Michael was a great host and the house worked perfectly with the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for our family visit.

My parents, in-laws, husband and I stayed here for my son’s wedding. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Having 3 full bathrooms was a blessing. The host truly was wonderful to work with. He even let us back in later on the day of check-out when we realized we left a few items behind. I recommend this house!

Our family of six traveled to Texas for a wedding. The home was great. Lots of space for our kids to spread out and have space. Quiet neighborhood, clean, comfortable beds and easy drives to stores and restaurants.

This home was absolutely immaculate. We had four adults and two children stay and it was big enough that we could’ve easily had another family of four with us. The place is clean and luxurious. Three bathrooms were awesome to have. They had everything we needed for cooking! The beds are super comfortable. The outdoor space is great too! It has a nice space for outdoor games, a great outdoor couch, a smoker, and a propane grill. Checking in and out was easy! The owner communicated quickly at all times. It’s so close to Big League Dreams Park ans Hawainn Falls water park. We are taking a three minute drive. I will definitely try to stay here again if we come to Mansfield!

I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an updated, clean and comfortable place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet and traffic is low. The home itself is beautiful with an open floor plan so it feels so much bigger. My family all enjoyed staying here and will certainly stay here again in the future.

We came with some friends for the Winter Worlds Softball tournament. This place was literally perfect. The host is amazing and organized. The property is spectacular with everything you need and it works well with couples as the rooms are far apart with bathrooms. Also, is is 2 mins from BLD. We come every year to play and will absolutely be back here! Thank you so much!!!!

A beautiful property located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to businesses and stores. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate. The Patio furniture needed to be cleaned so we did not get to enjoy the outside Patio, the bedroom in the loft is too high for anyone to safely sleep there, it needs to be lower for safety reasons. But overrall a nice property.

House was absolutely amazing. Just as expected plus the little extras were very nice. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Didn't get to spend enough time at the place to enjoy all the amenities. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We were a party of 5 adults. Myself and grown children. I loved the fact this home has 2 living spaces, therefore, everyone was spread out. We never felt like we were on top of each other. My home is 2,100 sq. ft. This home felt very spacious the minute you walked through the door. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. I felt like I was home away from home. This house was exactly what I was looking for. I loved the fact no TV's in the bedrooms. This allowed us to hang out together in the evening playing games. The TV's are in the 2 living spaces and one in the patio area. On Sunday we had meat on the grill while watching football on the outdoor TV. Loved the fact we had access to the washer & dryer with all the necessities. I had an issue with VRBO mobile app. I booked online with my PC. However, my booking never showed on my mobile app. I uninstalled then re-installed and still it did not show my booking. I was concerned there would be no means of communicating if something came up. Enroute to TX I texted Michael my concern. During our stay I had a few questions. I sent him a text and he responded promptly. I will keep this property on my favorite list. We usually book on the beach in different states. This house was everything we needed for our move from Virginia to Texas and MORE. NEVER had a house all well stocked as this one. We probably spent less than $200 in groceries for 2 weeks, because Michael's team thought of everything we might possibly need and MORE. It was ALL there already. Coffee, toiletries, spices, tools, detergent, water, paper products...you name it!! I don't really have enough time to do this review justice...wait...Did I say he had desks with dual and triple monitors perfect for telework and virtual school simultaneously. Spacious garage with an operational bike and weight lifting rack. AT&T internet was great too with extenders throughout the house. Too much goodness to list. Six Star if it were possible. We loved it. Almost extended, but home remodeling costs shrunk our budget! Oh and did I mention the most flexible and responsive owner we have ever rented with. He never had us wait for feedback. He monitors the VRBO messaging site like a hawk. Will return if ever in need of awesome accomodations!

This place is amazingly comfortable and clean and the pictures don’t do it justice. Close to lots of fun activities but in a quiet neighborhood that I would totally feel safe staying alone as a female. Home description: lots of room, comfortable beds, comfortable furniture, large TV in main living area, and very clean. Michael has provided lots of extras that I have never seen in a rental before. I have no idea how long he has been renting out this house, but it is fully stocked with all the thoughtfulness of someone who has dealt with traveling and what you miss from home. I have stayed in houses that had “fully stocked” kitchens with no more than 1 spoon, 1 fork, and good luck finding a knife….this is not that kind of rental. If Michael has it listed, you can bet it’s there. Is this home perfect? No, but it is closer to perfect than I have ever stayed and we’ve done a lot of traveling with multiple youth teams. I could go on for days about how much we liked this rental.
