The location was perfect. Within walking distance from the Train Station and easy reach of all of the things we wanted to do. Lovely restaurants and pubs in close vicinity.

We thought that the stairs may be quite steep for the older members of the family, but the pictures online were an accurate reflection. On arrival, our parents chose to stay on the second floor, up two flights, so our concern was unfounded!

We stayed at 4 Spring Street Brighton. Our group consisted of 3 couples, so the accommodation was perfect. 3 nice bedrooms, with one ensuite. The accommodation was very nice. The decor is lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need! A glass for every type of drink!!! The lounge had a lovely sofa, which was nice to chill on! The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were so comfy! Had a great night sleep. The accommodation was in a very central area, 5 minute walk to shopping mall and a 10-15 minute to the sea front. Lots of restaurants near by. We would definitely recommend this place and would most definitely stay again.

Had a great time staying here. The booking was very easy and Renny was a very helpful host. The house is lovely, and incredibly comfortable with everything that you need. The location is great as it is very close to the centre of town and 5 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent, professional service all the way through from booking to check in and check out. Properly itself was well maintained and cleanliness was to a high standard. Location and accessibility both excellent.

Beautifully decorated, lovely furniture, furnishings, extremely comfortable beds, quirky colour combinations throughout, kitchen very well equipped, very clean, well maintained. Sun trap garden. Loved it all!!

Slightly out of the way BUT meant the location was very quiet.
