Place was perfect. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are connected…works fine for family though. Owners next door are also super friendly!! Would book again!

Loved Pelican Cove and Dewey Beach. Beautiful property great owners and a wonderful town❤️

Had a lovely recent visit to Dewey Beach. This was our first time to the Delaware beaches and using VRBO. The trip did not disappoint. The rental is in a very nice location and well kept. Communication was excellent with the owner. Good advice. Beach is walkable within 5 min across the street) so very good location. Condo located on the west side (beach is East) and boating area, views, etc. were lovely. There is a small area/sand lot for relaxing. Our child had so much fun playing in the sand. The Dewey Beach is guarded. The only downfall is that there were no quickly accessible restrooms at the beach. Easy local walkable dining (Grotto pizza, Woody's, etc.). More options with 7 min drive to Rehoboth beach (we went back and forth a couple times). Overall we were very satisfied with the rental. It's well kept and looksl like photos.

The house was clean and organized when we arrived. It's within walking distance of all amenities you might need during your stay. We fished and crabbed from the boat dock, although we didn't catch anything ( it was early season). Rob was great at communicating with me throughout our stay. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We felt spoiled just walking into the property! Everything from parking to the location on the water, the comfort of the spaces to eat, sleep and just gather were perfect! A perfect quiet getaway in a beautiful setting. The host is kind and gracious. He offered detailed information and instructions which helped us tremendously. We would do this all over again!

Absolutely delightful owner to work with and views that are hard to beat. Extremely clean rental. Perfect for myself, husband, and 2 children. Convenient location on the bay with a short 1-2 block walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants in Dewey.

Just finished a fabulous week in Dewey Beach. The condo was clean, comfortable and well decorated and appointed. The views of the bay were stunning. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The owner is so nice and responsive offering lots of helpful tips as we brought our boat. The only somewhat con is there is a restaurant/bar which plays music until 1 am on the weekends. If you are a sensitive sleeper this could be an issue. I enjoyed listening to the music one night out in the sand area in the back of the condo. It was a short drive to Rehoboth Ave, the outlets and Bethany Beach. I would definitely stay here again.

The property pictures are very accurate. We loved the view from the master bedroom and dining area. We watched the sunset every night from the sand box area. Easy walk to the beach and playground. The owner was incredibly informative and responsive to any concerns we had. Only drawback was the loud club music playing at Northbeach Bar/Night Club - we had our travel white noise machine with us for our children, and would recommend bringing one. Other than that it was a perfect fit for our family.

The location is beautiful! We were right on the bay, and just a brief walk to the beach. The property wouldn’t work well for a large family, but it was okay for us. We really enjoyed the area and accommodations.

We had a great week at this awesome house. Everyone was so friendly, we felt like part of the family!! The house was in a perfect location and had everything you need. The owners are great, and responsive. We are already talking about coming back next year, or sooner!!

This property was just as advertized. The owners were considerate and the neighbors were friendly. It was a terrific weekend.

Wonderful beach property on the bay side of Dewey Beach. Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and the shared dock and yard area were eonderful. Communication with owner was great, and no real issues to speak of. Hope to come back the future.

Didn't want to leave, will be back. We had a blast catching crabs off the pier with the kids. I will bring my boat next time to take advantage of the free slip.

Amazing view and property! I don’t think it’s possible to find a better location, bargain and facility! Crabbing right off of the dock! Bring your clothes and that’s it. Everything else is there (minus linens etc of course). You can walk to the beach, night clubs, food or Rehoboth boardwalk! Hidden property yet accessible to everything in minutes. You won’t be sorry. We’re definitely going back!

This is a well appointed property , very convenient to all surrounding places of interest including the beach. The views of the bay are beautiful from both floors, especially sunsets! We will definitely return again.

My family had a great vacation here! First off, the view at Pelican Cove is BEAUTIFUL! Having the dock right out back with a cute little beach area made us feel so relaxed. This property is clean and modernized. The master bedroom is awesome. It has multiple large windows that over look the bay. There were several restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance. The beach was a block over and we used the trolley when heading to the Rehoboth Boardwalk which was no more than a ten minute drive, definitely five stars on location. The owner was super helpful and informative and answered all of our questions and the booking process was super easy. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property!

Rented last minute and owner was very accomadating. He checked that we arrived okay and we found a lovely note and gift bag with some snacks to welcome us. I was apprehensive to rent in Dewey but this place is tucked away with a private parking lot and all the renters of the other units were families that were quiet and very nice. Our end unit was two floors and right on the bay. Every window has bay front views. The master bedroom was a joy to wake up in every day and the views were spectacular. The unit was clean and tidy and updated. It had all the amenities needed for cooking. Also great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The beds were comfortable and two bathrooms were a huge plus for getting ready. The sandy area was a lovely place to sit and watch the beautiful sunsets and the dock was so fun for crabbing. We brought our kayaks as there were stairs for easy water access. Also ideal for SUP if you have one to bring. There is an outdoor shower for sandy clean ups after a long day on the beach. The ocean is a quick walk but recommend you bring a beach kart if you have a lot of items to carry. Easy quick walk to anything in Dewey but so nice to be tucked away! Also easy access to the jolly trolly for Rehoboth boardwalk shops and Funland. The stop was at the end of the street right next to Grottos. You can also Uber there for about 10 dollars. All in all a fantastic stay. We will absolutely ask to rent here again. The location was perfect. Thanks so much for a wonderful vacation!

What a beautiful condo! The view of the bay from all the big windows was the Best! None of us wanted to leave. The whole area within Pelican Cove was lovely. Will definitely consider Pelican Cove again.
