Estaba muy bien situado y el apartamento tenia muchas comodidades

Las sabanas, las tienden en las escaleras y no se ventilan suficientemente, por tanto, tenían olor a humedad. Se oia los ruidos de todas las personas que entraban y salian.

Appartement très bien placé, proche du vieux port, avec tout l’équipement nécessaire.

Le ménage laisse à désirer. De la poussières et des ustensiles de cuisines pas propres. Des draps et serviettes qui ne sentaient pas très bon.

Jolie décoration, bon emplacement.

Si vous voulez être déçu, je vous recommande cet endroit. Déjà l'immeuble sur les photos n'est pas bon le bon. Ensuite, l'appartement que l'on a réservé n'est pas celui que nous avons eu, le propriétaire m'explique alors qu'ils sont en guerre contre booking mais qu'il ne peut rien faire pour moi, en me précisant que les gens ayant l'appartement que j'avais réservé avaient payé moins cher. De plus, pas assez de papiers toilettes pour le séjour sur deux nuits, obligé d'en racheter. Ensuite, il est demandé de faire la vaisselle et de jeter les poubelles en partant sinon 25€ seront facturés sauf que pas d'éponge dans l'appartement et poubelles extérieures a plusieurs rues, sachant que dans les frais de réservation il y a déjà 30€ de frais de nettoyage. Nettoyage d'ailleurs inexistant car sol sale, suspensions de lumières pleines de poussière et murs pleins de traces. Aussi, il faut savoir que l'immeuble est sur 5 étages sans ascenseur avec une entrée et des escaliers très peu rassurants. Je déconseille fortement

Pessimi. Dirty house. Wet and stained towels. Pest insects in the bed. The host does not recognize the damage and refuses to refund. Terrible. Maison sale. Serviettes humides et tachées. Insectes nuisibles dans le lit. L'hôte ne reconnaît pas la malveillance et refuse de rembourser. Horrible. Schmutziges Haus. Feuchte, fleckige Handtücher. Ungeziefer im Bett. Gastgeber erkennt Fehler nicht an und verweigert Rückerstattung. Sehr schlecht. Casa sucia. Toallas húmedas y manchadas. Insectos en la cama. El anfitrión no reconoce la culpa y se niega a devolver el dinero. Fatal.

Me encantaron los apartamentos son súper cómodos ,y no les falta un detalle ,por no hablar de la ubicación, que es inmejorable, y quiero destacar también la amabilidad del personal que estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento

Solo añadir que son apartamentos sin ascensor. A mí no me ha importado nada, pero solo para que conste para otros viajeros con movilidad reducida

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Obok czterogwiazdowego hotelu Grand. Na ulicy bród, smród, ubóstwo, szczury biegające po ulicach, ludzie śpiący w kazdym możliwym kącie - jak centrum ogromnego miasta.

Nie było takich rzeczy. Wszystko co zastaliśmy było przewidywalne.

Location was fantastic; easy and helpful instructions from our hosts; great to have a kitchenette; relatively quiet at night; overall a nice stay.

Sometimes the upstairs neighbours woke us at night as there mustn’t be the greatest insulation between floors. They weren’t being purposefully noisy, but we could hear them moving about. I had ear plugs which I used two nights out of seven, so overall not an issue.

La cuisine, la déco, le pommeau de douche et les wc car propres. La situation centrale ok en opposition au quartier tresssss peu rassurant.

Aucun interlocuteur lorsque j'ai laissé un message mentionnant oralement HELP. Je suis extrêmement déçue du manque de dialogue. TRes impersonnel.

Dostępne wszystko czego potrzebowałam. Mieszkanie wygodne dla jednej osoby na krótszy lub nawet dłuższy pobyt. Blisko do portu oraz do dworca. Na 4 pietrze ładny widok z okna. Pomimo głośnej okolicy, nie było nic słychać w mieszkaniu, chyba że otworzyło się szeroko okno.

Nieprzyjemny zapach z łazienki. Okolica również nie była zbyt dobra. Podczas wchodzenia do mieszkania często trzeba było prosić o przejście ludzi siedzących na schodach. Nie byli nieuprzejmi.

The apartment is great for the money, it is well- equipped and the location is pretty good. It is very close to the port and about 10 mins from the station. Great place for a short visit.

Even though the location is good, the surrounding area looked a bit scatchy. The streets were very dirty and usually there were men sitting at the front door, and it is a bit hard to go inside.

Really good location and very comfortable room - it was nice to have a thick bed for a change. Appreciated the balcony for some fresh air.

The Wi-Fi was down for the duration of my stay. To give the host credit, they did try and organise repair towards the end, however it was still down for the whole four-night stay.

The location as it was close to the port as well as within a walking distance to the railway station. Besides I really liked the simple but modern style/equipment of the flat.

The surrounding streets are full of trash in the evenings. They’re cleaned over the night, yet the next evening it’s the same. I also didn’t like that all conversation with the landlord was in French only. Although I’ve asked if it was possible to communicate in English as I can’t speak French. The answer was that any of the following messages were kept in French. Google Translate definitely saved me! Besides, even though TV including different channels and wi-fi are promoted,none of these were working when we arrived. None of the channels were on unless you regirested yourself (didn’t even try) and the only available language was French, while the TV was using Russian according to the writing, I guess. I’d also like to mention that this big nice building in the picture is not the building where the flat is and therefore I believe this is a misleading picture.

It's a 10 minute walk to the port, but the area the apartment is in, isn't the best. 2-3 night stay with minimal luggage is ideal. Airlock doors on entry, so it's secure.

It's tiny. There is no storage space for your clothes, ie no wardrobe, no drawers, the only mirror is above the bathroom sink. No shelves in the bathroom to even put your toothpaste or toothbrush on. The area is pretty bad too, at night, we had to climb over people sitting on the front step to the building! I don't know when or where the cover photo of the building was taken but it looks nothing like that.

No elevator; it is ok except getting luggages up and down. A extra set of towels could have been nice. Overall, great value.

The entire biulding is a truly disgrace. It was a fake advertisement. They took a picture of the front door biulding that has a impressive good look and use as if it were their place.

Bad smell, dangerous stairs, sump smell bathroom, once open the windows you only see trash....

The perfect location, the decoration of the flat and the roof terrace

For an elderly couple the 5th floor without elevator was rather sportif! We missed comfortable seating; there was no couch and the chairs were uncomfortable. Best place was the stairs leading to the terrace.

communication with the host is very bad, as there’s just no one to talk to if you need help. you only have access to an “emergency” phone number but no one answers. Late response by email as well. besides that, the sheets don’t smell very well, as they are dried indoors.

The room was convenient for a couple. The spot was also practical since it was just 5-7 minutes walk from the marina. Convenient bed

The bathroom was not cleaned properly and it provided us only 2 rolls of papers for the bathroom
