Poorly kept up facilities Not clean rooms especially bathroom

Exceptionally clean

Breakfast was not great. Omelets were tasteless. One flavor of yogurt. Bread was dry and stale. C+ I’ve been to other Hampton Inns in New England and the breakfast was great so this was a disappointment.

Staff was super friendly and even left a condolence card for me after finding out I was in town for my brothers funeral.

It was clean, affordable, and the staff was incredible!

… Maybe the broken hook on the wall behind the door of the bathroom?

Location was great, breakfast was good. Felt safe at hotel.

Close to downtown and stores and restaurants/breweries. Super friendly staff, very clean, and most importantly, an extremely comfortable bed.

Requested room for medical reasons that was not used by people with animals. I have very bad allergies as does my daughter to animals. Also, we have severe asthma and I am on chemo so am having additional breathing issues. Was told no changing rooms was allowed. When we got to the room it smelled like wet dog and there was dog hair everywhere including the dresser drawers. Again room was not allowed to be switched even though the woman working was extremely nice and professional. Suffered through the night and am sick from the room. My daughter who is special needs and just had her gall bladder removed is all sick from the dander. When we went down at 9:50 bcs we were told breakfast on Sunday went until 11 there was a young man in the kitchen who ignored us three times when I asked him where to go for breakfast. He was eating in the kitchen with bare hands and locking his fingers. Tried to talk with the woman at the front desk about the issues (badly dyed brown hair with a nasty attitude. She said she couldn't do anything about the room having dog hair and that she was in the kitchen and didn't see the boy ignore us. Worst hotel ever!

Small number of people at breakfast but service was not good. Bagel toppings were cold. They let the omelets and sausages run out so we had to wait 10 minutes before that was corrected. Desk lamps not adjustable.

Room was large, bed was comfy and pillows.

Shower water was not hot at all.

chair in room broken and button to work electronic shade unmarked at other one of room so thought shade broken. these things happen but when I let the front desk know the woman rudely said, “there is a button by the thermostat “. when I asked how a guest is supposed to know that she just shrugged. didn’t care about the broken chair. breakfast pretty gross room (esp bathroom) not totally clean.

Gym, breakfast and room were all great! Wish the pool were warmer but otherwise we were so happy.
