Comfortable beds and clean

Didnt know breakfast was available, but I had a good steak in the restaurant for dinner

Although someone was waiting for me at the agreed check in time, there was generally no one around until the pub opened

Noisy fridge in bedroom A chair is needed

the room was really clean. great bed and bathroom was immaculate

there was a fridge in our room that was really noisy. we just switched it off and all was good

I was a little concerned it might be noisy as it was above the pub and a weekend. It was perfect. Staff very helpful. Room comfy and quiet.

Attractive hotel in a perfect location in a beautiful part of Victoria. Walked to cafes, supermarket, bakery, chemist etc, parking on side road was safe and easy to access from our room using the staircase. Dinner in the hotel was great too, perfectly cooked steaks. Although renovations were being carried out, we were not disturbed by noise or activity at all. The room was very modern with stylish fittings, roomy shower, comfortable chairs, refrigerator, tea making items too. A door onto the front verandah on first floor gave us a chance to sit and watch the town happenings. The owners were attentive, friendly and made us feel very welcome. All other staff were very friendly, especially Lisa, who helped us settle in and attended to a few little things we asked for. Overall, an exceptional stay for 2 nights in a great town.

Lisa is available all the time and it's in prime location.

No microwave oven, very small place, beds are not very comfortable.

- fully reburfished room - soft bed and pillows - working A/C - quiet location - located at the centre of Myrtleford - Lisa is so helpful and accommodating - great place to stay in Myrtleford! Note that there is no hair dryer and face towel.

- no stand for toiletries in the shower room - no reception but understandable as there are in transition

The Room is clean& modern inside. Staff (Lisa& Renee) were amazing, they communicate with us prior check in& make sure we’re well look after. Everyday checking on us - what we need always fulfilled. Aircon works well, mini fridge& microwave were given prior to our arrival, perfect need for our family of 5 with younger children.

Outer hotel still look vintage& so does the old smell of the hallway. Stairs only , no ramp access. We didn’t mind , but carrying the luggage was bit hard. No hairdryer and missing clothes hangers. The bunk bed was not comfortable, mattrass was thicker than the side of the bed - our child fell off in the middle of the night. Has expressed our concern and Lisa will pass it on to management.

they welcomed me in smile and seriously was very clean the bed very comfortable only one thing the A/C was going hot not cold . And it’s was very hot the room and plus the balcony door was open not locked was a bit risky.
