This is a great place to stay if you do not need any details about where you are staying until you arrive. It made the start of the vacation very stressful. Asking if you needed to pack beach towels, (most vacation homes list this type of item) and packing beach towels as everyone knows takes up so much space so if you do not need to pack them you dont want to. Was not answered until the day of and we were told that the host had to drive 3 hours 1 way to bring the towels? another example of an unprofessional comment. Again not finding out until we were already there. If your room does not have a remote control to your TV you are told to watch one of the other TV's. Having a baby that crawls it didnt take long to realize the floors were not clean, we all wore socks that were filthy d/t the floors. I've never rented a home where getting information was like pulling teeth and the responses were less than accommodating. The Hotel guests wore arm bands and everything was catered to them. We didnt know that. For the price if we were to return, I would stay at the hotel and have access to all amenities and hotel services with the questions that go a long with visiting a new place handled in a professional manner. Also maybe know and offer a phone number on how to rent a boat and jet ski on the property. I was just told to call the hotel or marina.

Our stay was great! The house was so spacious and clean. It was the perfect space and location for our bachelorette party! It was close to Margaritaville and many other fun party spots. We recommend!

"The Mint" may not look might at first sight from the outside, but it is beyond mighty on the inside. Perfect family place. Would be great for any group but for our family it was perfect! Clean, great arrangement, easy access to bathrooms, and outstanding hosts. A+ rating

Our family get-together at The Mint was wonderful. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and two teenagers. The property was very clean, had plenty of thick towels, everything needed in the kitchen, and a nice screened in porch! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We came here for my bachelor party, and it was perfect! Everything in the listing was accurate and was beyond expectations. Also, there was no crazy checkout list!
We never left the area as there was a golf course 3 minutes away and boat rentals 5 minutes away. The house was so great we decided to hang out there rather than go to the bars.
Communication with the property owner was over the top great. Always replied within minutes before our trip and was able to answer questions quickly during the trip.

We had multiple generations stay at this property for a quick get away. It was easy to get to, easy check in and close to all the things we wanted to do. The home was stocked with everything needed. We had 7 people stay here and had plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable and that has been a problem with past locations. Would recommend this house and look forward to staying here again!

The house was exactly as advertised. We had all of the supplies we needed for the stay. Communication and responsiveness to any issues was exceptional. Margaritaville amenities were awesome for the family. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Ozark Oasis
This was our first trip to Lake of the Ozarks. The homeowner was kind enough to accommodate us bringing our dogs with.
I loved the house so much. The house would work great for multiple couples or a larger family with the spacious bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. The screened in porch was nice too. I also really appreciated that there were paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, bottled water and some basic cooking supplies available. It was great that we could use the beach and bath towels too.
We had a question about the passcodes and the homeowner was very responsive.
The only thing I would caution for those with pets is that there isn’t a place for dogs to be off-leash. Also, plan ahead as there is potential for a lot of woodticks. We stayed here in May. Even with preventative on our dogs we were still finding a handful of ticks on each dog each day.
Overall it was a great house and a great experience. There are lots of local amenities to enjoy also. It is well worth the trip!

Cute home for quick getaway
Sunny was very responsive to any and all issues that we had. The home is laid out very nicely with every bedroom having its own en suite plus an additional full bath off the living room. It has a cute fire pit area that was perfect for roasting marshmallows. There were a few issues that I reported to the owner and she said she would make sure that they were addressed right away. All in all a very nice long weekend.

We loved staying at The Mint! The house was so clean and the location was great. We were in the Ozarks celebrating our friends’ birthdays and the house was perfect.
Sunny was great to work with! If we ever head back to the Ozarks we’ll definitely be staying at the Mint!

Great home!!
Great place to stay! Clean, comfortable and spacious. Loved the screened deck with ceiling fans and the fire pit. Each bedroom was large, comfortable and had a full bath. The fourth bath and shower came in handy. We loved feeling secluded yet being close to everything. The new owner was fantastic, communicated quickly and we had everything we needed!

Cute and Spacious Ozarks House
We really enjoyed staying at this house for our quick getaway to LOTO! It was great to have plenty of space to accommodate ourselves and our older children. We enjoyed the amenities of the screened-in porch and the fire pit for some nighttime activities. It was great to be close to Margaritaville and be able to use their amenities as well. We rented a boat from their marina after lunch at Landshark, which was just steps away from each other and the pool area. Had quick responses from the owners of the house, which was great. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the upstairs decor was darling, with lots of nice space to relax. It was a great place that fit our needs perfectly!

It was a very good experience. The property owners were very prompt in answering my questions and the photos looked exactly like it did on VRBO. It was a beautiful property and well-maintained. I would highly recommend renting it.

Great house with everything you need
Great house that sleeps 10 or more comfortably. It was great for girls weekend. Cooking appliances were fantastic, great decks, and plenty of room. Beds are firm so if you like softer bring soft bedding. Close to pools, shopping, and activities or room to play games there. Owners were great to work with.

Lots of space
We are a family of 6 with 2 dogs. There was plenty of room for all of us. We could have had 4 more guests with no problem. Loved the main floor and the screen balcony was the gem of the stay. We had cool evenings that allowed us to be outside without bug spray or bugs but morning coffee without pests is good for the soul. What a great home.

Clean and relaxing stay
A wonderful stay at the ozarks! Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hang out. The enclosed deck area was a great place to hang out and eat meals. Kitchen was equipped with all of the necessities for cooking. Owners were very responsive when we had a few minor questions. Thank you for opening your home. We would stay there again on our next trip to the area.
