Nice, clean and roomy. Nice response time about low propane for fire pit. In a nice large closed off area with no traffic and lots of parking. Close to town but not too close, easy use of back roads. Would stay here again.

The location off the property on the outskirts of Pigeon Forge was an ideal location to reach the attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

This home accommodated my family nicely; parking area large enough to fit our four family vehicles. The rustic interior setting was relaxing for all. The common area provided two dining tables, a spacious kitchen stocked with two coffee makers (k-cup and pot) and plenty of dinnerware, etc., a comfortable TV area, and a combination locked pool room. Bedrooms were spacious, providing all with king and bunk sized comfortable beds. Very useful, the common area rest room provided regular washer and dryer. Overall, the rental interior layout was perfect for family interaction and privacy. The upstairs game area was spacious, and used constantly. A minor issue with the indoor pool water temp being set too warm for the family arose during stay, but the owner quickly corrected the problem. This rental provided ample space for my family of 16. The fire pit area, hot tub, small indoor pool, game area, 250mbs wifi, and multiple TVs kept the family engaged. Bottom line--we would stay again.

Gabe was responsive to all of our questions, but an air hockey puck was never located. Plenty of room for all of us, and very appreciative that the cabin is pet friendly. Everything was enjoyed by the grandkids and adults alike, including the outdoor seating area and propane fire pit.

Family got together for grandfathers 80th bday bash. He is coming off beating cancer and we surprised him for a weekend to remember. Perfect household for the family that we had.

We stayed here as a celebration for my husband’s 60th birthday. Us, the kids and 10 grandbabies ranging in age from 7 months to 14 years old. The kids loved the pool and the house was big enough for all 19 of us. It was located close enough to everything. The kids loved the pool and the game room. BUT the house is not very well kept. There were reviews several months befor we got there for flooring coming up under the table and not was not repaired when we stayed. We could not use any of the toilets on the first floor because they all leaked around the base. There were shims placed under the wax rings so it had been leaking for some time. There was no trash cans outside, which is ridiculous for 19 people for a week stay. The owner said they’d have the cleaners pick up but they never do so the trash pile was the size of a mini Cooper after a week. We spent quite a bit of money on dishwashing soap, garbage bags, a broom, laundry soap, coffee, garbage bags etc. because they provide only one day worth of everything which is crazy for a house that size. If there were one or two people, that would be fine but they wouldn’t be staying in such a large house. The hot tub was also misssing all but one of the headrests. Overall, if it wasn’t for the size and the pool, this would be a one star review.

We loved the location of this cabin, as we were only 1 mile from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. The cabin had plenty of room, and the kids loved the indoor pool!

The property was very nice and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. One of the TVs in the bedroom didn’t work. The flooring was coming up in the area by the table. We stayed there during Christmas and was disappointed with how they maintain the drive to get in and out. There is several cabins that use that private drive and nobody maintained it and was causing accidents. The host never responded when we brought that to their attention.we called VRBO and they sent 2 emails regarding this situation. Check out time was at 10 am and still Nobody could get out or get their vehicle loaded cause you couldn’t get up the hill. The host finally responded after we had already left. Very disappointed since that is the only way in and out of the property. If there was an emergency No one would be able to get to you. When I spoke to host wasn’t very helpful about the issue. So after wrecking a vehicle cause someone was stuck on the road and you couldn’t see it. We have occurred another expense. This could have been prevented if someone would have maintained and treated the road.! Now who is going to fix my vehicle and pay the deductible. My advice is hire people who can treat the road so this doesn’t happen again or someone gets hurts!

The hot tub did not work right one night, at lease we could not get it to.

Lovely property for large groups with plenty to do at the cabin or close enough to explore the fun sites of Pigeon Forge! We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay, however there were a few things that I would like to bring to your attention: House looks just like the pictures, very clean we will stay again! If you are looking for a heated pool in the winter, the pool was not heated at all. We choose this home for the pool. I reached out to the owner and they mentioned that that the pool temp should have at 78. However it was too cold for us to get in, thank God they had the hot tub!!! I did reach out to the owners and somone did come out and turned it up a bit, but it was still too cold. Depending on the amout of people who stay, the shower will get cold quick, so don't take long hot showers. The owner did send someone out and the turned the heater up a bit. All of the closet ar missing racks, so your clothes will have to say on the floor or in your suitecase unless you want to place your things on the shelves unter the tv stand. It would have been nice to have another fridge for food storage, television in the gaming area for the kids, along with sofa. Again, we will stay again :-).

Very clean and a nice setup for a large group. Very convenient location, just 4 minutes from town.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I would definitely rent this cabin again.

This was our first time visiting Tennessee. The cabin was spacious and beautifully decorated. The kids the loved the inside pool and arcade games available. The host (Gabe) was great. Told of places to visit while there. We will definitely be back.

Looking for a great location in Pigeon Forge…this is it! Great owners, easy check in, beautiful cabin. Minor items came up, but owner easily reached and fixed. Enjoyed our stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful home. 6 out of 8 rooms have king size beds which I loved the most. The other two rooms was great for the kids with the bunkbeds and the 2 queen beds. There was enough bathrooms for everyone to use. The kitchen and dinning area is very spacious. The pool area was perfect and clean. The host response was very quick and gave clear instructions upon arrival. 5 STARS ALL AROUND !!!

WARNING!!!! What was supposed to be an exciting time with my family turned awful!!!!Upon arrival dirty towels were loaded in washing machine and many many big black ants 🐜 was just a small problem…… All of my grands that got in the hot tub broke out in red rash on their bodies. Came home went to dr visit the same day returning home and next day dermatologist. All caught bacterial folliculitis from the hot tub not being properly cleaned and chemicals!!!! I would NOT recommend renting this place!!! When seven(7) small and young kids end up needing dr visit/medical treatment due to a rental not being sanitary I would NOT recommend this place!!!! 884 Osprey Way‼️❌

Everything was exactly like the listing. Decor is is amazing. We had everything we needed to feel like home. Lots of space for all 7 of us. Owners gave great recommendations on places to eat. I would definitely rent this cabin again.
