Great location. There is a free ride up and down the gulf. Very short rides. It was beautiful out back. We saw dolphins twice, a crane and pelicans on the deck. Wish it warmer so we could of used the pool that looked very inviting. Decor was so costal and cute and furnished well in the kitchen. Only downfall which is very small is there could have been a few more towels and dish washing rag. We had a great time and great stay over all. Would stay again!

The rental couldn't have been any better. Krystal had everything set up perfectly to be comfortable as soon as you walk in. The patio/pool area is for lack of a better word, perfect. The morning view of the sunrise on the intracostal was our favorite way to start every day. We didn't have to go more than 3 miles in any direction to have everything we needed as far as food, or entertainment. We will be returning whenever we visit Treasure Island.

The weekend started out with us not knowing if we could make it due to the hurricane, but communication was great and we were kept in the loop the entire time. The place was amazing from the moment we walked in. The view is amazing, you feel like your right on the water. Nice high end appliances, the best part was having a ice maker. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

My husband, myself and our "tweenager" came down to Treasure Island for a back to school vacation and we had a great time. Although we didn't get to see the dolphins that everyone kept talking about off the dock we did see a manatee. The pictures were just as the listing showed. It was great time. Only a couple of blocks to the Treasure Island Beach and a short drive to other sites to see. The unit had everything that we needed and Publix had anything that we did need. Thanks and will look at booking again.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lovely beach house. Everything was exactly as described. We saw dolphins and manatees from the dock and pool. It’s a short walk to the beach. We will certainly return

It was not apparent on the description that we would be sharing the pool/dock/yard with other guests. It was not a huge problem but should have been made clear in the listing.

We had an incredible week staying here. Loved all the little extra details and touches by the owners to ensure we had the best stay possible. They were very accommodating and great with communication. Incredible location close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Beautiful views from the backyard of the sunrise, and enjoyed watching various boats go by throughout the day.

We loved our little oasis on Treasure Island. Krystal was very communitive and the apartment was perfect for myself, my husband and my parents. I will say, in case it's not clear, the pool is private pool but you will share it with the occupants of Apt B. We were fortunate to have shared our space with a nice family and then a couple of Bffs. We shared the pool space and were both conscious of each other's noise levels. It truly was a perfect week in Paradise Palms.

I stayed in Unit A for 4 nights with my wife and my parents. This is a beautiful property, located in a quiet neighbourhood just a few minutes walk from the beach and many restaurants and shops. The house is very modern and well decorated compared to many other places we have stayed in this area in the past. Everything was clean upon arrival and the check in process was simple. The host was easy to contact and responded immediately to our messages when we had any questions. The outdoor space is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and I was able to fish from the dock. We watched dolphins swim around the dock on several occasions. We rented kayaks from the shop up the street and paddled the waterways behind the property. Everything needed for a comfortable stay can be found inside. I would highly recommended this rental! 5 starts from me and everyone else in our group!

Just a nice relaxing escape. No worries about stairs or elevators. Just walk right in and put your bags down, grab a drink and enjoy the pool and dock. So much marine life and the views are stunning. Would stay again and again!! Also try Middle Grounds to eat and you can walk there. Made wonderful memories!!!

We booked this house because of its location on the water and because we wanted to bring our boat with us. The house itself was quaint and beautifully decorated and maintained. The check in process was super easy. The owners provided basic items (hand soap, trash bags, etc) that not all vrbos provide, in my experience, and that was a nice perk. The house had almost everything we needed to cook or grill meals, and there was plenty of outdoor seating or lounging area to eat outside. The pool was a nice bonus, though we didn't use it much. There are great sunrise views from the dock, and we saw lots of dolphins and rays during our stay. There is so much to do in the area, including a lot within walking distance of the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again!

This place was absolutely darling and immaculate, which I appreciate greatly. The owner was extremely helpful and communication was spot on. I highly recommend this place. The location was perfect sitting on the intercoastal waterway. We watch dolphin swing by in the morning and walk to the beach was very short

The propery was just as nice, updated & clean as advertised. The location was perfect. My daughter & I made the short walk to Treasure Island Beach daily while my wife enjoyed staying back & relaxing at the pool right out back. John's Pass was only a 5 minute drive away. Krystal was very attentive & actually had maintenance come right over when we had a hiccup with the AC remote ! We'll definitely be back!

We completely enjoyed our stay! We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and attractions! We had friends visit and they loved the outdoor space with a pool, dock, and grassy area! Comfortable bird and dolphin watching! Loved our stay and would absolutely stay again!!

This place comes exactly as it looks. The water views are amazing and we saw dolphins and a sea turtle.
The pool looks wonderful however we stayed in December and did not get a chance to enjoy.
We also enjoyed fishing off the dock.
Our daughter just relocated from Fort Myers Beach to Saint Petersburg. We hope to come back!

We had a fabulous time. Krystal was very timely with communication and very easy to reach. The location was perfect for us and all the amenities we needed were wishing walking distance. We would book the location again.

Great property close to everything in town. Beautifully kept home on the harbor side of town. Dry quiet and perfect to book with your significant other or with friends and/or family. All of the amenities necessary are stocked in house so having to. It beach towels etc. isn’t necessary. Krystal was great to work with and very responsive if needed

We visit the area often and always stay oceanside and thought we would try the inlet this time around. We are looking to move to the area within the next year or two and I always thought I wanted to be on the beach. This stay completely changed my way of thinking! We saw more dolphins and other wildlife while occupying this gorgeous home than all our times on the beach side. Bonus, you aren't dragging sand into the unit.
As for the unit, it's exactly as pictured and has everything you could ever need while on vacation. The location is great as well. Krystal is extremely attentive to detail and was promptly responsive to any questions. This will now be our go-to place to stay from here forward. I have nothing but the best to gush about regarding this place! Check in was a breeze with the keyless entry, amenities were top notch, and the view was just gorgeous. Everything listed was exact and plentiful!
We got so lucky with our next door neighbor and ended up having great chats with them whenever we crossed paths. Even though it’s a duplex, we never had any noise issues.
I have already shared the listing with my friends because it’s just too amazing of a place to keep to myself. Being able to watch dolphins while lounging around/in the pool was chef’s kiss!

The house was lovely! Krystal was very responsive. We lucked out with a nice family on the adjoining side. The neighborhood was quiet during the day and night. The beach is across the street and shops are within driving distance. We would definitely rebook!

Charming and perfect
My husband and teenagers enjoyed a wonderful week and a half at this well-stocked, comfortable and cute home. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and private pool. Krystal was informative and helpful, and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to the beach for sunsets each night as well as having easy access to shopping, restaurants, and close proximity to John’s Pass. Highly recommend!

I cannot stress enough how perfect our stay was. The attention to detail was amazing, down to even an extra toothbrush and toothpaste in each bathroom. The location couldn't have been any better. Within walking distance of Gulf Blvd, the beach, and all of the bars and restaurants. Yet, it was very private. We will definitely stay again.
