The manager answers questions and responds very quickly. She also keeps you updated on the island and sends pictures. Great manager. My plan was to have a peaceful stay on the beach, and this property provided that. If you want to spend a lot of time indoors, the furniture is not comfortable. The bed has a big hump in the middle, but it is okay. The view is amazing. We had everything we needed to cook. During Spring Break time, it's best to only go south to restaurants. Plan accordingly for traffic to stand still. There are many things still not open, but we had everything we needed. So if there is something particular you are looking for, investigate. This condo is located in the middle so either way is a little drive. Also it is across the street from the Marina so you will here a beeping sound every time a boat is put up or taken down. Other than the couch, we had a very nice stay and were pleased overall.

The views in this unit are fabulous. Very convenient location to restaurants and activities. We met many friendly people at the pool. And seven miles of gorgeous beach. Could not ask for more.

So happy that FMB is making a comeback! Julie’s place was just as advertised….clean and comfortable! The property is hard at work returning to normal….beach is still fabulous. Great communication with owner!

The studio was clean and comfortable, many linens and pillows available. The king SZ bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked well. Beautiful view of the ocean and city. Beach is private and at the time we stayed was not overly busy. There was still construction going on on the grounds from damage post IAN but that did not bother us. Everyone was friendly and respectable construction workers and staff, other tenants. Julie the owner has amazing communication she is very quick to get back to you and gives you all the information needed before arriving--we had no issues with anything. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

First Time in Fort Myers Beach
Perfect location for beach lovers. Convenient to local restaurants and shops. Friendly and warm residents. The view from the balcony is spectacular.

Nice quiet stay on the beach
The unit was nice but small best suited for 2 people. The pool closed at 5 so no night swimming. Nice shopping and food across the street.

Not disappointed
We have stayed at EBTC many, many times. This is the first time staying there with a dog. It worked out well. The condo met our needs and we were all very comfortable. A beautiful view especially while seated at a sunset facing “bar” set up on the balcony. Thank you.

Met or beat expectations.
Property grounds were immaculate. Have stayed in complex before. First time we had everything we needed and more.unit is on 12 th floor (ph). Unit is a good size for two people.

Great location
This place was very good but not great but if you over look the fact that it needs a little updating the location of this place can’t be beat, some of the instructions inside the condo were a little confusing but the owner was great and answered my e-mail quickly.
This place is still worth every penny and its in a great location, we definitely enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend it.

Wonderful Location
My husband and I visited this property in July. It has a great balcony view of the beach. It is also in the perfect location and very close to some cute shops and restaurants. The beaches were clean and there was plenty of room to spread out and be socially distanced due to the virus. We will definitely be booking this location again!

Exactly as described - great view of gulf and bay
We really enjoyed EBT and the top floor/corner view from Bill's place is fantastic! We enjoyed watching the gulf -- birds and dolphins and the sunset view was amazing. The view included the Estero Bay and so many palm trees.
The heated pool is large with many lounge chairs. The building is right on the beach so it's a short walk out to the sand. The south end of the island is more quiet with restaurants and grocery store nearby. Times Square is easy to get to for more restaurants and fun.
The condo is modest and shows that it's been well-used. We would have like to have better pots and pans as we cooked many nights during our stay. On the whole - a great stay!

Winter break
Location was perfect for the beach and view. Nice shops and restaurants across the street. Pool was great. Met lots of friendly people. Rental process was easy and friendly. Unit needs some TLC.

The location is PERFECT
The condo is on the top floor, with a corner view, allowing you to see the ocean as well as the bay and lights of Ft Myers Beach. Directly across the street are several good restaurants, no need to drive. The pool area was very nice, and we could bring our little dog down to enjoy the day just outside the pool fence. Condo is a bit outdated, but we enjoyed everything so much, we are booked for next year. The proximity to the ocean is a big selling point. Loved it.

What we would love to say about this place in on word is AMAZING!!!! The view, the condo, the people, and everything around fort Myers was amazing!!!!! Only the only down falls we had was the time the pool closed!!!! It was at 730!!!! Oh and I wished they had a bathroom closed to the pool with a small child it’s hard to get them out of the pool and all the way back up to the room, and we wished the laundry room had a change machine! It only takes quarters which is hard to find when your doing laundry at night. BUT WE LOVE THE CONDO, BILL, and the security guard was SUPER SUPER NICE!!!! we can’t wait to plan our next vacation and stay again! We also told everyone we know if they want a great area and great place to stay we know of a wonderful place!!!!! Thanks again!!!

Perfect, quiet location
This condo was perfect for me, my husband and two toddler kiddos. Nice and quiet. Super convenient, walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. It was clean and had a perfect view of the ocean from the living area window and balcony. Recommending to family and friends and hope to be back!

The condo was very nice, well equipped and has a wonderful view. Unfortunately, it was already booked for the same time next year or we would have returned. Very disappointed we had to look elsewhere.

The view from the apartment os fantastique, close to everything. The apartment lacks a little love.
The appartement is very safe, pool,tennis is perfect, except the pool should close a little later. It really has a lot to do with the ride, bike,golf,shopping,boat tour and so on.

Nice but is in need of updates
The view is good but your deck overlooking parking lot. It had a musty smell when you entered the unit. We thought it was mop for cleaning but it lasted most of the week. Bathroom is in need of updating but was functional. Heating/ cooling unit wasn’t working right but they tried to fix it while we were there. The air was working but heat never did. Only a big deal the night it got down to 50 degrees. It’s definitely geared for older couples and I wouldn’t recommend it to younger couples. The area is nice and has a lot of nice restaurants. I hope this helps and I’m going read reviews better next time. Also will mention I did get s deal on the unit for the week,

Awesome!
We really enjoyed the condo. Loved looking out at the ocean and at the bay from the living room. Very clean grounds. Enjoyed our stay. We have made reservations and plans to come back and stay in the same condo. Looking forward to summer 2019. Thanks, Mr. Bell

Great location and great view
The location and view from the balcony were great. The unit was nicely decorated and clean. The unit could use some updating in the bathroom, the blinds on the windows and the entry door. Also there was no washer or dryer in the unit but there were shared washers and dryers in the building. The pool is very nice and the beach chairs and umbrellas in the unit were greatly appreciated.
