We loved everything about our stay! The condo was much larger than expected, clean and well-stocked. We loved the low-key atmosphere and convenience to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc. The cabana was also a nice addition to store beach items. Highly recommend!!!

Great size. Mattresses were comfortable. I would give the kitchen a D. There are not enough silverware for a 4 bedroom condo. There are very few dishes. We could not make a casserole because there was not a dish for it. Need some plastic glasses.

It was a pleasant and comfortable place to stay and experience the pretty gulf. (If we had any suggestions we would request plastic type drink ware and more silverware.). Overall great, though.

We really enjoy staying in this condo. It is very spacious and so close to the beach. We loved it. Highly recommend it.

Overall this property was perfect for 10 people!! The condo was super clean and spacious! The cabana was an added perk! The pool are was not very eye appealing and could use some sprucing up! But we had a great week with family!

We enjoyed our family vacation in the Perdido Key area. We were overall impressed with how clean the unit was. A couple of areas to be addressed would be replace shower curtains, check dining chairs, table had water and heat stains on it. The unit was managed by Vacasa and even though they were quick to respond to our questions nothing was resolved. We arrived about an hour early prior to check in. After traveling for 18 hours it would have been nice to get into the room that 60 mins early. They would not bend the rule. After we were able to get in we were surprised that there was no dead bolt on the door., not a Vacasa problem but an owner problem. Another concern was that none of the security gates were functional. There is no one on property to asist in questions about the area. There was a mention that hot tub was not working but we found it was but needed a good cleaning. The pool is not heated and renters should be made aware of this. We were lucky the weather was warmer when we were there. We could use a cabana but there was no key to secure the room. It would have been nice to keep pool and beach items in there but had to carry everything back up to the unit. Vacasa was aware of the problem but never got an answer back on this. The lack of the non working sercurity features should be addressed. Overall the unit was spacious and the veiws wonderful. It was a short drive to Orange beach for Mini golf and go karts and other points of interest. We liked the area we stayed in Perdido Key, very quiet.

We love this building. The condo we rented was not up to the usual standards. We are repeat renters in this building but this unit was not clean and the carpet was filthy. Our first Vacasa experience was really bad. No attention to the cleanliness of the unit and they were not very responsive to our request for more towels. Unit did not have half the towels it would usually have. It is a 4 bedroom 4 bath unit and it looked like it had the towels for a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. I would not recommend this unit or Vacasa again. I prefer renting from a local rental company that has a better handle on their properties. Been coming for many years and this was the worst and dirtiest unit I have ever been in.. Owner needs to change management companies. We have been owners of a condo down here and would have never wanted to have a guest check in to our unit if it was left in the condition this one was. We checked in on Jan 2nd for a two month stay and when we mentioned how awful the condition of the unit was, the vacasa people told us they just acquired the unit in November and did not have time to check it. I think that two months prior to check allowed plenty of time to check the unit. If they cannot check the unit prior to a long term guests check in, they are not the company I will ever use again. Fees are High Quality is LOW!

We had a wonderful stay with plenty of space for our family. We loved the large balcony and amazing view. The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely love to stay here again. Also, the pizza place just across the street was SO good! Great place for family!

The inside of condo was very clean but some of the exterior needs maintenance like painting or door replacement. The assigned parking spot was not accurate. The air conditioner tore up. Maintenance was very friendly and quick to respond.

The unit was very clean and roomy. All issues we had with our rental were addressed quickly by vacasa. The parking area could be better since larger vehicles are limited on parking. Overall it’s a great unit right on the beach.

Not the worst not the best…. Carpet was nasty and in serious need of replacement. Tile floor was in need of a deep steam clean. Mattresses were not the most comfortable. Unit does have updated appliances. Stayed at Windemere many times over for years because of the view and proximity to the beach.

The unit is super, but the cleaning service missed a few areas, such as spider webs in the corners and nasty vents.
