The location was wonderful! It was also very affordable. The room was nice sized and the patio was a plus for sure.

Some of the paint was peeling off the wall that the beds were on. There were also holes in the wall. Neither of these really took away from the stay though - just aesthetics.

Only the location

Where can I start. I paid for a NO SMOKING room because of a grandson with asthma. The room wreaked of smoke, there was mold in the bathroom everywhere, there were clipped TOENAILS on the floor beside the bed, the lid on the toilet tank did not even fit the tank...! I went to the office and requested to be moved. She gave me a room with 2 full beds for 5 people. Went back to the office, told her it wouldnt work, gave me a different room. It smelled WORSE of smoke than our first room. We ended up moving to the Econolodge next door. Not much better but it didnt smell like smoke.

the room I was put in and what I thought I booked was different and I feel I overpaid for it. also I was supplied shampoo that had already been opened and used and was given no conditioner.

it was in a convenient location. the price was good. the cleaning staff on duty was very kind and prompt when we needed something.

there was a dehumidifier in our room which means there’s some kind of water leakage problem. there were footprints all over the walls, so they must not have been cleaned prior to our stay. the bath tub had a piece of plastic down the center of it and we could feel when stepping on it that there was a hole underneath it, so everytime we showered we had to stand in a specific spot or else worry that we’d fall through the tub. there was also mold all over the walls.

The breakfast room was dirty, saw staff handling food with no gloves, crumbs on the counter swept on the floor.

Helpful, responsive and respectful crew. Fairly quite and economical place.

Some places walls and ceilings peeling off. Bathtub bottom should be sparkling clean. Breakfast can be little bit better. I hope they fix the leak coming from the ceiling of breakfast room. Overall good for an economy motel. I just want to mention these so it can be corrected. I mean at the end it will benefit them. One more thing, room needed a little fresh air. There's no opening. They can install air purifiers maybe. Maybe I ask too much 🙂

dirty front area w,/cig burns, smoky room(didn’t know was smoking room, they didn’t have another to offer, though it appeared to be others empty), pealing paint in all rooms, stained mattress cover, roach crawled up wall, then down into unattached basement board. Gap space in the front door for bugs to enter. I have pictures.

The breakfast was good. Mostly breads,cereal juices and milk. The staff was awesome! They came everyday to see if we would like to have service and replenish anything we may have needed. Thank you!

I was told originally it was ok to have my service dog, then later because a neighbor complained they saw her when we came back to hotel at 10:30 at night when she was pottied. I rented the room because it stayed sofa bed there was only a sofa and when I asked when I got the rude call at 10:30 at night they said I had to pay for the connecting room in order to get additional bed but that is not what I paid for. My room was dirty there was trash juice on the wall there was dirt all over the top of the fridge there was dirt and hair all around the borders of the bathroom the wall is falling apart around the bathtub the bathtub is cracked. There was toothpaste on the wall from my previous customer above the sink which is totally disgusting. There was dirt on the wall at the door knob and some disgusting red stuff. I have pictures and video.

The room was huge as it had two rooms, a sitting area, full size fridge, and a front door and back door. You pay for what you get. The price was decent for a room that slept 8.

There were hand prints smeared on the back bedroom wall. The rooms were dated and needed a little TLC every where.
