This was a wonderful home and Logan was an excellent and responsive host. Once you enter the courtyard, you know you are in the right place. It's welcoming, stylish, well-appointed, and very clean. We loved being there and hosting our family for a perfect Thanksgiving. Would definitely return!

Perfect location. Check parking details but they are very manageable. This is a great property for a close group of friends. Very open concept and you can hear across loft style bedrooms. Very well furnished and comfortable.

Very nice place! Pool/spa was amazing, place was well decorated and clean, beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect, we enjoyed a few nice strolls down the Katy Trail.

It is so close to everything you need. House is loaded with extras. It is much nicer than it appears from the curb. Plenty of room. Easy to get everywhere you need to go. We had pets that were easy to manage because of the way the house is set up with an enclosed front and back yard area. Front yard enclosure was our favorite for drinking coffee. Will definitely stay again.

Property was exactly as pictured and described- clean, quality furnishing, excellent location and super quick response from host. Our only issue was key pad code did not work on arrival but the host responded immediately, opened the door and resolved the issue. Do not hesitate to stay!

This house was perfect for our girls weekend! We loved the location and access to the Katy Trail. The house is decorated impeccably! Pool is a great size for relaxing and appreciated the shade of the patio since it was so hot. The owner was very responsive to a few issues we had. Communication was great. The biggest issue we had was the lack of information about a few (important) things in the description. First, the Garage Loft bedroom (2 queens) is NOT part of the main house and does not have an attached bathroom. There were only 6 of us, so we all could fit in the main house by sharing the king-size beds, but if we all wanted our own bed or if there more of us, it would not have worked. None of us wanted to stay over the garage and have to go downstairs, walk through a courtyard, unlock the front door, walk through the house, and go upstairs or downstairs to use the restroom in the middle of the night. I communicated to the owner that I think it's VERY important to be clear about this in the description, especially if you had young children you had planned on using that bedroom. Also, the top loft bedroom is open to the house, but does have privacy. Just know that if any lights are on in the house it will light up that room. Also be aware that every room is on a different floor so there are a LOT of stairs in case this is a problem for you. We loved the house, but unfortunately won't be able to stay there again as our group is usually 8 ladies and we won't fit.

Walking trail next to property is a big plus. You are also walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. Close to medical center. Wouldn’t recommend if you don’t like stairs, but we loved it.

This was the perfect spot for 5 ladies in their 50s from out of town. We will be back!

We had 6 ladies staying the weekend for a bachelorette party. The house had great energy for us and we really enjoyed our stay there. The location couldn't be better and the pool is the perfect size. There are so many fun spots to sit with a glass of wine inside and outside this house.

Stayed with family while in town for our daughter’s wedding. Such a lovely home. We loved the convenience to Katy Trail, and location was less than 10 min drive to everywhere we went all weekend! Beds were very comforstable. Home is well appointed. Very family friendly.

Just a few things: Be aware that there is a lot of stairs to get anywhere in the house and that some of the rooms "privacy setting" may not match what you want. But that's due to a super cool design & concept, making the experience super trendy and nice. Host is super nice and responsive. The best part is that there are so many "cool spots" in the house. From the moment you step onto the property, you realize it’s a special place. Walking into the home that smell of fresh and clean takes over. The property is on multiple levels with several balconies. Very private. The plunge pool was such a nice add, and so was the pool table, fantastic furniture and art, bikes, and integrated sound system. We enjoyed our visit immensely and took advantage of the Katy Trail too. Perfect location for our family visit.

Wonderful home for family stay! We had a fabulous week in this home as we gathered to prepare for our daughter’s wedding in Dallas. We had plenty of room to spread out, even with two working remotely for a couple of days. All of us enjoyed being right on the Katy Trail. We went on long walks and runs, as well as enjoying the luxury to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The kitchen was well stocked. The splash pool was just right. We also appreciated the indoor and outdoor gathering spaces with the large deck, fire pit, pool area, etc. We highly recommend this property.

1 bedroom was impossible to sleep in as it was open to the entire house

I can see how this property would be nice for others, but for us it didn't work. We were a group of 5 women in Dallas for business. When we arrived the temperature in the house was 92 degrees and the air conditioner was not functioning well. It never cooled down enough where we could use all of the bedrooms in the 6 days we were there. The bedroom on the first floor does not have a ceiling so you can look into it from the other floors. We were not able to use the top floor loft because no matter how much we ran the AC it never got below 80 up there. The garage loft has no window treatments or bathroom so it was tough to sleep out there. The owners were very communicative and did their best to be helpful, but the unit was not what we expected based on the listing.

My wife & I were renovating our kitchen and needed a place to stay while the contractors were painting. AMAZING unit; felt very secure; had everything we needed. Loved the fireplace on the main floor and heated pool on back deck. And it literally is right on the Katy Trail. Will definitely recommend / book for out of town family & friends!
