Not so modern. Hot water runs out too quickly Some electric outlets didn’t work Weeds especially in the front yard

The number of beds and baths fit our needs.

The home was filthy, and unsafe. There were broken outlet covers, busted sockets, screws sticking out of closet doors and fencing falling off in huge sections. The grill, stove and oven didn’t work 90% of the time and the response from Vacasa was always the same…”We are letting the local office know about the issues and someone will make repairs very soon. We are sorry about your experience.” While we were packing to leave the local office finally showed up to drop stuff off for the next guest and we told them that the safety issues needed to be addressed before the next guest stayed. They claimed to have no knowledge of any issues. Worse rental experience ever!
