I’ve stayed at this home a few times before and will keep coming back because this is one of the best places for a large group of friends you will find near Beckley! It has all the amenities you could need, very comfortable beds, and a great host!

Had a great stay at this property. Centrally located between main attractions in a quiet neighborhood (but still enough yard space that you don't feel out of place amongst neighbors). Very clean and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out--we had 7 adults and 2 kids. Great back patio with a firepit and multiple hangout spaces inside. Well-stocked kitchen and linen closet. Close to multiple good restaurants.

Very clean and spacious home perfect for a long weekend of rafting and hiking. Cy was very easy to get in touch with when we had questions. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a great experience and the house was perfect for our two larger families, 6 each. The host was very quick in answering our questions and we had everything we needed for our stay. Our teenagers loved the garage space and spent a number of hours playing basketball out front. Due to our schedule, the weahter, and only being there a few days we didn't have a chance to enjoy the deck space as much as we would have liked to. But I'm confident that would have only added to our experience!

This was a good location for hiking the National Park and we made it to 10 waterfalls on the WV Waterfall trail. Our family of 7 slept comfortably and the kitchen was big enough to cook and serve meals in. The sunroom was a nice addition to relax and enjoy the views.

The property is very convenient to the town of Fayetteville and not far from Beckley. It was super clean and easy to access. There are steps to the basement rooms and to the upper floor, but they are easy to maneuver. The sunken living room is pretty but there is one dangerous step there at the stairs. The house was well stocked with what we needed and there was space for all of us. I would definitely rent this property again if I needed a large space.

This home is one of favorites, lists of beds for a large group of friends or family, plenty parking, space inside, comfortable sitting areas inside and out. Really enjoyed the quiet surroundings and feel of being in the woods. Couldn’t be happier about my trip there, home, and host.

Loved this vacation, location and all there was to do. The property was spacious, clean and easy to find. We had plenty to do in the area and on those few rainy days, we had a lot of games that were provided by the host that kept our family of 4 adult children happy. We went to WVa to see and learn as none of us had been there before. We would have liked to be there in mid Oct but that wasn't possible for all of us. We missed the peak of leaf color. We did enjoy visiting all the Nat'l Park Viewing areas. We drove over to The Greenbrier one day and truly enjoyed the bunker tour and lunch. We had a similar experience at the Tamarack Center. It did rain a couple days so we enjoyed the Coal Mine tour in Beckley. The house had plenty of room and was well equipped for the 6 of us. We enjoyed the fire pit several afternoons. I would recommend it to others.

Converging from various points on the map to spend a long weekend together, this space was great for our college reunion. With multiple common spaces, various bedding options for kids, and easy access to New River Gorge for outings, we had a great time in a great space.

This house was very spacious and had a layout that was conducive to a large group. It was very close to Fayetteville restaurants and grocery stores, and just a short drive to Adventures on the Gorge. Cy was prompt with his responses and gave helpful instructions. Really the only downside is that many of the mattresses are extremely uncomfortable. A lot of our group did not sleep well on them and several people quit trying and ended up sleeping on couches

Extremely convenient location to New River Gorge park. The property is well maintained, clean, with all conveniences, including thoughtful board games to keep kids occupied in between activities. Cy was incredibly responsive and gave very helpful recommendations. We had a lovely stay for a group of 10 - didn’t feel crowded, but were quite comfortable.

This is an amazing house and location, you can't beat it in the Fayetteville area! I would look at staying here again on our next trip!

We had a large group of family stay at this wonderful property. It was the perfect house for us to spread out comfortably and filled with fun activities for all ages. It is close to so many area attractions, but tucked away in a peaceful spot. We loved our week here and would definitely return. It was clean and had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

West Virginia rental was really nice!
We enjoyed the stay in Fayetteville. Went to enjoy the outdoors with a scout group. Property was clean and owner was super communicative. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great to cook in for our group meals. Would definitely stay there again!

Very roomy and comfortable home. We will definitely consider this home again. Large rooms, plenty of beds and baths. Great seating areas for family time (multiple). One shower is very small and one bathroom has a jacuzzi tub but no shower. Third bath shower was good. Large kitchen and nice outdoor area for enjoying.

Family short trip
We booked a family rafting trip & our home away from home was perfect! We had a large group but plenty of space for everyone. The home was well equipped with towels, linens, bath products as well as the laundry room. We had a lot of rainy weather but still managed to grill with plenty of "hang out" space both inside & out.

Perfect Place in Fayetteville
The house was perfect for our extended family of 10. The location was easy to get to and really close to everything. We especially liked that there were plenty of linens, towels, extra blankets, and pillows. Cy was quick to answer any questions and I'm sure if we had any problems, they would have been addressed promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Easter family get together
We had a great stay. There were 10 of us, including 4 children ages 2-7. Lots of room for the kids to run around. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and the basketball hoop. Very comfy accommodations. The owner was very responsive and communicative. Fayetteville is a great town. Loved Freefolk Brewery and Pies and Pints. Definitely recommend the property.

Family Get together
We spent 5 days at this location. Ages varied from 85 to a 1 year old with four generations coming from 3 locations. The house was perfect for all of us and well maintained. Communication was great with quick response’s answering any questions we had. We’ll stay here again.
