Lots of room. Big kitchen. Just needs a Keurig.

This is a Vacasa managed property and either Vacasa or the property owner don't read the reviews or care about the accuracy of the listing. The coffeemaker is not usable because there is no coffee pot. Even though there are Comcast cable boxes and remotes, the service is "not authorized". We had to wash the pots and pans before we used them because there was grease and dirt. There are some carpet discolorations, but the carpet seemed clean. It is quiet and you have a peekaboo view of the ocean. The queen mattress is a newer Sealy Posturepedic pillow top, but it is very hard and not good if you have a bad back like me. We did contact Vacasa during our visit and though they responded, nothing was corrected during our visit.

Beds were comfy, place was clean, had a partial view of the water, very spacious, beach access. We really enjoyed our relaxing stay. And sooooo many sand dollars on the beach! Coulda used a coffee pot but other than that it was great!

Westport Condo “Cozy Condo” Public Comment Section Not up to standards for a rental. I have more details in the comment boxes below, but if this comment box is the only spot for the 'public review' here is my recap. Pet-stained carpet throughout the unit. I have a pet and do not accept stains in my home, nor do I expect them in a place that I rent. Damaged recliner, worn couch (in fact, we covered it with a sheet), and a broken shade in the second bedroom. We rented this "sleeps 4, pet friendly" condo for four people. It had 2 coffee cups, three wine glasses and no juice glasses. Were we supposed to share? The unit had ROKU and Comcast cable. When we attempted access Comcast via the remote, it stated we were 'not authorized' and therefore could not access any comcast channels. This trip, including the rented condo, was a thank you to the couple that came with us, for the help they had provided us recently. I was embarrassed of the poor standards that I rented. Cleanliness. This was listed a ‘pet friendly’ rental which I rented for four adults and one dog. However, I was not expecting to see pet stains as soon as I walked into the unit and throughout the carpeted areas. While these stains were ‘dry’, I don’t allow such poor cleanliness in my home, and I don’t rent a weekend condo to live with them. This was unacceptable. The Property. We were overall impressed with accommodations. I would recommend a clean, spacious, and conveniently located.

The condo was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. Nice soft plush carpet. Comfy furniture. The beds were very comfortable. The master bedroom had a Jacuzzi tub which we all took advantage of. Nice big kitchen with high quality appliances. It was very thoughtfully stocked with all the basic cooking essentials. The Virgil family had great vacation. Cleaners did a great job. The owner has neglected - clocks need batteries, sinks drain VERY slow, ref filter needs changing, there was only ONE patio chair for a 2 bedroom - WE added 2. Vacasa sent too many messages, with little useful information. The only thing the owner has done to improve original condo [we know, we owned in same building] is add the hand held to 1 shower - the one positive to the stay. We left a day early.

The location was amazing. The condo has significant stains in floors and didnt seem clean. The microwave door was broken and would not latch which made cooking almost impossible since it was over the stove.

The condo was nice, spacious and at one the furniture was good. Needs some updating.

My wife and I enjoyed staying at the Cozy Costal Condo. I was able to catch up on some Netflix while riding out the smoke in Seattle. We ended up extending multiple times as we enjoyed it so much.

We have stayed at this complex 2 times now with my family and always have a great time! Condos are always clean and comfortable like a home away from home! Beach is right there and my kids love the heated pool and hot tub!

Clean, quaint, pet friendly vacation home. Steps from the beach, amazing views of the coastline on a clear day and spectacular view of the Lighthouse. The Elevator was big plus too. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed the condo and easy walk to beach

The condo was very nice. Proximity to beach was great. We certainly felt secure there and the grounds were well maintained. The kitchen lacked potholders so cooking was a problem. Some of the furniture was very worn. Take your own pillows, those provided were very flat. Overall, it was great. We will return in the future.

Our family booked this property for the full kitchen which was well stocked for cooking meals as they advertised but the condition was terrible. The dishes and pans in the cupboards were filthy. The dishwasher and kitchen sink were not usable due to a plumbing issue. We arrived to find the dishwasher door was broken and there was a pool of water on the bottom. We used the kitchen sink a few times, the sink filled with water, and took forever to drain and caused water to spill out from the dishwasher. We had to scoop water from the dishwasher and pour it out in the bathroom many times. I contacted Vacasa, they were quick to respond, the local property manager came on site to plunge the sink but that didn't help at all. They were unable to send a plumber so we were stuck with an inoperable kitchen and no other accommodations were provided. The condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator as advertised. The rest of the property was great, the condo is spacious, in a very nice community, great trails for walking my dog around, and other nice amenities. I had a very poor experience with Vacasa and don't intend to book with them in the future.

This condo was perfect and very kid friendly. They had beach chairs, beach toys, volleyball as well as very well stocked. The kitchen even has a full spice rack. Will love to come back

We had a wonderful time at this condo the location was right at the state park entrance and the bluff walking trails. The amenities with the heated pool,hot tub and work out area were great. Just need to get signed up for your time slot as they get taken up quickly. We enjoyed the space of the condo with the two bathrooms and nice living area with large dining table for eating and games.

The bathtub in the master bathroom was clogged which caused one to stand in dirty shower water. Otherwise everything else was in working order and the unit was well stocked with basic necessities..
