We loved our stay at Terra Casa. What a charming, beautiful and comfortable home. The location is perfect, so close to the beach, and our children and grandchildren loved playing on the green space out front. The proximity to Coquina pool is excellent, and we loved that we could walk everywhere. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place for a family to stay. We do have a few things they need to fix or improve inside the home though. There are only a few forks and spoons you’ll find yourself washing them constantly if you have more than two people staying. The oven door doesn’t close all the way, so it takes forever to cook meals in it. There is also an ant problem. For a home in this price range, you should NOT have to deal with ants. There were ants on the counter tops, ants on our dishes. If you have food on the island to prep for a meal, there were ants. They were outside the doors on all of our beach stuff, getting inside our bags and on our chairs. They were everywhere. The biggest issue we had though was that we were told in writing that we could bring a tent (10x10 or smaller) to the beach as long as we set up in the designated area. We hauled our tailgate tent all the way there and were told that was not allowed. The beach chair rental company said they have told the home rental company that rule has been changed all year, but they keep giving renters the wrong information. We then had to spend $96 to rent umbrellas on our first day. We ended up getting a refund since we could prove that we were told it was okay. Still a hassle and a huge item we drove 10 hours with for no reason. Don’t make our same mistake. You can’t have a tent, no matter what they tell you. Go buy an umbrella and some chairs from Publix. It’ll save you a fortune. Rentals come out to almost $100 per day for chair setup.

Was great! Property is awesome and so close to everything. Would go back again! We had a great time! Only critique would be the check in time is not until 5 which I think is late if you are flying in.
