The only good point about this property was the location of it, apart from that not so good experience at all

after we arrived at the checking desk we’ve been told to wait for a some gentleman to arrive who will sort our accommodation out, finally this person arrived and took us to an apartment which was quite large and spacious but not so clean, he asked for the entire sim upfront and in cash which I had no choice but to pay, soon after he quickly departed and left us to it, the tv wasn’t even connected to a satellite nor the power point, so it wasn’t working at all, as I was traveling with my 14 years old son I booked two separate beds but found only one bed actually was good enough to sleep on but the other one just had a mattress and a dirty bed sheet on, didn’t have any pillow at all, during the booking process I was told the breakfast was included but staff didn’t know anything about it and advised us to contact Booking.com for clarity, we ended up paying for our breakfast every single day in the neighboring cafe, we meant to also have access to a swimming pool as well as the gym but we been told that those amenities only available for permanent residents, again we’ve been advised to contact Booking .com for clarity, as we were in Baku to see the F1 Grand Prix we didn’t want to spoil the mood and just got on with, overall hotel experience is very poor and wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there

Great steal for the money. This feels more like a 5 star hotel rather than a appartment home. Located in a very upscale part of Baku next to Port Baku Mall. Very clean and spacious Apartment.Gym, Sauna all included. Grocery Store with organic food next door. The Host Ayaz is super helpful. He even arranged for the transport back to the airport, at 04.00 in the morning! Great stay, really recommend it. Definitly will be back next year for the Baku Grand Prix. Thanks again Ayaz.
