking out. While the mgmt co was communicative it really soured the experience. No additional accommodations were offered to us. I would hesitate to stay at this property again, given the inconvenience and lack of comfor we experienced. For the price they charge, one would expect to have a/c, especially in Arizona.

Had a blast at this property reconnecting with a large group of friends who haven’t seen each other in a while. Plenty of space in the house, amazing backyard and pool. Close enough to civilization to get groceries or other things you may need. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a relaxing vacation with a large group.

There is no reason to leave this property. The pool is amazing along with all the entertainment options the house provides. Also a close drive to incredible golf courses. We look forward to going back.

We are a family of 10 adults and 6 children. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and perfect for our needs and beyond. There was plenty of room to spread out. Everyone especially enjoyed the pool and theater room. The kitchen was a dream and we spent lots of time enjoying that space.Any issues that arose were addressed immediately by the house managers. The property is amazing. We were surrounded by mountains and cactuses. The location is close to stores, restaurants and activities. We would stay here again.

Amazing property, everything we could have asked for. Plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms just as described. The theatre room was great. There is a built in ice maker upstairs and downstairs. Would definitely recommend this property to others!

The experience my guests and I had at this property was nothing less than AMAZING. The property managers were very accommodating no matter what time I called them, most things were because of user error but that did not stop them from being patient and walking me through the process. I will forever remember this vacation, the house was everything and some that was described in the listing. The customer service was 5 star, Autumn even came to assist me to light the grill on her personal time while traveling elsewhere. I would stay here any opportunity that I can moving forward. My surprise birthday celebration went off without a hitch and this home played a major part in it!!!!!

The house was booked for an annual get together with old friends. The house was extraordinary and the leasing staff were outstanding. It was a first class experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a great facility and a great experience.

Lovely and Fun Experience for a Family Get Together
The place was beautiful and clean! It was a perfect place for our family reunion in the July heat of Scottsdale. The management was very responsive since we had AC outage for 2 out of the 3 days (note that it was very hot so be prepare to call the management). We did have to do some brushing of the pool - one of my guest saw mold so we reported this to the management for the next group. These are no big deals for me since the management responded quickly and promptly to act.
Overall, we had a fantastic time in the pool, game room, movie room, and the great layout of this house. I would highly recommend this location and along with the management team. Kudos to you!

Amazing Property. Had a few Issues.
It’s an amazing property for a large group - we really enjoyed. However, we did run into a few issues. The biggest thing that went wrong was the air conditioning being out for 3/4 days on one side of the house where most of the bedrooms are located. This lead to almost unmanageable sleeping conditions. The property manager tried to resolve the situation which we appreciate but was unable to do so during our stay. There was also an issue with the outdoor tv working properly which was unfortunate because there were really big NBA playoff games we wanted to see while enjoying the pool. Lastly, the signage to get to the property could be improved. There are three houses on the estate and it almost feels like a guessing game for people as they are arriving as to which property they reserved.

Even better than the pictures
6 Couples celebrated a BIG birthday in this house - and we were not disappointed. The pool is amazing, cooking in the kitchen with 12 people was chaos - but fun. Check in was easy, the house was cool - even with the outside temp of 112. Do not hesitate to book -you will not be disappointed.

From check-in to check out, our experience at this beautiful home has been the best we have ever had. The pictures do not do justice for the property, there are no words for the view at night! The fireplace, slide, pool and swim up bar are perfectly designed to create unforgettable memories. Jen, the property manager was so accommodating, along with all the other staff members. The beds and bedding were so comfortable, we had to get info about them to purchase them for home. The layout of the home was perfect, it never felt crowded. Thank you for an amazing vacation, it is one for the books! We will definitely be back.

Fantastic rental for our guys long weekend of golf! Hozho West rental and property management was better than we imagined for our trip to Scottsdale. Beautiful house with plenty of room and amenities for all fifteen of us and property management team was professional, on time and helpful with our rental experience. Pool and backyard was like being at a 5 star resort, no one wanted to leave the facility. Everyone enjoyed our stay so much that we are all talking about making this an annual event, same city, same house!

This house is absolutely perfect for large groups. We stayed here with our entire family (20 guests) and there was no reason to leave the house during our stay. But even when we did, there was plenty to do nearby including restaurants and golf. The house itself is very nice and clean. As you can tell from the photos, the pool is amazing for both kids and adults. There is plenty of space both indoors and outdoors to spread out as much as needed. On top of it all, the host was extremely helpful and very responsive for anything we need prior to our arrival and during our stay. We can't wait to stay here again!

This is a next level Vacation rental! We stayed here and enjoyed every aspect of this rental from the rec space to the movie theatre to the amazing outdoor spaces. Kids loved the arcade game, bumper pool and the pool slide. Adults loved the different lounge areas, the hot tub, fire pit and corn hole. Everyone enjoyed the pool, it was truly awesome. Because of the cool nights we did have the pool heated and it was totally worth it! Property was presented well and the management company was professional and courteous, would 100% recommend this to anyone wanting a secluded place to bring the family or friends. The night time/sunset views are un-real. Couple of other tips, have groceries delivered and inquire about massages as they have someone who will come on site. Golf and restaurants also close by that were amazing!

This truly is an exquisite property. The pool and back yard is absolutely beautiful. The house was clean and had plenty of room for all of our friends.
