We had a great stay here. The home was perfect and comfortable. We were in town to meet our new granddaughter and needed a space that could accommodate my mom, my daughter and grandson, my husband and I. This was the place!! We had room for more! Can’t wait to come back and use the pool!!! Also want to check out more of the restaurants that were recommended. This was one of the best places we’ve stayed, thank you!!!

We travelled to Newport for our son's graduation from Navy OCS. My wife and I, my parents, my wife's parents, and our son's girlfriend all stayed at Chiquita Casita. Our party were all adults, but the home would be great for families with kids as well. The house was perfect and exactly as described. The home was neat as a pin, and the hosts had it well stocked. The coffee and espresso machines were very much appreciated. The toiletries were a nice unexpected touch. Edward and Claire were extremely responsive and the communication was spot on. The pool was amazing even in October. The location was just what we needed due to its proximity to the Naval Base, sight seeing, shopping, and entertainment. This was our first time in Newport, and we look forward to going back for a longer stay. When we do, Chiquita Casita will be top on the list of places to stay.

This was the most organized stay we had at any Vrbo rental. From the communications from our host to our stay was enjoyable. The host thought about how to make our stay easier starting off with a personalized welcome sign to a booklet of local places to eat. The host thought about how to make our stay more comfortable. Arrived with 6 adults ,6 children under 9, with 2 being toddlers . The pool was perfect ,clean , large and heated . The beds super comfy and the house very clean . Edwards was very attentive and responded with any needs we had. Went to First and Second beach 10 minutes away . Some of the family went to the Rail explorer 9 minutes away and loved it. You know it was good when the kids cry when they have to leave . The only thing we had to get was stair gates because there are 3 floors and charcoal for the grill.

I must say the pool was fantastic and great for a family. The house was close to the beaches and restaurants. Also, the beds were extremely comfortable!

This house was the perfect location for us to take multiple day trips to several other destinations on our east coast bucket list. We were able to explore Boston, Salem & Plymouth MA as well as Mystic, CT still leaving us a few days to stay local and check out Newport. Edward was a fantastic host and always responded to messages promptly. The house was very comfortable for our group, we had 4 adults and 7 kids and we all really enjoyed our stay.

Our group were 4 couples. We had plenty of room to spread out and also get together to watch tv or go over our day. Our host, Edward, literally provided everything. There were condiments and laundry soap. There were plenty of towels. Not one time in the 7 days did we want for anything except groceries. The house is 25-30 from the airport in Providence and really close to Newport.

The house awesome!! Had all the necessities and then some. We were very comfortable and had plenty of space for our toddlers. The pool was perfect, pretty much all day in it. Ed made the experience perfect and was easy to communicate with. Would most certainly recommend this propert or would stay here again.

The owners were attentive to our needs and were on property a few times maintaining and ensuring our stay was a memorable one. Pool was the highlight for our group and the main reason for booking. It lived up top the hype!

Stayed at this property with my husband, 3 sons, and their girlfriends. What an adorable property! We had 7 adults staying there. We came into town to attend my sisters wedding at the Rosecliff Mansion in Newport. It’s extremely hard to find a property to fit our entire family without at least one couple sacrificing and taking a crappy room. This home had 5 large comfy beds 2 being king bunkbeds in the downstairs bedroom. and 3 offer flatscreen TVs. The home is in an awesome location, especially if you plan to spend time in Newport. It’s only a couple miles away. Plenty of stores within a few blocks as well as a few restaurants that are within walking distance. There are 2 full baths as well as a 1/2 bathroom in the basement. Plenty of towels and sheets to go around for a large group. Kitchen is a nice size with seating as well as a large dinning room which seats a large family. The living room is on the lower level with a huge sectional as well as seating around it. Washer and dryer are also downstairs and the host provided detergent and fabric softeners. The little things the host provides in this property make it stand out. Toothbrushes toothpaste shampoo conditioner and extra paper products. He even provided sample perfumes and ear plugs for the snorers in the group. Edward even left us a large bottle of Prosecco to sip on! Now for the best part… the outside. On the front porch are 2 rockers with thick pads to sit on. Downstairs there are sliding glass doors to the beautiful back yard with an ample amount of chaise loungers surrounding the large inground heated pool. Any questions? The host Edward responds within minutes and is one of the nicest people you’ll ever encounter. I was so impressed by the property and host that I booked an extra night. My Son fell in love with a piece of artwork in the home and he allowed me to purchase it and take it home for I would guess at cost because he sold it cheap to me. He even allowed a very late checkout which I needed because I was exhausted from all the wedding activities. If you’re considering booking this home don’t hesitate! You will not be disappointed!! Can’t wait to book during the summer so we’re able to enjoy the pool. Thanks again Edward!! We had an amazing stay!! We couldn’t have been happier.
