The house and location were both great! The house was nicely updated with lots of room and fantastic views. It's located close to the supermarkets and in a quiet part of town. The welcome basket was a nice touch and Jay was very attentive right from our initial booking. Wish we could've stayed here longer, will definitely stay again when we come back.

Very enjoyable stay, great space, excellent amenities and quality of accommodation. Only one ding for not having a kettle when the description clearly said "tea making facilities" Being a Brit I breathed a sign of relief thinking they would be a kettle...but alas there was not, so resorted to the classic boil water in pot on stove in the US approach. Small knock on an otherwise excellent property - would book again.

We had a fantastic time stay at the property. It’s a beautiful two bedroom cottage, with great views. I would highly recommend staying at this location. We look forward to staying there again in our next trip to Sedona.

Just stayed here for 5 nights and it was wonderful! Newly updated and gorgeous property. Home was clean and tidy. Property manager was very responsive making communication easy! Great location to many close trails and lots of food.

Our stay in Sedona was great! We arrived a little early (3:30) and the house was ready to go. Check in was a breeze with a pre-determined code emailed prior to arrival. House was clean and nicely updated- lots of storage to unpack all of your clothes. Plenty of towels provided and washer and dryer on site if you need it. Neighborhood was quiet. Outdoor area was nice with fire pit and view of the red rocks. Centrally located in Sedona with a CVS and Whole Foods just outside the neighborhood. Easy to get to uptown and all of the most popular hikes. Jay left a nice welcome basket with wine and snacks, which was a nice touch. Would stay again!

Great location for hiking trails, Uptown Sedona. Very relaxing and quite neighborhood. We liked the outdoor areas the home had. Super large kitchen and well stocked with everything we needed. Owner was very easy to work with and responsive! We had a group of 2 couples and we all enjoyed our time in Sedona!

We loved our stay. It is in the perfect location, very clean and comfortable bed. The host is amazing - great communication. We highly recommend this VRBO. It is one of our favorite VRBO stays to date.

Great house in a beautiful neighborhood built into the hillside. Easy access to shopping, hikes, etc. Well stocked with all the essentials! Appreciated the large bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for our family if 4. Its location and view was incredible. The house was beautiful and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and towels were even notably soft! The showers were awesome. The host was quick to respond and made it easy to check in as checkout. Would recommend and hope to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was central to everything. The space was the right size and well appointed. Included a Red Rocks pass which came in handy and a welcome basket of treats and wine (we don't drink however). Nice towels in the bath, too. I wished there had been better lighting in the main rooms (more lamps) but that's fixable. A note however for those with touchy backs -- both beds are quite soft -- especially if you are coming from firm beds at home. Property manager was very responsive to questions and the neighborhood was quiet.

This house is perfect if you're looking for a two bedroom stay in Sedona. Both bedrooms are master suite style, both have a king bed with wonderfully soft mattress. TVs in each room, and a third TV in the couch area off of the kitchen. The third TV was great for the kids to watch while we cooked dinners. The kitchen was great, well stocked with dishes and cookware, and nice countertops with plenty of room. The best part about the house that I wasn't expecting was the view out of the large bay windows in the dining area and kitchen. I thought we wouldn't be able to see anything but the backyard, which is nice and private, but you also get a glimpse of the beautiful Sedona red mountains while you're inside. The house is located near the airport mesa road, be sure to do the airport mesa view and hike on your first day there, to get spectacular views of Sedona and the surrounding mountains. The property manager was excellent at communicating with us and making sure that we had everything we needed. We will be staying here again in the future.

Stayed here for 6 nights. Two adult couples visiting from Ohio to do some hiking and sightseeing. We had a spectacular time. The place was in a great location in West Sedona. Very close to the Airport Mesa for beautiful sunrise views. A very quiet neighborhood and it was easy to find. The house was spacious and clean. The beds, linens, and towels were high-end hotel quality. We loved sitting around the fire pit in the evenings and watching the sunset. Access to laundry facilities was a big plus!

This is a spacious very well located and nicely updated property with two king bed suites. There is centrally located kitchen and dining area with a view out towards a pleasant stone patio and the beautiful red rock mountains beyond. Very good communication with the property manager too.

Wonderful place as base for hiking in the Sedona area! House was clean, well equipped and had great space for 2 couples Showers and beds were exceptional. Has a very nice outdoor gas fire pit to sit around at night.

Great property! In fact one of my favorites for sure. The host was great, communication perfect. The location is really convenient to everything you will want to do. Perfect for 2 couples vacationing because of the 2 master ensuites. The backyard is very private and relaxing. We even had many vistors in the backyard including deer and coyote. We will be back for sure, 4 nights just wasn't enough in my opinion.

We had a terrific three days here and enjoyed the lovely backyard and spacious condo. Jay, our host, was outstanding. Everything about the condo was in terrific working order, and Jay was very easy to get in contact with if we had questions.

Beautiful remodeled home in an amazing location with views of the Red Rocks. We woke up to a view of dears grazing on the apple trees. Jay was very punctual and accommodating. We loved having the washer and dryer option, especially after a day of hiking.

I usually travel to Sedona with my partner and pup so we're limited to pet-friendly properties, but this time I was traveling with a family friend so I was able to search all available 2BR/2BA units. I am so glad I came across this little slice of heaven! It is located in a quiet and very scenic part of Sedona and the backyard is its own little oasis. If you like seeing wildlife out your back door, you will love every moment of being here! The house is impeccably decorated and spotlessly clean, the amenities were very welcome and much appreciated, and the responsiveness of Jay, the host, was immediate! We had no issues from booking to check-out and were completely satisfied with our stay. The next time I travel to Sedona without my pup I hope to stay in this very same spot!

Everything about this property is simply perfect. No flaws, really, and Jay is a terrific host.

My husband and I spent 4 nights at this amazing location. It had everything and was so clean! We loved having the outside fire area for s’mores on our last night. We also had daily visitation from multiple bunny rabbits, quail, and two mule deer ran through the yard one afternoon. So cool to see through the huge windows in the kitchen. The area was so quiet, but close to everything (5-10 minutes or less from most of the popular trails as well as downtown Sedona). The only thing I would change is the master shower. It was gorgeous, but without doors I felt like the water spilled out a lot no matter what we did. We showered in the second bedroom mostly and it was heaven. A lot of people would probably love the guest shower though so don’t let that deter you! It was also so nice being able to cook while we were there so we didn’t have to eat our every meal. Also, other perks included a prepaid red rocks pass (so we didn’t have to pay to park at the trailheads), a complimentary bottle of wine, and they did not make us do anything for checkout but leave (which was so nice as often these places have you take the trash, strip the beds, etc). We would absolutely stay again!!!
