The location is lovely ☺️ and they making few more rooms so more people will Enjoy this place. It’s located on the backwaters and ocean is barely 100 meter walk from there doorstep

Construction noise but it should silence out soon

For a budget friendly room this was a good choice. Even though the room was quite old and small, the outside was really beautiful. The utilisation of the garden and outdoor area was so relaxing. The whole villa had an earthly rustic charm. The kids were affectionate and made the whole experience smooth for both of us.

Being an old construction the bathroom facilities weren't in good condition.

Very nice place, and the host is also very kind and polite. Feels like home. A must visit place.

I liked the location, the architecture of the house, and very good cleanliness.

I liked everything except on the food facilities, taste was very good but the request on food order was confused and could not get what we ordered for and there are no options provided to choose but to eat what is served only.

They sold rooms for extra money for walk in customer and cancelled our bookin
