This stay was by far one of best rentals we have ever stayed in through VRBO. Christine was very helpful host in answering all of our questions along with making it possible for us to watch the Super Bowl on 2/11/2024. Easy access, beautiful kitchen, bedrooms each having their own separate bathrooms and close to shopping and restaurants was most definitely a plus for us. This was everything we needed for our 3 days trip away with friends. Thank you Christine!

This home is beautiful and very comfortable. Owners provide nice amenities and drawer and light switches are labeled, which is a bonus.

The condo was very clean and had great amenities. The location is close to the university. Communication was quick and informative. We will definitely stay here for future visits if it’s available.

Clean and in a quiet neighborhood, the property was easy to find. Access was secured through tech: Personal access codes so no worries about former guests having access. You will need to drive to most activities you have come to town for, but Coralville and campus are easy to get to. Hosts responded quickly to questions. Would stay again.

Nicely decorated with everything we needed during our stay. Short drive to the University Hospital. Close to shopping and restraurants. Host were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would certainly stay here again.

Place was perfect for our short stay during my son's graduation. Only thing is the beds are "very firm" so not that comfortable and the kitchen sink disposal did not work.

Beautiful townhouse on the outskirts of town. Quiet neighborhood with nice bike/walking paths nearby. Will definitely keep this on my short list for future stays in the area! Very comfortable and conveniently located.

Very nice property. We were there with my daughter and husband over the Christmas holiday visiting my other daughter who is in profession school at the University of Iowa. Property owner was very responsive.

Stayed at the Hawkeye Retreat with friends to watch our son’s hockey games. The place was absolutely perfect, clean, as described, in a beautiful new neighbourhood. Our first ever trip to Iowa City and if we return next year we will definitely rebook here.

Beautiful property inside- close to grocery and sports area son Campus in quiet neighborhood. Nice open first floor and good size bedrooms. Perfect for our stay for the Michigan Iowa Game. 10-15 min drive to main campus. Would stay here again!

We stayed with another couple, parents of our daughter’s roommate/best friend, for family weekend at the U of I. The home was well described, beautiful, comfortable, thoughtful touches, and close to amenities. We will definitely consider this location first for all future visits to the area. Thank you for the fantastic hospitality and communication.

As no dogs were coming with us this trip, it seemed ideal. Booking was easy, communication throughout was great and the place was as described if not a bit nicer. If we come back to Iowa City, for any reason, this property will be the first I look to book.

So clean, neat and modern! Close enough to UI to be able to drive back and forth to campus to move our son into the dorm. Loved the use of the garage door app - very convenient.

The property is roomy, new, in a quiet location, and has easy access to Iowa City and Coralville via Melrose Av. or Camp Cardinal Rd.

Location and Privacy!
Just as advertised-brand new construction, lovely furnishings and well equipped kitchen! Short drive to downtown, University, dining etc. Excellent Grocery store a short drive(HyVee). Hosts were welcoming and responsive when we had questions!
Quiet, residential community with walking paths etc. Would stay here again!!

New well appointed townhouse perfect for a small gathering of friends or family .Quiet neighborhood . Contemporary decor . Comfortable beds . Large kitchen with plenty of space to “ visit with the cook” . We loved our holiday weekend here !!
