The home is very roomy, clean, and modern. Fun amenities with the backyard pool, hot tub, and game room. It was the perfect fit for our family vacation and a quick drive to downtown for day trips. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend!!

We visit San Diego often and have had difficulties finding properties that had a properly heated pool. This is one of maybe 2 properties that we have found so far that was able to keep the pool heated to a nice temperature without charging an arm and a leg in additional pool heating costs. Thank you for making your property available, the kids really enjoyed their spring break!!!

The house was spacious, clean, and generously stocked. The backyard was an oasis made perfect with the heated pool and spa. The owner was prompt, attentive, and communicative. We would definitely stay again.

This home is quite literally, PERFECT! Nice spacious layout, entertainers paradise backyard, and in a nice cul-d-sac. The kitchen is fully stocked, bathrooms are updated (shampoo/conditioner provided), and the most comfortable beds ever! The home is only 20 minutes away from downtown San Diego and just a skip away from I8. If you have young children, there are many activities set up through the house for their entertainment and safety, too. Great house in San Diego!

We spent a midwinter vacation with our family, this house was very family friendly, yet also accommodated for a nice relaxing adult vacation. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Many future happy vacations at your beautiful home!

everything wasamazing abs much more. the play area was a big hit for my son and he had a ball! beds were soft and comfy! everything was maintained well and we genuinely enjoyed ourselves!

This was a great property for our family vacation with plenty of space for all 10 of us. The owner reached out as soon as I booked the property and wanted to be sure he had age appropriate items out for our 4 grandchildren, they enjoyed the pay area and items inside as well as outside. Before, during and after Nathan did a great job making sure we had what we needed and that everything was alright from check in to check out! We enjoyed the property, from the spacious outdoor living area, large pool (nice and comfortable)and the hot tub which we did use a few nights. The only things we needed were our meals and clothing. It is also nice to have on on site laundry so we could pack lighter and also clean kids clothes. Great property, great communication and contact with the owner. This is definitely a site to remember if you find yourself in the San Diego area!

I spent a few days at this beautiful home with my nieces for a short staycation. The house was immaculate and had lots of things for the kids. We especially enjoyed the pool. The owner responded quickly to my questions. I definitely recommend this property for any family looking for a fun place to stay!

My friends and I rented this place for a small little vacation and it was everything we could have hoped for! The second we walked in, we knew we were going to have an amazing few days. The house has everything you could possibly need, the beds were comfortable, and the view is gorgeous. We couldnt have asked for a better stay!

Fantastic rental for multiple families
The moment we walked inside the front door, we knew this was going to be a great vacation. We were celebrating a cousin’s high school graduation so we had different families all together. The house was a great space to relax and hang out with everyone. The pool was great, and all the outdoor seating was super comfortable, and made it so we did not feel like we were on top of each other. Communication with the owner was top notch even before the reservation. I had so many questions to make sure this was the right property for our stay, he answered all of them and also was reachable during the stay. If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay with lots of entertainment, this is it!

The Perfect Home!
We came to the San Diego area from Ohio for our son’s wedding. & wanted a house for our family to spend time together. This home was perfect! It’s very spacious, clean & the backyard is amazing with the pool & activities for kids. Thank you Nathan, for being helpful & quick to answer questions. We loved our stay in your home!

This home is absolutely beautiful and spacious. It’s in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood.. they don’t have many pictures of their home… that is just as stunning as the back yard.
We rented this house for a retirement party and it easily accommodated 45 people. One bathroom opens up to the backyard which makes it easy for guests to go to the bathroom without having to go through the house. This house does have stairs as it is a 2 story house … so make sure to take that into consideration when making you reservations.
Owners are very easy to communicate with and they respond quickly.. which for us is such an A+!!!
Reservations did get a bit mixed up with the owner and he was very considerate and accommodating to make it right.. highly recommend as it was an all over great experience!
