De eigenaar Martin is super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. De locatie is ideaal qua ligging voor uitstapjes naar Nice, St Paul de Vence en omstreken. Heerlijke ontbijtjes, smaakvol ingericht en een relaxte sfeer.
Ventilatie in studio zou beter kunnen. Prima airco en ook afzuiging in de badkamer, maar als je niet met de deur open wil slapen kun je verder niets open zetten.

La situation geographique (tres proche du village de St Paul de Vence) et le calme.
Le petit-dejeuner etait excellent et servi en terrasse, avec une belle vue sur la piscine.
Notre hote (Martin) a ete tres sympathique, a notre ecoute et toujours pret a nous donner de bons conseils.
Une adresse a recommander !
Pas grand chose, la semaine est passee tellement vite...

Amazing property, fantastic attention to detail. The host is fabulous and gave us some wonderful recommendations on where to spends days/ evenings. We will most definitely be back. A true hidden gem!

Very authentic and varer for environment - a local bed & breakfast with charm
The room must have had fungus at some point in time - as an asthmatic, it got worse day by day; could not breathe, heavy head and nausia/dizzyness. But I really wanted to be there - so we stayed!

Silent location, an absolutely relaxing and affordable place. Our room was big enough, bed is new and comfy, hospitality is excellent. I hope I can get back here one day.

We had great experience in Villa Martinus. We came late and left early morning to catch a flight, yet in this short time we managed to discover the beauty of the place and of Martin, the host.
Everything was very clean, modern and very spacious. Martin went above and beyond to make sure we are OK. He woke up early in the morning to prepare breakfast for us, which was perfect if you don't mind...

The property was beautiful with so many little personal touches and pop of colour. Everything was very clean and modern, I felt like I was home. The host was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was all settled in. He even made sure to wake up earlier and prepare breakfast for me, excellent service.

We were looking for a place to stay in Nice while the Monaco Grand Prix was taking place, but as everything was fully booked, or extremely overpriced, I decided to look up near my favorite village, Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Like Nice, everything in that area was booked too, except Villa Martinus. I would find out why later. On check-in, we were greeted by the friendly proprietor, Martin. He helped us with our luggage and gave us a tour of his beautiful Maison d'hote. I learned that the only reason that we found availability was that he had just opened, and we were his first guests. Martin is the consummate host. There is absolutely nothing about Villa Martinus that I found displeasing. He even cooked us bacon and eggs for breakfast, which only served to compliment the traditional Viennoiserie, which he had prepared. We will definitely be back!
